• alicia (4/5): Decepcionante por la suciedad - Buena ubicación, aunque bastante ruidoso Las fotos de la terraza nada que ver con la realidad, el suelo no se podía ni pisar de lo sucio que estaba, cojines llenos de excrementos de pájaros y palomas. Apartamento en general muy sucio, toda la vajilla puesta en el cajón sin lavar, polvo en el microondas y sillas rotas. Al encender el aire acondicionado además de ruidoso caían trozos de suciedad. Lo mas decepcionante del apartamento sin duda ha sido la falta de higiene del mismo y el olor a tubería exagerado tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Estuvimos hablando con el gestor del apartamento que nos ofreció la limpieza pero un día después cuando ya habíamos limpiado todo. La verdad nos ha parecido nefasto ya que lo mínimo que buscas es limpieza y destacaba por su ausencia.
• Jakov (10/5): Mooie lokatie en fantastisch terras - We kregen op tijd duidelijke instructies en alles is soepel gegaan. De ingang bevindt zich op een hele drukke straat met eenrichtingsverkeer. We maakte ons zorgen omdat we met de auto waren. Maar 5 meters verderop, om de hoek is er een klein pleintje. Daar konden we onze auto met alarmlichten aan even parkeren en alle spoelen naar boven brengen. De echte parel is het terras. Groot en het heeft fantastisch view. En je zit daar eigenlijk privé. Het is geen super de lux maar alles deed het, wifi was goed. En het is vlakbij alles.

• Laura (5/5): - The location was excellent and the roof-top terrace was amazing to hang out on. Easy communication with the host. Basic interior that felt very practical and not cozy at all. The smell in the bathroom was pungent. Both the apartment door and the door to the terrace were dodgy and the latter didn't close properly.

Zatuchlá skříň, totálně špinavá klimatizace, kterou jsme naštěstí nemuseli používat a protékal záchod, takže jsme splachovali pomocí kýble z terasy, který jsme si plnily ve dřezu vodou

• Martine (7/5): Très bien situé, proche du centre-ville. Idéal pour un couple. - Bon accueil à l'arrivée. Échanges avec la gérante de l'appartement à qui nous avons demandé des conseils. Le +, la proximité du centre ville. Le lit dans la chambre est confortable, par contre le canapé-lit l'est beaucoup moins. Une porte- fenêtre ne fermait pas, nous l'avons calée avec une valise. Nous l'avons signalé à la personne qui nous avait accueillis.

• Francisco Javier (10/5): Muy buena estancia. - La ubicación y las vistas del ático. Pero en general, todo bien. La gestión también es genial. Daniela nos facilitó todo. Quizá un problema de la calle… huelen las tuberías un poco si lo dejas destapado … pero el resto, todo correcto, ninguna queja.
• Cristina (4/5): Overall it is a pity that this apartment is not functional like should be based on the presentation! - Very good location, in the middle of the city center! 5 min walk from Cathedral and Alcázar Palace! The terrace from the balcony is very nice, big and you can see the Cathedral! The owner of the property was very friendly! The facilities and the furniture are very old, faraway from the pictures shown on the booking presentation! The smell from the bathroom was vvvv bad, I assume was coming from the flat sewerage; huge humidity in the apartment, on the fridge area the dampness on the wall was visible! The AC from dining room is very old and in bad condition! Definitely a renovation is required!
• Katalin (8/5): Jól éreztük magunkat! - Szuper elhelyezkedés, tágas és kényelmes nagy tetőterasz! Nem volt kávéscsésze, nem volt borospohár, szakadt volt a műfű a teraszon. Csak apróságok.
• MARIA CELESTINA (7/5): Muy agradable estar tan cerca de la Catedral-Giralda - La situación y las camas, sábanas y toallas lo mejor de la vivienda, y la limpieza. Dejan lo básico en baño y cocina para limpiar y el menaje para 2 es suficiente. La terraza se agradece mucho y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Hay que subir 14 escalones hasta el ascensor y de este al ático hay otros 6 o escalones, que hago constar para quien tenga dificultad. La puerta del portal es antigua, pero bien. Lo que vimos muy mal fue la puerta de la vivienda y la nevera está viejita pero funciona. El parking de pago está lejos, pero en la zona azul se aparca bien en la Calle Arenal a 100 mt. y descargando la APP se va pagando fácil cada hora por la mañana de 9 a 14 y cada 2 horas de 17 a 20 por la tarde.

Had all the comforts of home - not “high-end” though - but we weren’t expecting that either. Lovely to sit outside on the terrace late at night - when the temperature was cooler. Elevator to top floor.👍🏻 Construction noise next door apartment - but we weren’t “home” (most of the time) during the day - so ended up not being a problem. Terrace area too hot in the afternoon - maybe needs a large umbrella or shelter.

