• AlexYb (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno (cicloturismo) - Buona posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro passando per una scorciatoia pedonale. Host molto disponibile e preparato per i vari consigli su come muoversi al meglio per Orvieto. Ottima struttura per chi come noi viaggia in bici: possibilità di mettere le bici al sicuro in garage (cosa non da poco). Appartamento pulito, accogliente e molto ampio, con possibilità di cucinare, frigo e tutto il necessario. Bagno spazioso, ok, letto abbastanza comodo. Tutto ok

• Naila (8/5): - Lokacija nastanitve je odlična, saj je zelo blizu vzpenjače, ki omogoča najlažji dostop v Orvieto. Zelo priročno je tudi parkirišče znotraj nastanitve. Apartma smo imeli povsem zase in je bil dobro opremljen za bivanje, tudi s kuhinjo. Komunikacija z gostiteljem je bila nekoliko zahtevna, saj ni govoril angleško, zato smo se težje sporazumevali.

Ampio per 4 persone, con piccola cucina e macchina per caffè, con cilade fornite . Il roprietario molto gentile ci ha fatto parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e la mattina ci ha portato come colazione i cornetti freschi, Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

• Davide (8/5): Soggiorno ad Orvieto. - Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Posizione strategica vicino a stazione FS, funicolare, trattoria tipica e caffetteria/pasticceria (quest'ultima eccezionale). Da li si può anche iniziare il percorso ad anello attorno alla rupe tufacea di Orvieto. Colazione buona. La doccia: da rivedere l'impostazione della caldaia x avere acqua alla giusta temperatura costantemente, e nn a singhiozzo bollente/fredda. A volte basta abbassare la temperatura dell'acqua calda, in modo da non doverla miscelare con troppa acqua fredda, inducendo lo spegnimento della caldaia.

• Marianna (7/5): Siamo stati benissimo... - La camera aveva il giusto spazio ed era molto pulita. La differenza di temperatura tra bagno e camera ed il fatto che non c'era la tv. Per il resto tutto molto bene.

• Karola (3/5): - Die Lage war toll. Nahe zum Bahnhot und der Bahn nach oben in die Altstadt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Es war sauber u das ist das Einzige, was als gut zu bewerten war. Die Ausstattung, besonders der Küche ist sehr sehr schlicht. Es gab noch nicht einmal für jeden einen Teelöffel. Der Geruch /Gestank im Bad war eklig.. Es war sauper, aber es roch schlimm. Der Duschvorhang war eklig.
• Tommaso (8/5): posto strategico dove soggiornare - Enzo è una brava persona e molto disponibile. Stavamo solo noi nella casa e lui è stato molto gentile nel spiegarci tutto. Ci ha consegnato una cartina di Orvieto e in casa troverete tutti gli orari con i prezzi dei vari siti da visitare, casa pulita asciugamani e kit doccia disponibile. Parcheggio interno e vicinanza con la Funivia a 3 minuti da casa , una posizione molto strategica. Unica nota leggermente negativa ma secondo me facilmente risolvibile è che , anche se non è prevista la colazione e non essendoci alimentari o bar nelle immediate vicinanze , ed avendo a disposizione una cucina con tanto di utenzìli e macchinetta del caffè, lascerei un barattolo di caffe per un caffè mattutino e qualche bustina di te. Non vuol essere una critica ma solo un consiglio.

• Nina (6/5): Sem Wi-Fi, ralador de queijo e abridor de vinho - O apartamento tem boas dimensões. Limpo. Cama razoável. O lugar é agradável e bem próximo da estação de trem, do funicular e da trilha pra Orvieto, caso você tenha disposição para subir a pé. O Wi-Fi não funcionava (apesar de o anúncio do Booking informar que havia) e o proprietário sabia disso porque nos informou logo na chegada. Se estava com problemas, o correto era ter nos avisado previamente. Sugerimos trocar ou ajustar o aquecedor de água, pois era impossível regular a temperatura - ou muito quente ou muito fria. Não nos fez muita falta pois era verão, mas imagino que no inverno fará. A cozinha tem somente o básico. O que mais fez falta foi o ralador de queijo e abridor de vinho.

