• Elena (10/5): - Великолепный загородный дом для идеального отдыха! Останавливались в этом замечательном доме всей семьей на новогодние праздники, и остались в полном восторге! Расположение просто превосходное. Рядом магазины, рестораны, горнолыжные трассы. Дом превзошел все ожидания. Просторный, светлый, с продуманной планировкой(3 санузла). Все комнаты оборудованы удобной мебелью, есть вся необходимая техника:стиральная машина, утюг, фены. Стоит отметить большое разнообразие посуды, отличных полотенец, одноразовых тапочек и даже зубных щеток. Особенно нам понравилось, что дом был красиво украшен (красивая елка, гирлянды, свечи, скатерть), видно, что люди старались для нас. Но больше всего нас конечно впечатлил - камин, с ним всегда тепло и уютно. (Дрова всегда в наличие и бесплатно) Территория ухоженная и благоустроенная. Есть зона для барбекю с мангалом, уютная беседка, где можно собираться всей семьей. Гостеприимный хозяин встретил нас вечером, подробно рассказал о доме и территории. Всегда был на связи, отвечал на все наши вопросы. Однозначно рекомендуем этот дом для отдыха! Здесь созданы все условия для комфортного проживания и отличного времяпрепровождения. Только уехали , но уж хочется вернуться снова!

The place has a really cozy, relaxed vibe — perfect for unwinding. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful the whole time, which made the stay even better. Would definitely love to come back!

They were very responsive and even went out of their way to make us comfortable, provide recommendations. The villa was very clean and had everything you need including good heating. • Arwa (6/5): - - السكن عبارة عن مجموعة فلل مكونة من دورين الارضي يوجد به مطبخ مجهز بالكامل وطاولة طعام واريكة تتحول لسرير ومشب للحطب ودورة مياه صغيرة وفيها غسالة ملابس. الدور العلوي يحتوي على غرفتين نوم صغيرة جداً وفيها بلكونة، ودورة مياه -المكان بجانبه نهر صغير وحديقة صغيرة بها العاب للاطفال. - السكن نظيف جداً جداً ومريح - دورة المياه يوجد بها شطاف - الفيلا فيها دفايات - الاصوات تنتقل بين الفلل، لا يوجد عزل - المضيف وزوجته لطيفين، لكن يتأخرون كثير بالرد - الفلل مافيها خصوصية كثير ملاصقة ببعض مرات وانا خارجة الاقي سيارة موقفه قدام الباب على طول او سيارة تحمل وتنزل قدام الباب
• ABDULLAH .S (10/5): - واحد من افضل المساكن التي سكنت فيها . الفله واسعة ونظيفة وفيها جميع الخدمات بالإضافة الى وجود جميع ادوات الطبخ والغسيل وموقف سيارة + موقد نار وحطب تتسع لست اشخاص او سبعه . والمهم ان المضيفين الزوجين على خلق عالي وابتسامة دائمة وترحيب ومتواجدين دائماً لخدمة الضيوف . يوجد نهر صغير بالمجمع وجلسات لطيفة . الموقع قريب من البقالات والمطاعم والخدمات على الاقدام تقريبا سبع دقائق فقط .

No AC and although the weather is nice outside it’s hot inside so we need to keep the window open all night and sounds from outside was disturbing . Also rooms very small and bed mattresses not really comfortable.

• Norah (9/5): رائع - المكان موقعة مثالي.. ونظيف جدا عبارة عن منزل صغير ع هيئة كوخ حجري مكون من دورين طابقين الارضي استديو صالة ومطبخ مجهز وحمام صغير فيه غسالة ، مؤثث تأثيث جميل وراقي والطابق الثاني غرفتين نوم ضيقة نوعا ما كل غرفة فيها سرير ودولاب بلكونه مشتركة احد الغرف تحتوي ع سرير اضافي قابل للطي .. يعيب المكان ضيق الغرف و الحمامات رغم انها تحتوي على شطفات .. ورغم ذلك مناسب للعائلة المكونة من 4 الى 5 اشخاص. لكن هناك اكواخ اكبر واوسع.. هناك مساحة مزروعة تحتوي على ارجوحه والعاب للاطفال + جلسة لطيفة.. كما ان الموقع جزء منه مطل على النهر . ع بعد تقريبا امتار من المطاعم وتقريبا 5 د الى 7 د مشي من البقالة spara . يدير المكان رجل وزوجته خلوقين ومتعاونين جدا.. و سريعين الاستجابة لاي طلب.. لا شيء

• Afra Sultan (10/5): ملاذ دافئ في قلب باكورياني.. فيلا أنيقة تديرها عائلة بروح الضيافة - المكان رائع على جدول جميل وتتوفر فيه جلسه للشواء مع توفير معدات الشواء … المسؤولون عن المكان اشخاص لطفاء استقبلونا بكل حب وساعدونا في حمل الحقائب مع عائلتهم ،،، الفيلا حديثه ونظيفه وتم توفير جميع معدات النطافه الشخصيه وللمطبخ ،، كما انهم وفرو سرير اضافي مع انني لم استخدمه احببت المكان وهو ليس بعيد عن مركز المدينه ،، انوي العوده له في الشتاء لان اجوائهم رائعه ويوجد العاب للأطفال مشتركه مع غساله خاصه لكل فيلا ،،احسست انني اعيش في منزلي الخاص ،، مددت الاقامه وعطوني خصم . لا شي المكان رائع والقائمون عليه عائله لطيفه جداً