• Shelley (1/5): Still recovering from this horrible experience - WARNING DO NOT BOOK Though the pictures and location seemed really nice. It was the worst experience I ever had in an apartment. I woke up before 8 am to horrible construction sounds. When I looked outside I saw a crane and several men walking on the apartment. I am a female travelling alone and already felt unsafe by this unexpected experience. It looked like construction work that would take several months to realise, so I wanted to leave asap and cancel my upcoming two nights. I texted the host and they did not reply (previous contact was really fast). I started to look for other apartments by myself in stress and without any help from the host. The host eventually replied in the afternoon stating that they are not responsible for construction work on the street, which I totallly understand. But this was on their roof. A month later I still havent received my money back and the host is ignoring booking.com in finding a sollution.
• Pauline (2/5): Worst experience in 10+years traveling. - My worst experience in 10 years of using booking.com for my travels! Please, do not reserve this apartment if you want to spend a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Until 2026, there are works in the building next-door, with the jackhammer going on from 8 am till 6 pm everyday! We have spoken with the tenant, with no result. They say they can't do anything about it since its the neighbor. I beg to differ since there's a sign informing everyone those work have started in 2023 and will go on till 2026! They knew about it and shouldn't have rented the apartment. Luckily, booking did make a financial gesture but couldn't do more because the tenant did not want to. Moreover, the shower was cold (the tenant did come twice to fix it, but made it worse!), the wifi isn't accessible in the bedroom and there's not even a towel to wash the dishes (their answer: we do not publicize a usable kitchen, which is totally false but by that time we wanted to enjoy our vacation and were tired of their dishonesty... oh and don't even count on olive oil, salt or pepper, nothing is provided). I didn't know such dishonest tenant existed... it's my first bad experience on booking.com and I hope my last!

• Lisa (6/5): Good location for what we wanted in Seville - Location was excellent to historical Seville district, nice balcony overlooking cathedral, steps to top floor as well as elevator, air conditioning. Odor from bathroom, shower was mostly cold water with intermittent hot water
• Mohamed (5/5): A nasty surprise. - The location is perfect, otherwise nothing. A real scandal! No Internet connection, I relaunched several times and nothing happened. A problem with the installation of hot water, we relaunched several times, and they sent someone, but nothing is solved. Result: a stay without a shower, otherwise you can try a good cold shower. The terrace which is normally the main selling point of the apartment is unusable, since the sofa is damaged and full of water. Apart from small details... full of details Anyway, I visit Seville several times a year, for a decade, never have I had such a bad experience. Never. And most importantly, the reaction of the staff, not even a word of apology. Shame.

• Andreea (7/5): Good - Very well situated, near the cathedral and the most touristic area. Close to everything. The fact that it smelled very bad and didn't have enough warm water. We couldn't adjust it. It was cold or very hot, nothing in between. The fact that it's not accessible for people with reduced mobility even with the lift. You have to go up several stairs to get the elevator. And another ones when you get out od the elevator. Would prefer to have known this before as I was travelling with an older person.

The h - The property is in an an amazing location, right beside the Cathedral and close to some of the best Tapas bars in Seville. Great balcony, lovely for sitting out and catching dine very pleasant mid October weather! The hosts of the apartment were very helpful when our flight was delayed and they sent comprehensive instructions (including video) of how to get into the accommodation, when we arrived at 1.30am! Top floor, however we knew that that when we booked. Lift started at the 1st half floor, so may not suit those who have limited mobility

• Trcalin (8/5): Short trip to Seville - The apartment is located in few steps from Seville Cathedral in the hart of the touristic area. It has a nice and large terrace. The host was very nice and helpful. The interior and furniture look a little rusty so some renovation/refurnish may be needed. The two air conditioning devices are weak and in the hot days as the apartment is at the top of the building will get very hot inside.

The staff were very helpful and kept good communication throughout. High standard of cleanliness. The apartment is not in tip top condition compared to the photos, looking a little 'worn' and smaller in reality than the wide angled photos, but the location makes up for it.

The terrace was the star of the property, we used it in the morning for breakfast and evening for a glass of wine a real bonus! The air conditioning was a welcome especially in the bedroom. Large fridge in the kitchen and modern shower were also great. Not a lot, but maybe a little maintenance on the drawers in the bedroom wardrobe and the door frame in the bathroom. However didn’t hinder the stay at all.

Balcony of the apartment is just wonderful to admire the city and catedral (their spelling). Seville is a fabulous city full of elegant alleys and streets, a shopping mecca of sorts. Tourists galore. If our bed had fitted sheets, then, our stay woulda' been even better ! But as bedding seems to be an issue in Spain (wot's with two singles joined as a double in other hotels...??) then the miserable, thin unfitted sheets here is merely a extension of same... The lock on downstairs door is ibominable! Needs prompt attention ; we required text advice/ assistance to get in. Lock requires deft touch to actually get in. I thought we might’ve stood there all night. Oh...and the lack of fitted sheets in an otherwise comfortable bed ! Threadbare bare sheets, cold.
