• Paula (10/5): - Odlična lokacija. Doručak se poslužuje u zalogajnici malo niže u ulici. Možete birati između espressa i npr. peciva sa sirom ILI capuccina i kroasana. Dakle, ako želite pecivo i capuccino, morat ćete nadoplatiti. Nema smisla da se ne može odabrati kava i pecivo/kroasan po izboru.

Le petit déjeuner est mensongė un croissant avec seulement un café pas d autre choix hors moi je ne boit pas de café obliger de prendre un petit déjeuner autre part ou payer un supplément au bar qui se trouve à 5 min à pieds et pas sur place . Une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et une bouteille d' eau dans la chambre qui est déjà ouverte . J ai envoyé 3 messages avant mon arrivée et pas de réponse je suis déçue . Attention l' annonce est présentée comme un hôtel c est une chambre dans un appartement avec 4 chambres.
• Lisa-Marie (8/5): In Ordnung, würde aber nicht nocheinmal buchen - Die Lage war insgesamt in Ordnung. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Kathedrale. Mit dem Bus kommt man auch mit einem Umstieg zum Mondello Beach (ca. 1 Stunde). Zum Busbahnhof von Palermo benötigt man 30 Minuten. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und ein später Check-in aufgrund unseres Fluges war kein Problem. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung hat einen Eingangsbereich inkl. Küche und einem Balkon wo man auch Abends sitzen konnte. Das Frühstück war in einem nächstgelegenen Cafe. In dem Frühstück war ein Croissant oder ein herzhaftes Teil und ein Cappucino bzw. Kaffee inbegriffen. Alles andere muss zusätzlich erworben werden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Cafe ist sehr bei den locals bekannt. Der TV hat grün-rot gewechselt minutenlang (Wechsel rot-grün-rot-grün) und dann ist es wieder auf rot gewechselt (konstant) (nur in der Nacht! War ein Wechel der Farben vorhanden!), was mich beim schlafen sehr beeinträchtigt hat (siehe auf den angehängten Bildern). Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, wir haben die Reinigungskraft direkt am ersten Morgen darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Leider wurde darauf hin nichts gemacht. In der Dusche war Schimmel und der Rahmen oben in der Dusche war ausgeharkt. Früher Check-out war schwieriger, da vor dem Eingang ein Tor ist. Dadurch, dass man die Schlüssel beim Check-out oben in einem Körbchen liegen lassen soll. Mussten wir zu zweit nach unten laufen, das Tor mit dem Schlüssel aufmachen, einer musste nach oben laufen um die Schlüssel nach oben zu bringen. Die andere Person hat unten gewartet, um das Tor aufzuhalten, damit man rausgehen kann.

• Adriana (5/5): Può migliorare - La struttura si trova in una zona molto centrale a pochi passi dalla Piazza Indipendenza e da Porta Nuova, l’antica porta che che dà accesso al corso Vittorio Emanuele. I due host (fratello e sorella) molto disponibili. Ho trovato una pulizia approssimativa. Due asciugamani su tre macchiate, ho fatto presente all’host e mi ha indicato dove trovare quelle pulite, che tuttavia non brillavano. La coperta del letto era piena di polvere e di acari, da far soffrire anche un soggetto non allergico come me. In più il water è chimico quindi l’odore che proviene dal bagno non è affatto gradevole. Ho letto tra le recensioni che già altri ospiti hanno lamentato in passato gli stessi disservizi, quindi forse non c’è volontà di cambiare e di migliorare

A 10 minuti a piedi dal lato opposto del centro storico ci sono diversi negozi e 2 supermercati. Poca comunicazione con lo staff, per fortuna quando sono arrivata c'era la signora delle pulizie e mi ha dato il numero della proprietaria, che è diverso da quello su booking che è del fratello. Il telo doccia era macchiato e ho dovuto arrangiarmi, la proprietaria mi ha poi indicato dove trovare un altro asciugamani. La stanza ha bisogno di una pulizia più profonda perché io sono asmatica e sono stata male, inoltre usciva cattivo odore dalle tubature del bagno quindi va fatta molta più attenzione ai particolari perché il B&B è molto carino e accogliente.

