• Rafael Jardon (8/5): Buen alojamiento. - Es un lugar amplio con un baño muy hermoso y nuevo, así como la buena ubicación muy cerca de todo el centro y caminando se llega rápido. Las escaleras de acceso son pequeñas y algo pronunciadas, subir y bajar con maletas es algo difícil.
• Victoria (10/5): Great place to reset and relax - We got a very thourough tour of the place from the property manager and had plenty of space. Bathroom was huge and was nice to relax in. Fully equipped kitchen. The layout of the place was odd, the bathroom was as far away as possible from the bedroom but not a big deal.
• Nina (9/5): Great location and host - Really nice apartment close to the train station. Nice and cosy bedroom, spacious bathroom and living room. Very well equipped - loads of kitchenware, washing machine etc. The host Daniel is super helpful and organized, everything was nicely explained and showed to us.

• Laura (9/5): - L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e ottima per girare a piedi. In generale Firenze è una città da girare a piedi. Come la città, questo appartamento è ottimo per chi si muove agilmente: le scale sono ripide e strette, come la città è un appartamento antico. L'interno è ampio e confortevole, la cucina dispone di tutto il necessario. Daniel è un host fantastico che ci ha fornito anche ottimi consigli su cosa mangiare e cosa visitare: ottimo il consiglio sul Museo del Bargello e la chiesa di Ognissanti (che non avevamo pensato nel nostro itinerario). Le finestre affacciano sul muro di fronte, molto vicino, non è piacevole aprirle. Nessun problema se si sta fuori casa tutto il giorno e si torna solo per dormire e fare colazione.
• Veronica (9/5): Convenient and affordable spacious apartment in Florence. - The apartment was conveniently located. Most major attractions were within a walkable distance. Grocery store nearby so that you could acquire ingredients to cook. Kitchen had all the basics for making your own meal And basic cleaning supplies already available. Laundry facilities were definitely a plus for a mid trip. Wardrobe refresh. (Drying rack available for use if you don't want to hang your clothes outside on the balcony) Bathroom was spacious with a decent sized shower. Extra bedding if needed in the closet. Air conditioning was a definite plus. Wi-Fi isi available and does work, albeit it's a very slow connection. Owner was great with communication and very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone traveling to Florence. The floors could have been cleaner when we first got the apartment. I took my shoes off and within 15 minutes my socks were all dusty and gritty. The bed was quite firm and low.

• maría florencia (9/5): Apartamento grande y cómodo - Muy buen apartamento, super amplio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía. Lo recomiendo! Además esta bien ubicado, cerca de la estación y de las atracciones por lo cual puedes ir caminando a todos lados. Algo a mejorar seria la puerta del edificio que es antigua y era difícil de que quedara bien cerrada y por momentos la encontraba abierta. El resto todo bien

• Esteban Joaquin (5/5): Regular - El alojamiento cumple con lo básico para una estancia breve, muy cercano a la estación y a corta distancia caminando de varios puntos turísticos. Las instalaciones de baño y cocina funcionan perfecto. La limpieza fue un tanto deficiente, el departamento es amplio, pero bastante oscuro, requiere tener siempre encendida luz artificial. Estuvimos 4 días y solo se hizo limpieza para el check in. La calle en la que se encuentra ubicado de noche no parece muy segura, un poco solitaria.

• Linda (8/5): Well located and close to all shops, trains, buses and restaurants. Had everything we needed for our short stay excelle - Was well situated and had everything we needed for our stay. Daniel was great help with locating a key as we were arriving very late and also arranged a transfer to the airport for us for our way home. There was building work going on nearby that started quite early but because we had a busy schedule we were usually awake so didn’t bother us to much. The balcony view wasn’t great looks onto a building getting work done so we didn’t use it at all.
• Anna (8/5): Nice apartment with good amenities. - - clean apartment with good amenities - not too far from the main area of Florence - friendly and helpful staff - advised that this property had air con however upon arrival was told we had to turn the aircon off overnight which made for a very hot and uncomfortable sleep. - is up a flight of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. - the front door was very hard to lock at times which could become a safety issue

The apartment was very spacious with good amenities. Check in and out was extremely easy with great communication from our host. Short walk with luggage from the train station.

Host is very friendly and communicative. Construction is going on at next building so be prepared of noise in the morning.

• Vw (7/5): Well located but noisy and basic - Well located apartment, 15 mins walk from all the main sites. Allowed us to drop the bags and do check in early. Clean, especially the bathroom. Good sized living areas. The apartment was noisy, which was really disappointing and extremely important to us. The bedroom could clearly hear the apartment next door who talked loudly until the early hours; building work on the adjacent building including a jackhammer drill all one afternoon and street noise from the living room where the sofa bed is. The listing would benefit from a floor plan, as the bathroom is off the kitchen, furthest away from the bedroom. This would have affected whether we booked or not. The furnishings are basic and a bit tired, sofa is stained. No hanging space, no chest of drawers, only 2 small under bed drawers.

• Karen (9/5): Nice big air conditioned apartment with comfortable bed and balcony. - Big apartment. And a balcony…and air conditioning which was essential when temperatures were at 38 degrees. So there’s not a great view from the balcony but you can’t have everything. It’s all a balance.
• Gianelle (9/5): location near the metro station but far from old town - the property is 5 minutes from the metro station. it doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs is steep. the owner was kind enough to help us carry our luggage upstairs. the apartment is complete with towels, kitchen utensils, shampoo, soap. it also has aircon unit that was very useful for us. it was a 10 min walk to the old town/firenze cathedral. lots of mosquitoes, no elevator
