Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions for arrival and thoughtful little touches for our late check-in. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The host was very attentive throughout, checking if we needed anything and offering recommendations, which was greatly appreciated. There were plenty of amenities nearby, and the complex itself was peaceful and relaxing. You really couldn’t ask for more. Many thanks again for such a wonderful stay. Nothing it was fab

• Ian (8/5): A great little place to stay for a few days. - A nice cold beer waiting in the fridge was great after a long days travel with children!! :) Very easy to get into the property and clear instruction provided prior to arrival along with a short video so you knew what to do and where things were. Nice a clean inside with a simple layout. Location was fine for us and the closed gate community was nice and quiet, albeit it was February so maybe different when in busy season. Aircon in most rooms. A clean fully working oven and hob so easy to get some meals sorted without problems. Bin bags and cleaning materials provided was a nice touch as well Minor thing really. There's no getting away from it, it is small, but functional. No instructions on how the gates worked to get the car onto the site. No information on the site pool (Times of use and rules etc). Having children things get messy quickly, so a vacuum cleaner would have been handy. No drying towels for the kitchen to dry off after washing cups and plates etc. A suggestion would to have some plastic cups, plates/bowls for children to save the risk of damages.
• David (9/5): Estancia tranquila para repetir. - Un piso muy cómodo, perfectamente organizado y limpio… aunque estuve de paso por trabajo me sentí en casa y la atención que nos han dado ha sido excelente 10/10… Recomendado al 100%, si vas a pasar unos días de vacaciones y descanso sería tu sitio ideal

• Emeli (9/5): Nochevieja en Alicante!!! - El bungalow se encuentra en una buena ubicación, Alicante que a 25 minutos. David ha sido claro en las instrucciones y al llegar todo estaba ordenado y limpio, hasta con detalles de bienvenida. Hay 3 camas individuales que a pesar del pequeño espacio que queda para la tercera, es un plus. Ya que no todas las estancias lo ofrecen. Además cuenta con un sofá cama en el salón. El colchón de la cama doble excelente. Nos agrado contar con toda la lencería de la casa. La cocina bien equipada nos permitió disfrutar los momentos de la comida de una manera confortable. Dos baños también un plus. Nada malo. Solo revisar los tubos de la cama litera que hace como un ruido molesto. Lo que corresponde a la puerta eléctrica del estacionamiento, al momento de llegar y cuando hemos partido de la urbanización, debimos esperar para ir detrás de otro vehículo. Por suerte fue una corta espera.

• David (10/5): Maravilloso Vacaciones - Pasamos unos días en este maravilloso bungalow, las instalaciones de la urbanización y bungalow están muy bien e incluso cuenta con restaurantes dentro de la misma y por fuera cerca hay de todo a mano, la casa cuenta con lo necesario para estar cómodo, la cocina completa, etc, la playa que está cerca es una maravilla, nos la encontramos con el agua muy limpia y tranquila. Volveremos seguro No me gustó por ponerle un pero, que en el anuncio indique que hay barbacoa y luego no hubiera, por lo visto los anteriores la rompieron , por todo lo demás muy bien

• LAURA (10/5): INMEJORABLE, lo recomiendo al 300% - Lo que más más más, el anfitrión. Ade.as de ser educado, amable y simpático, nos lo puso todo muy fácil y resolutivo (tuvimos un problema llamado personal y nos lo solucionó. En cuanto a la estancia... Todo, es como vivir en un micropueblo privado con bares restaurantes. Fuera hay también de todo, cajeros de prácticamente todas las entidades, tiendas, restaurantes y a 3 minutos en coche, grandes supermercaos. Nosotros fuimos a la playa en coche por un problema de salud, pero si vas por la tarde, con menos calor, puedes ir andando. El alojamiento tiene de toooodo, súper equipado, doble aire acondicionado, TV enorme, c ocina a la q no le falta nada... es que no puede ser mejor. Gracias, David No poder quedarme más tiempo!!! Jjjjjj 😉
• Erika (9/5): Vacaciones 2025 - Estuvo genial, el bungalow está muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia , la urbanización está genial. La única sugerencia es que se quite la alfombra del comedor porque estaba sucia y que se dejen productos de limpieza.

• Marcos (9/5): - El alojamiento está francamente bien. Los colchones de las dos habitaciones son cómodos, la ducha es grande y la cocina está bien equipada. Me llamó mucho la atención la tranquilidad de la urbanización, no hay ruidos y se puede dormir. La playa es muy bonita, y aunque se podría ir a pie, tiene mucho desnivel, sobre todo para niños pequeños; pero literalmente son tres minutos en coche. Destacar la amabilidad de David, resolviendo todas las dudas que nos fueron surgiendo. Nada.
• CRISTINA (8/5): - Casa cómoda. Planta baja diáfana con salón, comedor, cocina y aseo con lavadora. Planta superior con 2 habitaciones y baño completo. Aire acondicionado en planta baja y dormitorio principal. Fácil de aparcar en la urbanización. Piscina y campo de tenis cercano. El trato con David ha sido muy bueno y fluido. Recomendaría este alojamiento

• Juan (9/5): Nice stay - Apartment is comfortable, it has 2 powerful and excellent Air conditioners which keep the property cool even on the hottest days. Centrally located in Gran Alacant, close to many bars and restaurants. Nice private area. The apartment needs some basic maintenance for example the toaster was not operative, and the sofa needs to be changed. Getting the keys was a bit painful as it was remote check-in but once we found them, all else was ok, host was available on whatsapp all the time.

• Lucius (10/5): Exceptional - We were thrilled! The owner was waiting for us in the apartment. He was very friendly. The apartment is two-storey, spacious, well furnished. For 5-6 people. Parking gratis, always free place to park. The apartment features a terrace. Excellent WiFi. It is a 2-minute drive to the sea. Walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes. We will definitely come back here. Only one little thing: common duvet with wife 😀 We are used to two duvets. 😂😂