Mancanza della tv e la strada per raggiungere la struttura veramente ripida se si esce senza macchina

• Lori (8/5): Besides the beds being very hard, it was a lovely place. - We arrived quite late and appreciated the late check in. It was conveniently located near the Duomo of Orvieto. It was clean and cute and contained everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony and the a/c was great and very welcome after a hot day! The beds were very hard. Have never slept on such hard beds.

• Guðný (7/5): Good - One of the beds was very comfortable, the others not so much, the apartment was very nice and spacious, it had everything we needed for a one night stay. There was breakfast ( croissants and some cakes, juice and Nutella in the fridge) there is information about the town in the apartment. The host greeted us at check in and check out, he only speaks Italian and did not try to use Google translate or anything even though he knew that we did not understand him, he just kept talking and got quite rude at the end, didn't even say good bye, just walked away (I speak 6 languages, unfortunately Italian is not one of them) usually hosts try to communicate with the guests, using Google translate or something. Check out was way too early at 9:30.... We arrived late, around 22:50 and had to leave at 9:30, so we didn't get much sleep. The price was a bit high for that time...

WiFi worked very well, and the house is modest but has everything needed to be comfortable. I loved the breakfast included (perfect Italian style breakfast 😋) and the location is very good, just 6 minutes from the station Nothing to complain about

• Liane (10/5): A+ super clean, great people! - A+ value for money. Friendly hosts. Close to train station (do not take the tram up). A fascinating town to visit. I would suggest two nights in this area. It's a very light breakfast, cereal and coffee/tea. Has kitchen.

• Barbara (6/5): Uncomfortable stay - Location was good. Apartment was very clean. Good Internet. The facilties were disappointing: no washing machine or iron, very few pots and pans, no washing up bowl, all the furniture was very hard and uncomfortable including the settee and the bed. There is clear plastic sheeting on the tables, which said to us that we were not to get anything dirty. The second bedroom door was locked which said you are not trusted. Everywhere felt clinical not at all friendly. The breakfast that was included in the price was very poor, we didn't eat it at all. Told Enzo we would purchase breakfast at Nando. The apartment would be OK if you only stayed 1 or 2 nights and ate out. We stayed for 10 days and there is not enough equipment to make the stay comfortable. We asked Enzo for an iron and ironing board, initially he did not reply to our text, when we texted again he said these were not included. Overall the apartment is OK but lacking in comfort. We will not be booking again. Which is a shame as we return to Orvieto every year.

Mattress, loud noise from the trains, sitting area and Sofa in the hallway without windows, steep stairs to the Apartment, shower curtain, kitchen very smal and old Price/Performance ratio unfortunately one of the worst in our 3 weeks italy Trip
• Росен (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Very near is buss station to Duomo. Fee parking in property. Big supermarket on walking distance. Very big terrace. We will recommend the owner to put 1 table with at least 2 chairs on the terrace.
• Jenny (4/5): Not a good stay - It’s close to the train station. The room is a good size. Quite. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is on a steep hill, on a second floor. It was difficult to drag my luggage there. The owner doesn’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate during the checkin. The towels were not fluffy. The water temperature in the shower was unstable, from extremely hot, to cold on same setting, changing back and forth. I eventually took a cold shower to avoid being burned. The kitchen was old, no electric coffee maker or kettle. There is no grocery store or reasonably good restaurant nearby. I ended up checking out a day earlier.

• Dzhirgala (9/5): Superb - The place is located close to the station, the owner is really helping, it is big and bright. Me and my friend had 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room for us. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast included jams and snacks, also a little juice. To get to Duomo and the center there is a fast walk to the funicular and about 10 min ride up. Would recommend this place!

Close access to the train to go up in the center. Car park is very safe inside the lock gates I would definitely stay there again.. The stairs because I have a bad knee.
• Debra (8/5): It was a nice suite but no bus or taxis. It was up a steep hill plus 31 stairs to the suite. - There was juice, sparkling water, milk, coffee and tea. There was cornflakes, Nutella and jams. The owner picked some delicious grapes from his garden for us. They were delicious! The variety of hard toast and buns. It would have been nice to have a toaster with bread and butter. A few fruit would have been nice as well.
