Die Lage war relativ ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker. Im Bad war dem Spülbecken das obere Teil der Hitze Einstellung abgeschraubt. Das Bad war sehr Dreckig. Das Kissen war sehr hart. Das System der Pin Eingabe beim Zimmer ist veraltet und ich habe es erst beim wiederholten mal Aufbekommen. Das es wirklich kein Personal anzutreffen ist , finde ich eher schwierig.

Der Service ist super, alles läuft online und wenn mal Probleme auftauchen ( selbst um 22:30 ) bekommt man umgehend eine Rückmeldung mit einer Lösung. Parken ist ist vor dem Haus Glückssache aber nicht unmöglich und wer online eine Unterkunft bucht schafft es auch ein Platz zu finden🤪. 🤷🏼‍♂️nix

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für die 3-Sterne-Unterkunft völlig inakzeptabel (150,80 EUR für 1 Übernachtung / 1 Person). Hier hat sich wieder einmal beim Übernachtung spreis der Messeeffekt gezeigt (Buchmesse in Leipzig am gleichen Wochenende). Insgesamt ist die Zimmerausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen und sehr schlicht. Für das (sehr einfache) Frühstück wurden 29,00 EUR verlangt, so viel, wie noch nicht einmal in einem 5* Hotel - ich habe darauf verzichtet.

Man hört lediglich die vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahnen etwas und ab und zu Geräusche von den oberen Wohnungen. Die Atmosphäre des Hauses. In drei Tagen haben wir nicht eine Person gesehen. Sehr anonym und der Eingangsbereich ist nüchtern gestaltet. Die Taschentuchbox im Zimmer war leer. Der TV ging wieder an, wenn man ihn ausgemacht hat. Das Bad war in den Ecken am Boden nicht ganz sauber.

The key box to my room did not work (either jammed or wrong code) and I was unable to retrieve the key to get into my room upon arrival. Neither myself nor booking.com's support team were able to reach the host via message or phone (1.5 hrs waiting time!). This was especially frustrating because based on their (automated?) messages pre-arrival, the host had come across as very approachable and helpful. Due to work commitments, I hadn't been able to check-in until late, and so had relied on the host's '24-hour check-in' advert. However, with nobody on site or nearby to reset the key lock or set up another room for me, I eventually had to find alternative accommodation at 1am...

• Iris (8/5): Es war eine ansprechende und preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Halle. - Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert und neu eingerichtet. WLAN ist vorhanden. Eine kleine Kochecke für Selbstversorgung ist vorhanden. Das ist sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und ausreichend und dekorativ angerichtet. Das Personal war professionell. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist gleich in der Nähe sowie Restaurants. Die Gaststätte nebenan ist zu empfehlen. Das Bett steht etwas ungünstig und es ist etwas beschwerlich von der einen Seite hineinzukommen. Der Fahrstuhl ist defekt. Mit Gepäck in die 4. Etage zu gelangen, war schwierig. Leider gibt es keine ausgeschilderten Parkplätze.
• Nadine (10/5): - Kleine, aber sehr saubere Zimmer. Frühstück alles da und völlig ausreichend. Gerne wieder und die Lage ins Zentrum absolut empfehlenswert

• Laura (10/5): Good place - It is close to the center, but still quiet. Cozy environment. At some point during the night the room got very cold and there was no way to make it warmer, only getting under the duvet.

• Juliane (8/5): - Gute Lage in laufweite zur Innenstadt, ordentliches Frühstück. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem
