- Ángel David (9/5): - It is a really good location near the bus stop and it is in a peaceful neighborhood. The bed is a little bit uncomfortable but you can get used to it
- Craig (8/5): Was worth the money for the stay I’d definitely stay here again probably this weekend if available - Close to city centre That I couldn’t use cooker to cook meals
- Perla (8/5): -
- Roxann (8/5): - Good value for money. Close to the Titanic Quarter. Thin walls. Can hear the traffic from outside especially at night. You might need ear plugs for sleeping.
- Rebecca (4/5): Average - Location was great!
Easy to get in with the code. Downstairs small box room with large window looking out to Main Street.
Could hear everything from people upstairs, cars driving past, people in the kitchen, the constitution work going on behind the property.
Felt like I was living in someone’s house you don’t know very uncomfortable. Think as we were in the ground floor and you have to walk through the kitchen (small) to get to the bathroom it’s alittle awkward.
Bathroom pink stains on the floor, and shower was rubbish no pressure and would go between scorching hot to freezing, shower door broken and kept sliding open.
Didn’t feel clean.
Feel like it was over priced for what it is.
- ElaForgacz (10/5): - One of the best experiences while using booking com. Nothing to improve
- Andrea (7/5): Decente - Rapporto qualità prezzo Troppa polvere. La moquette deve essere rimossa

- India (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable. Value for money. - Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Great for the price. The street was alittle noisy but can’t be helped. Everything else made up for it :)
- Gabor (8/5): -
- Agata (10/5): Great accommodation - Great room , comfy bed , close to the town centre and titanic quarters . Clean and safe . All the other tenants were quiet and respectful.

- FAROOQH (10/5): - The Heating was on 24x7, much needed for the February Irish weather. Comfortable place and location. The bin was not cleaned everyday,
- Andy (9/5): Ideal for someone looking for value for money - Exceptional value for money. Very clean. Good location with nearby station. Perfect for the single traveller Nothing
- SHEILA (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay will be happy to visit again - Great location and felt like home away from home Felt bit akward having a bench outside the bedroom

- JOCEL (10/5): Very comfortable. - So clean and tidy. None

- Vivien Laura (7/5): - It was quiet, the thick blanket kept me cozy warm, while it was cold and rainy outside. I felt very comfortable in this house.
I had room 4 downstairs and it was quite tall, compared to the photos - it was a single bed though, so maybe that’s why there was more space. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. It’s quite a long walk from the city.
You can hear the steps from the person above you. I didn’t have too much of a problem with it, because I only heard it when the person was getting up and going to sleep. If there are more active people above you you might have a ‘problem’. I don’t think there were too many people with me in the house at the time I stayed there.
- Kaylee (7/5): Great location, friendly support, and clean - Conveniently located to city center transit Could use a flat sheet, the duvet cover for the comforter didn’t feel like enough between that and the insert. Would have been more comfortable. I know I got warm and would have liked to use the sheet. It was so warm I know I sweat thru to the comforter and would have felt better with an additional layer.
- Baas (8/5): Visiting Belfast August 2025 - Location on walking distance from city center.
Kitchen well provided incl. washing machine.
Fast reply on e-mails when you have a question.

- Maria (2/5): Rough area in the East side of the city where I did not feel safe or comfortable - The room itself was basic but clean, small common kitchen and shared bathroom.
Free wifi The accommodation itself was clean and basic, I had a small single room right beside the common kitchen.
I did not sleep well due to other guests cooking and setting off the fire alarm several times late at night and again early in the morning but that is the sort of stuff I can deal with.
What made my stay very uncomfortable is the fact that he house is in the East side of the city. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I found the atmosphere tense and unwelcoming, which left me feeling unsafe and out of place.
The streets nearby were noticeably rough and dirty and lacked amenities like shops or cafés. I had to walk a considerable distance back to the city center just to find a pleasant place to eat.
Even though I had booked for two nights, I left after the first night because I didn't feel secure staying there any longer.
I hope the host understands that while the accommodation itself was okay, the surrounding environment deeply affected my experience.
- Lesley (7/5): - Cheap clean and cheerful

- Lee (10/5): The owner was a very nice guy and the place was great value for money. - I loved how respectful everyone was and that it was great value for money. The owner was very nice and understanding when my taxi arrived earlier then expected at the location. Rooms were a great size and well kept / cleaned. Tbh nothing i didn't enjoy at the property. I had a truly wonderful stay. I will definitely stay again in the future, when needed.
- Antony (8/5): Very good - Very good stay😃
- Mariyan (4/5): Disappointing - The location The bed was uncomfortable and too noisy,
- John (4/5): Cheap tacky - Clean , hot shower Converted into bed sits , very cheaply done, bed mattress was terrible
- Gregory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandra (10/5): Lovely hotel with amazing facilities and very friendly and accommodating staff!!! -
- Norbert (8/5): Nice comfortable room - Nice comfortable place not too far from the city centre. Not luxurious but good enough.
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Ruf (9/5): Superb -
- Inga (8/5): Nice stay for good value - The room and the bathroom were very clean. The towels and shower gel were provided (no shampoo though). The room was quite warm. The landlord was responsive and helpful. Public transport is nearby, making it easy to reach the city center. Overall, a very nice place for the good price. The shower was not the best. The regulator had to be set up to a specific temperature otherwise it wouldn't properly control the water temperature. The room was quite small and window faced the road—you could easily hear planes and cars passing by. It wasn't a big issue for us, but it might be a dealbreaker for some.
- Sani (9/5): Superb -
- Robbie (3/5): Never again - Man was very rude when I try to ask about pass code for door nothing in the guide book about places to eat and no toiletries in bathroom and no remote for tv
- Cynthia (8/5): Good location with necessities - Good location with an easy 30 mins walk to the center or the Titanic museum. The bed was comfy and the shower was warm which was good as we only needed a place to sleep and freshen up. The area was quiet enough despite being close to the road. There was a cooker but we were not allowed to use it. It's located in East Belfast which didn't bother us but could be a shock to others. Activating the door code was a little tricky as it was sometimes hard to see the numbers
- Shihtang (8/5): Very good -
- Shihtang (7/5): Good -
- Arvind (7/5): Good -
- Arkaprabha (5/5): decent stay - the place was clean and neat. location was alright - about 30min walk from Cathedral quarter. on-street parking available readily the rooms were a bit cold. the downstairs toilet shower was also difficult to work at times - vacillating between hot and cold rapidly
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (9/5): Everything was superb. I will recommend this place to stay. -
- T (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (9/5): Superb - Clean and secure.
Easy access to Titanic quarter.
Decent size room.
Great value.
- Higdon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rizwan (1/5): Bad -
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional - There’s a lock on the door and the roads weren’t as busy The shower is shared
- Ponomarenko (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and clean place. Comfortable bed. Heating is always on, so it is warm. There's everything you need: a hair dryer, a small kitchenette with a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. Good location. Nice staff. Thank you.
- Xiaolei (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vikas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stefano (10/5): Nice and kindly weekend - Very nice and gentle people and a perfect room nothing everything
ok
- Eurwyn (7/5): Good townhouse stay - The house was nice and clean, other guests were quiet, and the location was good for all sightseeing trips. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The bed in room 2 was so uncomfortable that it caused severe back pain for the days we were there. The owner should really spend a night sleeping there to experience the uncomfortableness of the springs and thin mattress and invest in a proper mattress there before having any more guests staying there.
- Bruno (10/5): Comfort, calm and value for money - Super quiet
Super comfortable
Super clean
The host is super responsive if you have a question
The price is unbeatable
17 minutes walk and you are at the edge of the city centre Just could not find recycling facilities in the area (for packaging/paper...)
- Sijie (5/5): Passable -
- Boca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Gadadhara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nitin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (1/5): Disappointing - Not as it seemed on booking .com there was did not realise we would be sharing this house with strangers. Carpet in down stairs bedroom very damp smell
- Andrew (8/5): It was all good. No complaints at all. - Everything was fine. I thought the room was a little bigger from the photos.
- Isabel (8/5): Very good -
- Murphy (7/5): Good -
- Phuong (7/5): Good -
- Fitzpatrick (7/5): Good -
- Stock (7/5): Mr - It's a nice place to stay at for a day or 2 if you're travelling a lot but for the long term I wouldn't recommend it, there wouldn't be enough space in the room for it. Nothing, really. Everything was pretty good. The only thing that came to mind was having some loud neighbours during quiet times, but the owner couldn't be responsible for someone else's actions.
- Raj (9/5): Superb -
- Sheila (8/5): Very good -
- Krishnagopal (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (8/5): Very enjoyable couple of days, safe, clean, comfortable and secure good-priced room. - Very clean room and shared bathroom, didn't use the kitchen downstairs. Quiet location between main roads, noise from plane as George Best airport nearby but two or three in first couple of hours on the day of departure only but nothing from passing traffic. Very clean and comfortable property. Host good communicator via email (didn't meet John) but wifi and rules instructions left on bed and all comms polite. Great price. Either another guest or the next door neighbour was talking loudly on phone until after midnight both nights we stayed. Walls of room were thin but this wasn't a problem given the little time we spent there. Can't comment on the kitchen as didn't use. A little far to walk but on plenty of bus routes to centre.
- Prisca (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Anne (10/5): Perfect for a short stay in Belfast - It was spotless and had everything that we needed.
- Kent (8/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient location and good value. - Good location. Close to town with good public transport options. Also good having much needed laundry facilities. Templeton road is concrete which is noisier than asphalt with vehicles. Having double glazing did help to negate some of the noise.
- Sam (1/5): Rude owner - Very rude owner. I had vacated the room on time before 10am but my clothes were finishing off a wash and the cycle finished at 10.04am. Got bullying calls from owner telling me to get out of house for the sake of 4 minutes.
No compassion or consideration from this property.
- Kurian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diogo (6/5): Pleasant - It is really clean My bedroom door wasn't locking and I sent a message and no one solved it
- Jixy (9/5): Superb -
