• Eileen (10/5): Loved this apartment, location, cleanliness and ease of getting around the city. - The location of this unit was exceptional. It was located in the first district of Vienna just across the street from the Opera house. It was conveniently located near all the shopping and many of the sights associated with this vibrant city. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment. Just a little difficult to get in at first but that is probably because I am not the best with using my phone. Luckily I had my granddaughters with me and they were able to get into the apartment easily every time.
• Rajiv (7/5): The property is located at central place and well maunted - Very well located and walkable distance of nearby places. When we reached at property, the rooms were not ready as laundry got delayed. Also finding the property in the building its bit tricky. However called customer service of Booking.com.
• Kralik (10/5): The perfectly located, spacious apartment that was an ease to book - exceeded our expectations! - Everything! I can't recommend this apartment enough. It's a 12 out of 10. Plenty of space, easy communication with the host and the location was stellar! We visited many countries on our trip and this accommodation was fantastic! N/A
• Viktor (1/5): not worth 300+€/night worn, dirty, cheapest furniture, check in even at 5PM not possible - The apartment was not ready even at 5PM. Apartment is in very worn condition, dirty windows, walls, broken sunshades, cigarette butts on the balcony. Everything looked very worn, old, dirty. Baby bed was not there even though we have asked for it. In the end we have decided not to stay there and left immediately after check in. Definetly not worth 300+€/night.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - Great location and lovely bright apartment. The electric blinds on the roof windows didn’t all work and the standard window blinds didn’t keep much light out in the morning.

The terrace/rooftop is the cherry on top for t - The location is nice, but not too many supermarkets around to buy simple groceries. It’s huge and enough for big groups. The beds is super comfy! Literally nothing, everything was soo good.

• Tamas (9/5): It was a nice place to stay in Vienna and attend a performance in the Opera House. - Location is great. The apartment is spacious and warm. It is a pitty that the window shades cannot be closed in the guest bedroom; hence no long sleeping in the morning.

The customer service is absolutely awful and can make your whole stay unple - The property itself is amazing It has great size bedrooms, kitchen separate for living which also greatly spacious Also a roof terrace that has some strange smell and no umbrella or shade but outside air option The communication was dreadful We had no Wi-Fi for 4 days in which I had to chase up al the time They sent a stranger to fix the door lock which was electrical and did not unlock for the inside and did not tell us that sme is coming He came and insistently knocked and rang on the door while one of our kids was sleeping and was feeling unwell We asked for late check out which they confirmed the previous day and said they will charge us. On the next day I receive a message in which they state we need to leave at 10 as they have a check in. I called 10 times and no one picked up. They I used my partners phone and they picked up right away…. And stated they have a booking so we need to leave. Ours son was really unwell with 40C temperature and should have I known the previous day I would have booked another option but they messed up smth again I expected our booking a month before we arrived with two days and it appears it came up as a second booking in their system so they called me two days before to ask if we already checked out. I told them the whole story but they said they don’t have a record of my booking.i sent them screenshots of my holing in booking and their system and they said they will call me back after they check. They never called me ……

• Nick (9/5): Wonderful apartment in the heart of Vienna! - Very spacious, airy, and bright apartment! The location is the absolute best - right opposite the opera house and walkable to almost everywhere! Separate air conditioning in every room was great! Check in etc was easy, with good communication from the host. Some of the automatic window blinds in bedroom were broken, meaning the skylight windows couldn't be covered. The provision of toiletries could be better!

Great location, very spacious, clean and comfortable. - Fantastic location near cafes, parks and supermarkets and only a few minutes walk to Hofburg palace. Enjoyed the roof top terrace. The blinds in the bedroom would not close so it was very bright in the mornings.
• Roger (7/5): A lovely apartment, great location and overall a very good stay although a bit more attention to amenities and solving i - Newly renovated and located in excellent location for exploring Vienna city centre. Unresponsive hosts - no toilet paper on arrival and after 2 days of our stay, the wi-fi quit. Despite multiple messages to host no reply. Without wi-fi our onward travel arrangements were hampered. Check-in payment with a perfectly good credit card also proved to be hugely complicated requiring a significant delay to get processed before access was eventually granted.

Can't recommend the property enough. - The things we liked: - Location - the windows are looking out onto the Opera House - Spacious - two large bedrooms with two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen. Also a terrace upstairs, it was a bit chilly to use it thought :) - Clean - spotless apartment Some of the previous reviews mentioned the need to go across town to get the keys. This is no longer an issue as the electronic lock is now installed, and no keys are needed. A nice touch was having an umbrella in the apartment, which we used one day when it was raining. Overall, a top property with the host answering questions promptly. There was nothing not to like!
• Lita (8/5): Disorganised chaotic administration. Otherwise great apartment - Large sunny apartment. Perfect location. The service support/administration was very unsatisfactory and disorganised. Delayed or even no responses at all. We wasted too much time with inacceptable issues on the phone every day.

• Sherri (8/5): Perfect location, but be warned… you will have to work hard to get your deposit back! - The location was AMAZING!!! The view of the Opera house was stunning! So convenient to have a grocery store with friendly employees less than a block away. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 women for 9 nights! When I asked if there was more they said they would bring it… very inconvenient. We ended up just buying our own. Same with the trash bags. There were so many notes about taking out the trash often, but no extra bags. Also, it took FOUR WEEKS and 10+ emails to get my deposit back! Totally unacceptable!!!

Right near the opera and close to the city centre. Easy to get around. Safe and secure! Had some trouble working out which heating system was connected and Wifi password wasn’t provided. Sorted this out by morning of second day.

• A (4/5): Good location , very poor management by you. - Location. We forwarded all registration documents and confirmed by telephone that you had received , but you continued to send reminders saying we had not registered.We telephoned on arrival to confirm arrangements for the keys , and we were told to go to the apartment.After 2 hours and many phone calls you finally admitted that you should have advised us to collect the keys from an address in a different part of Vienna.Even though you had made a mistake you would not send anyone with the keys and it cost €40 taxi to collect the keys.

• Mihkel (6/5): So so - Location lighting in kitchen and bedroom doesn't work and biggest problem was no heating, so someone should look there is a problem. I mentioned that in same day but we stayed 4 days like that. I try to be not critical but i was disappointed
