• Matthias (7/5): Bestens für kurzen Aufenthalt - Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers waren sehr gut. Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber voll okay. Da die drei Schlafcouches im U angeordnet sind, konnte nur eine der drei zum Schlafen ausgezogen werden.
• Jeremy (4/5): gemischt - Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers. Die Zimmergrüße. Da ist nicht viel Herzblut drin. Kein Bett, sondern nur ein sehr schwer ausziebares Schlafsofa. Fehlende Ambiente. Keinerlei Ausschilderung. Man lebt Tür an Tür mit den Eigentümern des Restaurants.

• NOORAISHAH (9/5): - Nice host👍. The apartment with complete facilities. Free parking behind the building. The washing machine comes with dryer. There's a Turkish restaurant called Anatolian downstairs (belongs to the host I guess) I didn't know the apartment is on 2nd floor until I arrive (meet the host in the Anatolian restaurant). For improvement, I suggest the city tax should be charged separately from the room rate. I paid for city tax before because it's in the room charged but had to pay another by cash upon check in.

Overall is clean. 只提供沙發床，且沙發床也沒提供床單和足夠的被子，還需要自行準備及收拾沙發床，可以聞到樓下餐廳的味道 Only provided sofa beds without bed sheets. Moreover, sofa beds require self preparation and organization. Smells from the downstair restaurant in the room is a minus.

• Marion André (5/5): - Parking gratuit. Appartement propre. Bien équipé : frigo, congelateur, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, plaques, grille pain, bouilloire, ventilateur,... Notre arrivée : Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure prevue. Quelqu'un devait nous accueillir (il y avait aussi une boite avec code contenant les clés, mais nous navions pas de code pour l'ouvrir). J'envoie un message via booking, personne ne répond pendant plus de 20 minutes. J'essaye d'appeler, le numéro n'est pas attribué. On attend encore 20 minutes stressantes en se disant qu'il va falloir trouver un hôtel. Un voisin est arrivé sur le parking, a compris ce qu'il se passait et est allé chercher une autre personne dans l'immeuble (qui faisait des travaux). Cette personne a ouvert la boîte à clefs et nous a fait entrer. J'ai ensuite, 40 minutes après qu'on soit rentrés dans les lieux, reçu un message sur la messagerie de booking avec un nouveau numéro de téléphone notamment. Entrée d'immeuble peu accueillante, ressemblant plus a un debarras du restaurant du rez de chaussée qu'à une entrée d'immeuble. Escaliers : plus de 40 marches raides (attention si vous avez des difficultés motrices) Le couchage : 3 canapés lits moyennement confortables. Il a fallu faire du tetris pour en ouvrir 2 (3 adultes). Linge de lit et serviettes qui sentaient fortement le tabac froid (berk) Douche et lavabo qui ne s'écoulent pas.

• Karel (9/5): - Byt má dobrou strategickou pozici,byl čistý a prostorný, odpovídal recenzím a popisu. Je plně vybaven, má všechno zařízení. Chybělo povlečení,byly pouze prostěradla, asi nedopatření,ale byli jsme pouze na jednu noc.
• Anna (4/5): - We stayed in this apartment twice, halfway to our holiday destination and a week later on our way back home. The first time everything was fine, but the second time was not acceptable. There was only one towel left for three people, there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom,the washing machine was full of washed laundry and the only bed linen we could find in the closet was used-disappointing. Room itself looks like on the pictures.

• Ruta (7/5): Clean compact appartment - Very clean and compact space with basic things we needed, it was sufficient for our family. Upon arrival we had to find bedding and do our own beds, it might have been due to holiday season.
• Samantha (7/5): Great studio room but needs a proper bed! - 5 min walk to the train and bus station. Studio room was up several flights of stairs. Collected the key from the restaurant on the ground level. Clean and spacious living area, well supplied kitchen and facilities, washing machine and bathroom with toiletries provided. Netflix and satellite channels on TV. Would have scored a ten but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable :-( soft springy and creaky, Replace one of the three sofa beds with a proper bed. The bedding should have been ironed.

• Tomas (8/5): Nice holiday in Feldkirch - Apartment is close to train station (6min walk). Very clean with all amenities. Good Turkish restaurant in the house. Good value for money. No proper bed, only 3 sofa beds. Check-in not smooth, had to wait for owner to deliver the keys. Asked owner for help with taxi price (he forgot).

• Nicola (1/5): False advertising - Advertised as a one bedroom apartment with three double beds when in fact it is a studio apartment with three sofa beds. It also advertised air conditioning but that was just a fan. Had to book another hotel

• Wkgo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is close to Feldkirch hbf, just few minutes easy walk (although may miss it at first since the entrance is at its car park and backyard). Got everything needed at an apartment for self cooking, laundry etc. There are supermarkets nearby and when on the way from hbf The apartment is at 2nd floor with no lift so be aware if with heavy luggage. Traffic noise can be heard from main road but can close the window to avoid this.

• Nazariy (10/5): We don't only recommend this place but also will be back, soon! - We were 5 people. 2 adults and 3 kids. We like everything. The house was already warm before our arrival. We met exactly when we ask the host to meet us. 5* Host! Inside the house we found everything we would need (from hygiene product to even tea packs and sugar). Important: Beds are also very comfy! and a free parking lot is also a huge plus. nothing! Everything was perfect!
