• Paul-Moritz (6/5): Mittelmäßige Wohnung in toller Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Das schlüssellose Öffnen der Tür war sehr praktisch. Moderne Küche eingebaut. Unterkunft ganz anders als auf den Fotos und deutlich kleiner. Diverse Wasserschäden in der Wohnung. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Geschirr und Besteck nicht richtig sauber.

• Ho (2/5): Had we known about the poor condition of the interior beforehand, we wouldn't have chosen to stay th - The only positive aspect of this place is the location which is not too bad because it's situated in a quiet, suburban residential neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle and the old town area. We encountered several significant and serious issues that impacted our stay: 1. Pest Issues: We discovered live insects on the kitchen counter near the electric kettle and the window seam, which was quite disgusting. 2. Damaged Furniture: Three of the four plastic dining chairs were broken or cracked. My husband, who is a senior citizen, nearly fell when one of the broken chairs gave way while he was sitting on it. 3. Uncomfortable Bedding: One of the twin mattresses in the bedroom is sinking and is not in a condition suitable for sleeping on. 4. No adequate utensils: We had to use big curvy plates for our cereal with milk for breakfast because there're no bowls in the cabinets or inside the dishwashing machine.

Mutfaktaki sandalyeler kırık.Mutfak camında perde yoktu. Ayrıca banyonun kapısı yok .Bulaşıkları yıkadıktan sonra koymak için bulaşık teli yok . Mutfak bezi yok.

• Ewelina (3/5): - Dobrze działające WiFi. Szybki kontakt z obsługą apartamentu - bardzo szybko odpisują na maile, ale coż z tego, skoro nie pomogli we wcześniejszym zameldowaniu. Czyste ręczniki i pościel w apartamencie. Lokalizacja daleko od centrum, ale bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Mimo, ze apartament od ulicy, to jest bardzo cicho i bezpiecznie. W bliskiej odległości sklep Lidl. Apartament posiada zmywarkę i na wyposażeniu były kostki do zmywarki. Łożka wygodne. Wyposażenie apartamentu słabe i niewystarczające. Brak podstawowych rzeczy, jak deska do krojenia czy dzbanek na herbatę/ kawę - widać, że nikt o to nie dba. Brak noży. Brak ręczników papierowych, czy choćby soli/ pieprzu. Brak ekspresu do kawy. Brak kawy czy herbaty w minimalnej ilości. Wszystko trzeba kupować, co jest bardzo kłopotliwe i niepraktyczne. Apartament nieposprzątany dokładnie. Pajęczyny i brudna podłoga. Naczynia lepiej sobie umyć przed użyciem. Pęknięta deska klozetowa, strach na niej usiąść. Rozwodnione mydło w łazience. Apartament posiada 6 łóżek, ale krzeseł przy stole jest tylko 5. Szósta osoba nie miałaby gdzie usiąść, nas ten problem nie dotyczył. W łazience nie ma żadnego stolika ani półki, żeby można było położyć kosmetyki czy jakieś swoje rzeczy- muszą leżeć na podłodze albo trzeba wziąć krzesło z kuchni. Rzekomy ogród to obrzydliwe zaniedbane podwórze. Przy łożkach nie ma żadnych lampek nocnych, wobec tego nie poczytasz wieczorem nic. Wystarczyłoby kilka drobnych poprawek, aby apartament stał się użyteczny i bardziej przyjazny ,ale nikt o to nie dba.

• Myrjam (3/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral Die Ausstattung für ein Ferienappartement war sehr schlecht: kein Nachttisch, nicht mal eine Ablage, kein Leselicht, 5 Kleiderbügel, abgezähltes sehr verkalktes Geschirr/Töpfe/Besteck für 3 Personen für 1 Mahlzeit (die Nutzung der Spülmaschine daher völlig überflüssig, müsste man für 3 Teller + 3 Löffel o.ä. anwerfen, da man sonst keine Teller für das nächste Mittagessen hat). Es fehlen: Topflappen, Untersetzer, (Tee)Kanne, Schälchen, Schere, Schälmesser, Salatschüssel, kl. scharfes Küchenmesser, Sieb, Suppenkelle. Nicht funktionstüchtig/kaputt oder in sehr schlechtem Zustand: ein Stuhl vom Esstisch hat Löcher, total verkalkte Spülmaschine, Herdplatten mit eingebranntem Fett verkrustet (dafür gibt es im DM eine simple Reinigungscreme), Dunstabzugshaube und Badventilation funktionieren nicht. Wir verbringen unsere Urlaube immer in Ferienwohnungen und haben solch eine schlechte Ausstattung noch in keinem europäischen Land erlebt.

