- Terra (5/5): - It has a security guard shack at the gate you walk out of, so you and your luggage and groceries are safe as people are walking by. I wouldn't recommend walking anywhere in the neighborhood or area or roaming anywhere, it's obvious you need to Uber wherever you are going and BOLT has an app that allows you to pay cash. It has hot water and the refrigerator was in great shape. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice. I returned from the gym less than 24 hours after arriving and I was shocked to find the apartment door wide open, there was no mention there would be housekeeping, Pretty who is supposedly Property Manager was advised I didn't need any housekeeping, there were no cleaning supplies in the apartment and no smell of cleaning products, I took my earpieces to the gym with me and left the case, the case was only returned to me after I was advised after I'd checked out and that it would be taken to the U.S. Embassy along with some tampons I'd removed from my suitcase less than a week before I checked out, my period started the night before I left and I realized as I was packing up, I couldn't find the tampons I'd pulled out, when I mentioned the tampons were also mention they said the tampons and the earpieces had been located in a night stand drawer, I never use night stand drawers or any drawers when traveling, the items disappeared more than 10 days a apart. The kitchen cabinet under the stove had a wet smell, about 10 days later mold was in that cabinet and the cabinets where you would keep food, ect. Ants appeared within days, roaches after a week. The internet log on assigned to the room was shut down, on the sign with the log on and password it says if the electricity goes off in the apartment, you need to contact Pretty to have it turned back on because you're using too much. They eventually provided me with the internet passwords of Wfi's that are visible, it was only after I refused to allow them to enter a laptop they couldn't known I had, I pulled the laptop out to make certain there was no exterior damage the day I arrived and put in back inside of the bookbag, all of a sudden they believe a woman with 4 college degrees would be dumb enough to believe they could enter a laptop remotely regarding internet access that wasn't already on the internet.

- Bambalala (10/5): I had a very good stay. I loved it! - The surrounding area looks a bit sketchy but the inside looked nice and there was security at the gate the whole time. The rooms that I booked looked so cute and they were definitely comfortable. I would definitely go there again.

- Nyatondo (9/5): - The room was beautiful Improve the parking, put shade

- Xolisile (7/5): - "Only two toilet paper rolls were provided for a nine-day stay. There was a water outage in the area something I know has happened before and I was given a 20litre bucket of water smelling paint and a mop bucket with hot water to bathe with, the following day had to wake up 30min early to make hot water.Perhaps installing a few water tanks could help and at least provide vaskom
Additionally, my partner accidentally took the key to Pretoria, and I had to sleep with an unlocked door as a woman alone, as they refused to lend me the spare key for just one night. To make matters worse, the shower gave me an electric shock everyday.