Владелец был на связи и помогал при возникновении необходимости, был ранний прилет и нас заселили без ожидания, а при выезде мы смогли оставить багаж до вечера из-за позднего вылета.

A mio avviso da rivedere la pulizia della struttura che è piuttosto scarsa. In 4 notti di permanenza non è mai stata effettuata la pulizia della stanza. La struttura è dotata di servizi igienici con scarico forzato, per cui la carta igienica va gettata in un bidone dell’immondizia e non nello scarico. Questo di per sé non sarebbe un problema se almeno l’immondizia venisse regolarmente vuotata.

• MkGm (6/5): Can be easily improved to be great! - I stayed in this place after 6 days in the politeama area. The room was spacious with everything you need like towels and it was very clean. The host was super friendly and available on WhatsApp. There were a few minor issues. First and most unpleasant was the shower cubicle in 'jewel' room is freestanding in the room and not in the bathroom. It created an awful damp water smell and added to the extreme humidity. The room wasnt cleaned in 5 days. The a/c also seemed set to a particular temperature and couldn't be adjusted so it was just so hot I had a hardtime sleeping. The coffee machine needs looking at as it just produced dirty water. Lastly the area is a little outside the city walls and there are better neighbourhoods, for example I preferred politeama for the same price.
• Domenico (10/5): - Eravamo già stati a pernottare in questa struttura e già ci era piaciuto per la posizione centrale e comoda nonché per la praticità. stanza più bella, dotata di bagno ampio, letto comodo, mini frigor, smart tv, doccia jakuzzi con tantissime funzioni relax e grandissima posizionata direttamente a lato del letto, balcone che dà sul cortile interno del complesso di palazzine. Il relax è garantito, lontano dai rumori della città, in ambiente moderno e ben curato. Dispone di una cucina comune per tutto il necessario, lavatrice, macchina del caffè, piano cottura, lavandino, ecc, stendi panni per asciugare i propri indumenti o salviette i e costumi dopo una bella giornata al mare. La colazione inclusa presso il vicino bar/rosticceria Santoro, che dista solo 5 minuti a piedi, è davvero un’esperienza interessante per poter gustare prodotti tipici, sia dolci che salati, e prevede per l’appunto una colazione a scelta, a persona, tra dolce e salato. Per un soggiorno Palermitano senza fronzoli e con tutto il necessario lo consigliamo vivamente!

• Nicolas (8/5): Tour de la Sicile entre amis - Logement fidèle aux des images, parfaitement propre, très bonne literie, et une climatisation au top ! La localisation à 5 minutes à pied du Palais Normand et de la Chapelle Palatine, 10 minutes de la Cathédrale et 15 minutes des catacombes, les principales choses sur notre programme. On a pris formule petit déjeuner inclus, on savait que cela se passerait dans une boulangerie à coté, mais juste un croissant et un café ce n’est pas vraiment un vrai petit déjeuner selon moi.. Gros point noir. L’autre petit soucis était qu’au téléphone le gérant a voulu nous faire payer une taxe de séjour deux fois plus importante que celle initialement prévue sur le contrat, mais nous n’avons pas cédé bien qu’il insistait (lourdement) au téléphone.

It took me an hour to get in after a long trip, as there is no sign outside, the door from the street is locked, there is no sign on what floor the hotel is and it took me a while to reach someone by phone. I didn't find anyone working there and the room is much darker and sterile than on the pictures. It was supposed to include breakfast, but I didn't see any. The room had a strange smell also. Overall it's a great location and the room is alright, but if you think you book something special as the pictures promise, you might find that the place is quite different. I was overall disappointed.

