Miladina (9/5): Spa Urlaub für die Familie mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und schönen Bergblick - Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Hausa fand ich etwas eintönig, dafür war das 5 Gänge Menü am Abend ausgezeichnet. Als wir uns morgens beim Frühstück etwas Zeit gelassen haben, wurde uns unmissverständlich klar gemacht, dass das Person nur noch auf uns wartet. Der Pool für die Kinder befindet sich zu 90% draussen, was im Sommer super ist, aber im Winter und in der Übergangszeit suboptimal ist. Der Spabereich für Familien ist wunderschön gestaltet, aber der Pool für die Kinder ist draussen und deshalb kommt das Puradies nur bei schönem Wetter für uns in Frage. Das Spa für Erwachsene wirderum ist wunderschön und total großzügig, es gibt aber keinen Pool, nur einen Schwimmteich.

Ηταν φοβερό πόσο πολύ μας βοήθησαν με το μίνι μπαρ που μας πηγαινόφερναν στις πίστες για σκι 🙌🏽 Η εξωτερική πισίνα ειανι ΟΝΕΙΡΟ!!! Μέναμε σε ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο 6 άτομα αλλά με ένα μπάνιο! Θα ήταν πιο άνετα να υπήρχε 1 μπάνιο και 1 wc

Marcel (8/5): fantastisch - Locatie was ideaal voor het skiën/wandelen. Enorm veel genoten van het lekkere eten. Het zwembad en de spa faciliteiten zijn top Mijn matras was (volgens mij) aan vervanging toe. Ik zakte er zo diep in weg dat ik niet meer op mijn zij kon liggen
Christa (7/5): Die Lage der Chalets direkt an der Skipiste und zum Skilift sind super. - Wir bekamen jeden Morgen eine Frühstücksbox ans Chalet geliefert, das keine Wünsche offen lies. Wir wunderen uns, dass im Schwimmbad keine Duschen waren. Die 3 Saunen lagen sehr eng aneinander, dadurch war es auch in der Sauna unruhig, da von außen ständig Türen auf und zu gingen und die Unterhaltung von außen übertragen wurde.

Andreas (10/5): Luxus-Auszeit - Super Hotel der Extraklasse! Schaut toll aus, super eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet besticht mit großer Auswahl und top Qualität. Die Sauberkeit ist überdurchschnittlich. Die Bar ist gut ausgestattet und die Barkeeper extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich hat viele unterschiedliche Räume und Betten, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Schwimmbad und Sauna besser als in Thermen.

Jana (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit etwas Luft nach oben. - Wunderschöner und großer Wellnessbereich. Dort kann man sehr gut entspannen. Die Außenanlagen ist wunderschön, großzügig und idyllisch angelegt. Man kann allein dort schon wunderbar spazieren gehen. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist ein Traum. Der Weg zwischen den Saunen und dem übrigen Wellnessbereich war sehr lang. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es zwar Räume mit Liegen, die jedoch nicht als ruheräume deklariert sind. Außerdem ist das innenliegende Schwimmbecken sehr hellhörig in die anderen Räume hinein. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, allerdings gibt es sehr viele Praktikanten, sodass ein bisschen die Seele des Hauses gefehlt hat. Insbesondere beim einchecken an der Rezeption war eine sehr junge Dame, die noch etwas überfordert wirkte. Mit dem Gepäck wurde uns nicht geholfen und es wurde auch wenig zu der Anlage/dem Hotel an sich gesagt.

The manager and staff were really great and helpful! LOVED the red light & natural sauna in the cabin was so great to have a private sauna The Booking.com listing said there was a 'fire' in the cottage but there wasnt which was very disappointing.
P8430OXadamm (6/5): Nice hotel and location, let down by service. - A bit disappointing. Facilities, spa and pool were excellent and the meals were exceptional. The reception staff (particularly Laura) were very friendly and helped us out multiple times during our stay. A “suite” at Puradies is a normal double room as far as we could tell but the room was modern, clean and had beautiful view of the mountains. We made good use of the shuttle service between the hotel and lift stations, the drivers were always helpful and friendly. The bar staff were not as friendly and we felt like an inconvenience ordering drinks. Similarly we found the waiting staff in the restaurant bordering on rude, which was a shame as the food itself was fantastic. Incorrect orders, abrupt service, shrugs when things we ordered never arrived, tutting when we brought in drinks from the bar. Difficult to shake the feeling that if we were either fluent German speakers, or perhaps not a gay couple, then we might have received the same service that others around us were getting. We also found the relentless upselling of extras, wine, water and coffee a bit tiresome. All in all, Leogang is a beautiful place to stay, however, we would not stay at Puradies again.

