• NOR AISHAH (9/5): It’s cosy, full facilities. Close to everywhere that I want to go. The staff are so friendly, accomodating and welcoming - I like everything about it. It’s like my second home. It’s convenient. Easy access to everywhere that I want to go. The facilities are full intact for my use. Nothing.

However this is the reply from Hotel front desk : Since the payment made through Booking.com, you may ask the receipt from their side. Thank you, Front Desk. No one wanna to provide this service to me and I really feel disappointed.

• Fedor (8/5): Great place to stay in a wonderful district - Very friendly and really helpful staff! Quite noisy due to the highway is just down the windows.
• Alisa (7/5): Overnight stay - Stayed in one 2 bedrooms and one 3 bedrooms apartment. Was last minute booking due to flight delay. The location in this affluent neighborhood suits our needs as we have own transport. The apartments were big in space and cleaned but dated in terms of furnishing. The lightings were a generous mix of fluorescent and yellow bulbs. Fan, AC, laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer in the 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms living room has no window. Kitchen very sparse amenities like cooking and dining utensils. Insufficient hand towels.

• Sam (10/5): A great 2 bedroom apartment in a very good location (Mont Kiara). Highly recommend! - The whole facility - from the folks at reception, to security, to amenities (laundry!) to the rooms were exceptional. If anything was amiss, it was rectified immediately. Very good sized apartment and everything was in good working order in the apartment. Very well managed and very clean! This was at the top end of our budget and we were looking for less expensive places, but it was so well managed and we were able to park our car in the secure car park. Some small things - one of the dryers did not work well and the washing machine spin dryer wasn’t super effective (but did the job!). The double bed could be updated to a queen or king.

• Rashidah (9/5): Superb - The unit was spacious and comfortable for whole family. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils along with washer and dryer- very convenient. Bedrooms were cozy .We even ended up hosting a small family gathering there during raya period. The smart tv provided many streaming channel, easy to use and very convenient. The floor of whole unit was dusty, very likely due to owner opened the bathroom window for ventilation. The shower for connecting bathroom for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom may not be suitable for elderly as the shower was in the bathtub itself- quite difficult to get out feom the bathtub.

• Amirul (7/5): Good - It's a basic 3-bedroom apartment, clean and comfortable. The building is old but kept the inside of the apartment relatively ok. Staff were responsive and fast to replace attend to our needs. Slightly old building and basic pool and gym. Could do with proper shampoo, soap and Conditioner. They just provide a single dispenser that is a 3 in 1.

• Richard (10/5): Friendly, helpful staff, clean with daily cleaning service, great air con, utensils available. - It's like a hotel, just pick up the keys from reception. Remember, this is not a hotel, so do not expect hotel services. It's an apartment. However, Grabs are cheap and you get food delivered whenever you want, unless you eat out, which is also cheap. Breakfast is available here. I have no complaints.

• Jaehyuk (10/5): Good and convinent! I recommend this residence. If you want to visit somewhere in Kuala Lumpur. - It is really good for me. It is near by Solaris so I can get some stuff easily. KLCC also is located nearby(20mins). I can smell the smoke in non smoking area. So please check strictly next time

• Anonymous (9/5): Overall it was a good experience, if the right sized pillows were available on request then it would have been perfect. - It was well maintained, well furnished, spacious and clean. The pillows were too thick/uncomfortable, we requested for thinner pillows but the management could provide only 2 pillows and we were a group of 6, so other 4 did not have a comfortable sleep.

• Wai (10/5): Lovely stay right in heart of Mont Kiara - The apartment was very spacious and spotless. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were very spacious with both tub and showers. The common areas were very classy and cosy, with a colonial feel. Ahmed at the reception was exceptional. Our room was facing the highway and we could hear the traffic but that did not bother us much.

• Fadzly (10/5): The 7th time that not so heaven this time... - The unit is large and suits with our family members of 8 pax. TV channel is full of movies to watch. Staff are so friendly and courtesy. We had been staying here several times. However, on our recent stay, we had been given a unit W6-2, which we never ever stayed before. The dine area and living area lighting's was so dim. Should add on more lights. Air-conditioned unit esp in living room as well function but not really cold. 16C set, but felt like 24C. Microwave symbol button as well faded and difficult to set for cooking.