• Vinko (10/5): Exceptional - This is actually an apartment in a large building consisting of four rooms, each with its own WC. In ten minutes of walking you will reach the cathedral. A common kitchen is at your disposal. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. WIFI works great. Everything is newly decorated and clean. Letizia is always ready to help and give the best advice. One small tip: it would be good if you had a bigger refrigerator in the rooms and if the rooms had an armchair to sit on.
• Maija (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay within a stone’s throws away from old town gates - The room was so beautiful and extremely clean! The hostess was very friendly. :) The last night of our stay we only got cool water in the shower. Mind you that we didn’t complain about the problem, so it might have been fixable if we had contacted our host. Also might have had something to do with the general water shortage problem in Sicily. Another minor problem we had was that the minibar was leaking.
• Deborah (8/5): Lovely rooms - The rooms are good, the kitchen area is well appointed. It's pretty well situated, and many things are accessible from the rooms. The rooms are comfortable, and the apartment itself has access to tea, coffee, an iron, etc, and cooking facilities if need be. Although fairly well situated, it is a walk over a very busy road into the city centre. As it's near that main road, it's very loud at night, so you have to keep the windows closed.

• Szabó (9/5): Superb - I loved the room and the owners! They are not the best with english but trying their best if u need something. I got the middle room. It was quiet for me enough. I loved the bathroom too and my huge balcony was my favorit. In the kitchen the morning coffe was life saveing sometimes. My bed was comfy and big enough. And if u are from an other country i need to say the lift is adorable! Im a single traveller young women and that part of the city not the safest. I think its important to say and i didnt find it in the comments before my reservation. For me it was ok because im not really scared and i usually took the taxi if i needed. I did not saw anything strange during the night so i still recommend the rooms but be safe ladys take the taxi after the sun is down!

We were able to use the washing machine there which was very convenient and helpful. There was free coffee, tea and bottled water. The kitchen was very accessible to cook meals. The room was very modern with beautiful lighting. Breakfast included is always great. It was very difficult to find and to access which caused us to be really stressed. Shared kitchen was okay but felt more of a hostel vibe. Our airconditioning did not work well and looked like it was under repairs and controlled from the outside. We couldn't check in until 1pm and arrived at 10am, even though our room was clean and ready, we were made to sit in the kitchen and wait because we couldn't come back into the building until 1pm. It was very loud and smelly out on our balcony. We couldn't work out how to get out onto our balcony so we had to climb underneath the roller door every time we wanted to go in and out. It wasn't until the last day that we found remote control switches behind the curtain. The main train station is a 30 minute walk and the port is about a 45 minute walk which wasn't ideal with luggage. We arrived early to Palermo and couldn't find a local bus service or taxi to transport us.

• Réka (9/5): very good value for price - The host was very helpful and helped with late checkout for a fee (1.30am so the fee is totally understandable). The room was tidy and clean, equipped with everything. The walls are very thin and we could literally understand every word of our neighbors.

• Laura (8/5): In general it was alright. - The room was nice and clean, flat was located in area close to the main attractions. There was everything you might need for a short stay. There was a common area with kitchenette where you could get some plates, glasses, cutleries, so that was useful. Even though windows weren’t directly to the street, it was really loud even during the night. I had to close the window to have some rest. You could also hear everything that happens in the corridor (phone ringing, people coming to their rooms) which would bother me sometimes. I didn’t call in advance for the check-in because it showed 24-hours check-in, so when I came no one picked up the phone, there were no clear signs about apartment being located in the address shown, I had to ask people around. I was really tired, so it really bothered me. But everything turned out well, I would just recommend calling in advance with your check-in time.

• Inna (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean place almost in historical center of the city. Highly recommended It was a kind of misunderstanding with the host about the 3d bed, hope he reformulated his facilities on booking, cause it was really strange
• Eric (7/5): Good - Location, ultra modern, comfortable. Breakfast. ONE pastry and ONE beverage at a bar 200 yards down the street was disappointing.

• Dennis (6/5): Clean, new rooms but no air conditioning - It was clean, City was nearby. New bathroom. The air conditioning wasnt working, trying to fool us.
• Adéla (8/5): Very good - everything was good, room was very nice and clean controller for the air condition would be helpful and limited options for the breakfast (croissant&coffee only)
