Even the shower tap in the right place so we didn't have to get wet to start it. And just over the road a huge shopping centre. There could have been a larger range of coffee capsules!

- BLANDINA (10/5): Modern, clean, comfy and quiet and a bonus of a great price, only 20 minutes to CBD. - I like the following, The host was easy to talk to and understanding of our situation, and was able to communicate well. Provided what I asked for. The hotel was exactly what we needed, comfy, clean, modern and with a coffee maker. It was also a great price. The bed was 95% great. The dark entrance to the basement car park, but once it opened, the automatic light turned on. Not much to dislike at this property, other than a toilet downstairs. This hotel meets our expectations. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and apartments before.

We enjoyed the location - close to dining options and a walk beside the lake. We found the online check in process arduous, time-consuming and excessive. We had already booked the room and paid our money. Then we were asked to go through a contrived online early check-in. For some reason, this included a huge amount of information, some of which did not seem necessary for us to stay one night in an apartment and then the requirement to prove our identity with a drivers license or passport. What for? To make matters worse, the technology kept failing to process our accepted scanned images. We loved the apartment but this process which took us about an hour and ultimately failed would almost be enough to prevent us from booking at Punthill again.

- XUTAO (8/5): A short stay in Canberra - Very well renovated room with nice cooking and washing facility. The bed is very comfortable and clean. There is lots of restaurants and supermarket across the street and it would be ideal place to stay with family for a few more days. It is a bit expensive and luxury to stay for a couple of hours for business trip. No breakfast is not convenient for business trip.