• Andrei (9/5): Weekend in Bakuriani with friends - Very nice houses. We had a small flooding issue, but it was fixed swiftly. The host's brother is a very open and nice guy. We were checking out on Sunday, so they kindly allowed late checkout. We recommend this place. Really minor. A small flooding problem that was quickly fixed though. Also, it would be great to have some salt in the kitchen.
• Yermolovich (9/5): Great house, highly recommended - Staying at Greenfield House was definitely the right choice. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, allowing us to check in very early. He also took the time to show us how to use the fireplace and provided plenty of firewood. Additionally, he was available online 24/7, promptly answering any questions or requests. The location is great—just an 8-minute walk from Skiing Slope 25. The rooms and bathrooms were warm, clean and well-maintained, and the amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, tea kettle, and kitchen utensils, were very convenient. The only downside was that sound from the neighbors could be heard at times, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!
• Ksenia (10/5): - Отличный дом, можно спокойно брать на две семьи (есть две ванные комнаты на втором этаже). В каждой спальне большая кровать с выдвижными кроватями снизу. Получается с 2 детьми можно улечься. Внизу чистая кухня, хорошая посуда, камин с большим количеством дров, разжигается быстро и есть инструкция. Там же есть туалет и стиральная машина с капсулами. Все продумано, тепло, чисто, во дворе есть санки для детей и мангал. До парка 10 минут пешком. Нам все очень понравилось.

• Kirill (10/5): - Our family booked a large cottage for 5 nights, and we were absolutely delighted! The house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, which made our stay as comfortable as possible. We were especially pleased with the fireplace and the ample supply of firewood. Throughout our stay, we slept wonderfully thanks to the peace and fresh mountain air. The host was always available and ready to assist with any questions. There is a convenient parking area near the house, which is great for those traveling by car. Additionally, shops, restaurants, and the beginner’s slope are within walking distance, making the location of the cottage simply perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even considered extending it, but unfortunately, my wife fell ill, and we had to leave. We’ll definitely come back next month!

• Надежда (10/5): Две ночи с семьей у камина - Мы нашли и забронировали аппартаменты за несколько часов до въезда, прямо с трассы. Хозяин Ираклий - вышел на связь сразу же, встретил, заселил, и двое суток нашего пребывания там всегда оставался на оперативной связи, по любому самому мелкому запросу. Аппартаменты новые, чистые, очень грамотно спранированные и уютные. Техника вся новая и современная, санузлы отличные, напор горячей воды хороший и достаточный для четверых, вайфай летает, телевизор легко ловит телефон. Нас было 2 пары - для каждой отдельная спальня на втором этаже. Но диван в гостиной выглядит как неплохой вариант еще на пару человек. Отдельный восторг - камин открытой топки! Ираклий спасибо большое, за чудесный викенд с семьей Надо учитывать, что расположение до подъемников далековато, в г/л ботинках точно не дойдешь, тем более, что и дороги, и тротуары в поселке ужасающие. В обычной обуви дойти примерно те же 20-30 мин займет, как и доехать на машине.

• Liza (9/5): Great place for a summer stay in Bakuriani with great location, facilities and staff. - We enjoyed the location, the cottages of Greenfield Bakuriani were on a quiet street. The other guests were mainly Arabic families with kids so the atmosphere was laid back. The cottage had everything we needed, and when something was missing like an extra pot, or dish soap in the dispenser the owners quickly helped us. They even provided extra bedding free of charge for us. All minor issues quickly resolved. Only thing we didn’t like was the mattress, it’s not as firm as we prefer.

The cottage was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing a serene retreat in a quiet setting. The owner, Mr. Irakli, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features of this property is that it is managed directly by the owners, which truly is the secret to its success. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, ensuring that we had all the comforts of home. Additionally, Mr. Irakli was very responsive to any inquiries we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short 3-5 minute drive from the center of Bakuriani, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of the cottage. I can’t wait to return to Georgia and will definitely visit Greenfield Bakuriani again. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation in a beautiful, quiet area. • FAISAL S (8/5): جميل ولكن ! - المكان نظيف والاثاث جديد وتعامل صاحب المكان رائع، يوجد سكر وشاهي وقهوة وصابون ملابس وشطاف بالحمام مساحة دورات المياه صغيرة ازعاج صوت الكلاب بالليل (يمكن منع الكلاب من الدخول بين الفلل لو وضع باب للسور الخارجي للفلل) احد الجيران قام بالشواء خارجاً بالليل وللأسف كان الدخان مزعجا لجميع السكان

• Abdullatef (10/5): مكان جميل - مكان جميل مجموعة بيوت ريفية جميلة وسط الطبيعه ويديرها مالكها مع زوجته طيبون وسريعين الاستجابة
• faisal (9/5): - في باكورياني وقريب من التلفريك والزحليقة .. قريب من مطعم مرحبا وسوبر ماركت الكوخ نظيف وفيه شطاف .. ومطبخ وغاز عزل الصوت بين الاكواخ منعدم صغر مساحة الكوخ وخاصة دورات المياه