• Marta (7/5): - La ubicación, esta bien comunicado, y se puede ir andando al centro si no tienes problemas de movilidad. Tiene lo básico para pasar unos días. La limpieza, es pésima, y además no hay posibilidad de mantener un mínimo de higiene, no dejan nada para limpiar. La distribución es un poco rara, hay dos habitaciones juntas y tienes que atravesar una para llegar a otra.

• Olena (7/5): - Понравилось месторасположение, номер был чистый и было все необходимое для проживания. не понравилось то что бронировала номер площадью 46м, а дали маленький 32м.Не понравилось что ни разу за семь дней не пришли убрать и вынести мусор.
• Adam (8/5): Nice aparment with excellent location and good value for money - A spacious flat that can accommodate 8 people. The owner provides everything you need, including dishwasher tablets. The location was excellent - two tram stops in the nearby, including one on a busy street along the banks of the Vltava, which meant access to public transport was very good. There is a Lidl supermarket within walking distance of the flat. Check-in went very smoothly and without any problems. The Wifi was present all over the flat and it was fast. As the flat is in the attic, it can get quite hot on sunny days. The window overlooks the busy railway tracks, but it is not disturbing the sleep. Some of the plates were dirty at out arrival, and the dishwasher didn’t always clean them properly - fortunately the dishwashing liquid and sponge is provided by the owner. At one point, the toilet flush broke down, but we managed to fix it ourselves. Unfortunately, you can’t always get through to reception - we never managed to, and no one called us back. For those with mobility issues - our flat was on the 4th floor, with no lift. For those who value security - there is no key for the flat. The door opens using a link and cannot be locked mechanically with a key. However, the neighbourhood is very safe and this shouldn’t be a problem.

Nefunkční televize!, celou neděli a pondělí ráno jen studená voda v koupelně!, odlepena tapeta v kuchyni, chybějící aspoň jeden noční stolek (knihy, mobil, brýle …odkládat na podlahu…)

• Alex (7/5): Gute Lage und preiswerte Unterkunft - Sehr hübsches Gebäude mit ausreichen vielen Betten. Zwar etwas feste Matratzen aber dafür ein sehr kuscheliges Kissen und ingesamt eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine angenehme Atmosphäre in Appartement Hinter den Betten hat sich sehr viel Staub und Dreck angesammelt der nicht entfernt wurde. Es gab keine Mülltonnen im Appartement.

• sabrina (3/5): Apartment 303 - Die Lage kannten wir schon. Nah an der Straßenbahn und Central. Haus von außen ganz schön. Tür Öffnung per Handy. Hat gut geklappt. Die Sauberkeit war erschreckend. Dusche extrem unsauber und veraltet.. überall Kalk. Die Küche war unter aller Sau.. Geschirrspüler nicht benutzbar. Geschirr alles dreckig.. musste Lappen kaufen und abwaschen..kein Abfalleimer im Bad. Besteck kaum was da. Zum Glück mussten wir nicht kochen. Betten weich und durchgelegen. Fenster alle dreckig.

Bel monolocale Purtroppo mancavano cose essenziali, Nel bagno non c ‘era niente per appoggiare cose, accanto al letto neanche una base di appoggio per telefono occhiali o altro, sono stato quattro notti non ho visto né sentito nessuno che mi chiedesse nulla. Al quarto giorno avendo necessità di spazzare a terra ho chiesto una scopa con paletta, mi è arrivata una cosa brutta vecchia sporca piccola per niente adatta alla richiesta…peccato! Perchè il monolocale è molto carino, in una zona bella e ben collegata. Basterebbe poco per renderlo più accogliente da voto massimo.

• Manuela (5/5): Potrebbero fare di meglio - Ottima posizione, vicino ci sono 2 fermate del tram Pulizia scadente, fazzoletti da naso sporchi lasciati dalle persone che hanno soggiornato precedentemente non sono stati tolti, letti fatti male e tanta polvere. La polvere ha creato allergia e forte sfoghi allergici sulla pelle, a dir poco inaccettabile

• Katarina (1/5): - Poloha ubytovania Dostali sme úplne nieco ine ako sme si objednali, anijedna miestnost nezodpovedala potvrdenemu vyberu ubytovania. Miesto dvoch samostatnych spalni, sme mali jednu, museli sme spat v priechodnej kuchyni a pri schodoch(schody tam vibec nemali byt) Kontaktovali sme info cislo a podali staznost, nik sa nam neozval. Taketo nieco sa nam este cez booking nestalo. Velke sklamanie, citime sa podvedeni. Prikladam foto objednaneho a reality, to mali byt dve samostatne spalne, v jednej dve postele a v druhej tri. Ziadne podkrovne kralikarne sme nemali objednane, horsie ako na internate.

• ZHIGUO (9/5): 还不错 - 位置不算偏，从火车站坐有轨电车几招下来再稍微走一点就到了，房间比较大，设施都比较齐全，住起来还比较舒适，附近有大超市可以买东西 谷歌地图上给出的定位地址是错误的，要记得看门牌号，到了那条街对一下门牌号就找到了

• Miłosz (7/5): Spacious apart. in a good location. Quite worn but fine for the price. Cleanliness was disappointing - Mieszkanie przestronne. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko do miejsc turystycznym, ale trochę oddalone od tłumów. W miarę szybkie wi-fi. Czystość (nie oczekuję luksusów za taką cenę, ale podstawowej czystości wymagam za każdą nawet najniższą cenę). W ubikacji śmierdzi jak w toalecie publicznej, nie ma żadnego odświeżacza, w zmywarce były naczynia, które leżały tam niewiadomo ile, niby czyste, ale były już tak zakuzine, że aż chropowate w dotyku. Pod komodą były niezmiecione papierki, na lustrze była odcisk dłoni, skoro takie rzeczy były nieposprzątane aż się boje co jeszcze a tego nie zauważyłem. Mieszkanie zaniedbane i podniszczone (za tę cenę nie wymagałbym nic więcej). Lokalizacja, blisko torów i ruchliwej ulicy (ponownie za tę cenę, jako miejsce do spania okej).

• Alex_Morozov111 (4/5): - We stayed in these apartments for two nights and left with mixed feelings. Pros: The main advantage is the location — the apartment is right next to the Vyšehrad historical area. There are shops and cafés nearby, so daily logistics are easy. The apartment itself is spacious, located on the ground floor, with a comfortable layout. On paper, it looks well equipped: a modern TV, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Cons (decisive): The problem is not the big things, but the details — and they define comfort. There is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets. Using it once would require buying a full pack. Washing dishes by hand is also inconvenient because there is no sponge. For cooking, there are only two very large pots — nothing else. No salt, no sugar, nothing basic at all. These are small, inexpensive items, but they matter. Buying groceries is normal; buying full packs of salt and sugar for a short stay is not. The apartment feels cold and impersonal, with no sense of care for guests. Cleanliness was also an issue: there was visible dust under the bed and behind the bedside tables, which gives the impression of a careless attitude toward guests, even for short stays. Conclusion: Despite a good location and a spacious apartment, we would not stay here again and would not recommend it. Comfort is built from small details, and here they are missing. Maximum rating: 3 stars.

• NURIA (5/5): Bastante alejado del centro pero hay varios tranvías. Es muy básico y no muy cómodo. Poca limpieza - Bien comunicado por tranvía Bastante alejado del centro, siempre en tranvía. Lo peor fue que estaba muy sucio debajo de la cama y se lo dije, (además de preguntar por la cafetera (que no hay)) y no me contestaron, ignoraron mi wasap. Me pareció muy mal. Las almohadas son malísimas.
• Chiara (6/5): Non vale la pena per qualitá/prezzo - Aveva tanti tram vicino che collegavano la struttura al centro e poi c’era la Cittadella di Vyšehard ,molto carina, proprio dietro l’appartamento! Puzzava di frittura ed era sporco, mi è andata una pantofola sotto al letto e c’erano delle matasse di polvere assurde! I cuscini erano inutili tanto che erano bassi e stessa cosa per il materasso, praticamente una sottiletta inesistente!

• Maria Isabel (2/5): - El barrio tranquilo y buena comunicación con el bus o tranvía Poca limpieza, calefacción rota pero vinieron a arreglarla a las 21:30 de la noche, dice un dormitorio pero no, no hay dormitorio todo está diáfano cocina con dormitorio. Poco acogedor, un ventilador en medio, sillas incómodas y la cama y almohadas...lo peor, tienen puesto dos colchones apilados porque son los dos de mala calidad y antiguos, entonces ponen uno encima del otro para así "no notar la mala calidad". No repetiría, busca otra cosa sin duda.

• Kerstin (7/5): Good place for a short stay close to center. - Cozy apartment with super easy in and out access. The toilet was not cleaned and in use when we entered the apartment. The extra blanket was very soiled. There were no hand towels and minor maintenance issues like a very loose faucet.
• Frenk (8/5): - Spaziosa.. non c'è la reception.. ma sono stato assistito online molto bene. Soddisfatto! Purtroppo qualcuno aveva fumato in casa.. ho sentito subito..le pulizie dovrebbero essere fatte più in profondità.. sotto i letti polvere..carte.. e altro.. consiglio di cambiare anche i materasso sporchi.