Big shout out to Florian, Martyna and Olivia who really looked after us so attentively and professionally during our evening meals. We were so impressed with the food we wanted to meet the team. The spa facilities were heavenly (it’s called heaven spa) and you can ski in and ski out from the hotel. We will definitely come back here, perhaps for the summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

2WorldtravellersSYD (10/5): Great Skiing & Spa @ Puradies - We stayed three nights in Puradies and loved it! It appeared quite big and we good a bit lost in the beginning as the Spa and Recreation area is quite big. We stayed at the Traumquartier - ground floor because we came with two dogs - garden and area are great for walking our doggies. Rooms are spacious with high quality finishes. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Amazing Bread selection and daily specials plus egg dishes prepared to your liking. Gisela - the breakfast host was great fun and very caring! Dinner is 5-6 course and yummy. Great mix of local Austrian meat and fish dishes, always a nice salad and pre-course. Good selection of local wines. The Bar Freiraum is a fun hang-out with friendly bartenders serving creative cocktails. Great service is the skiraum and the shuttle to the lift. Overall an excellent weekend in a family friendly hotel with excellent service.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, welches sogar ermöglicht, am Abreisetag nach dem Skifahren noch die Nachmittagsjause und den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen! Stylische Saunalandschaft mit zT. geführten Aufgüssen, angenehme Liegebereiche und toller Pool. Top Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagsjause und genussvolles mehrgängiges Abendessen. Thomas (10/5): Chaletdorf und Hotel perfekt kombiniert - Mit hoher Gastfreudnschft und Servicegrad zeigt sich das Puradies als sehr einzigartige Kombination aus Chaletdorf und 4*S Hotel mit allem drum und dran. Besonders wer also im Chalet logiert hat die Wahl aus dem Ruhepol der Hütte oder wahlweise den vielfältigen Angeboten des Hotels. Zudem ist die Lage direkt an den Liften und Pisten Winters wie Sommers ideal.

Bergliebe (6/5): - Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Bei Unverträglichkeiten Potential gibt es aus meiner Sicht noch im Restaurantbereich. (wg. Unverträglichkeiten) Wir hatten dies bei unserer Abreise auch ehrlich angesprochen, jedoch wurden wir an der Rezeption belehrt, dass man sich nur hätte melden müssen. Für mich kam diese Erklärung leider zu spät (bei Anreise wäre dies Info hilfreicher), aber vielleicht hilft diese Information jemanden bei einem unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. An dieser Stelle sei noch erwähnt, dass ich das Hotel 2 Wochen im Vorhinein schriftlich über meine Intoleranzen informiert habe. Der Rest (Essen bzw. Restaurant und Nachmittagsbuffet ausgeklammert) ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Schöner Garten (Aufenthalt im Sommer) mit Schwimmteich und großartigem Blick auf die Steinberge. Zimmer war geräumig aber hellhörig. (Blick Richtung Asitzbahn)

Superhappymarc (8/5): Good hotel - The hotel itself, its facilities, food was all very good. We thought we had a pretty good idea of what we could expect from the hotel, based on their marketing and communication. They work with influencers on Instagram. We were quite surprized that the hotel was packed with numerous families with noisy kids. This is not how the hotel markets itself, nor does it position itself. Obviously this was a disappointment for us, cause we expected a quiet hotel.
Andrea-Spa-Wellness (10/5): Great Ambience! - The Puradies is definitly a secret hideaway you should visit! I have been impressed about the beautiful rooms, they are very cozy and you feel directly at home. The combination of wood and modern design gives this place a special uniqueness. The Essenza restaurant is offering culinarious delights, and as well the Spa and the Badehaus (Sauna area) is fantastic. You can also rent a Chalet, and you have direct access to the ski-slopes. Highl recomendable!

grubyj271 (10/5): Great family run hotel. - We spent our Christmas (skiing) vacation in the hotel with our kids. Everything was great. Food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Kids had fun in the playroom and withering a real farm with different animals (2 min walk). The owners took great care of the guests. Would definitely recommend.

And just to let you all know the afternoon snack, is actually a full lunch. Highly recommended, we even got a pass to use on the lift in the area.. jakobm225 (4/5): Nice hotel, disappointing room and service - Hotel PURADIES is a nice and modern hotel - so we booked a 2-night stay and expected a couple of really good days. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving with a less-than-good impression of the hotel. To be fair; PURADIES is a super cool hotel; most of it is new, the lobby and bar is awesome, the surrounding mountain area is fantastic and there is a really nice wellness area. BUT (and we didn't know this before we checked in) they also have an old part of the hotel with rooms that do not live up to the standard of the rest of Hotel PURADIES. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this when we booked, so we had a pretty bad experience when we were accommodated in a dull, very 90's room with worn carpets and curtains. The front desk was not very helpful and defended themselves with info that turned out to be wrong (price on website was per person, not per room which isn't true). Our problem turned out to be that Hotels.com has charged significantly more for the room than it would cost via the hotel's own page, but the front desk basically shrugged their shoulders and said they were sorry we didn't feel the room lived up to the expectations. We simply did not feel that they would do everything they could to help us get a good experience. We asked if we could check out early; not possible without paying 100pct of the room charge. In other words, it felt like they'd stopped caring the moment we'd checked in and they had their money. In other words, the less-than-accommodating service at the front desk as well as a room standard that does not live up to the hotel's otherwise high standards, at the end of the day it simply leaves us with a below-average experience. We were told that even the 'bad' rooms are expensive, since PURADIES is a 4 * hotel. Unfortunately, neither rooms nor services live up to that intention - and if we come back to Leogang in the future, it will be at another hotel. Unfortunately.
Jakob (4/5): Flot hotel men skuffende service og værelse - Hotel PURADIES er et flot og moderne hotel - og vi bookede derfor et 2-nætters ophold og forventede et par rigtig gode dage. Vi endte desværre med at tage derfra med et knap så godt indtryk af hotellet. For at få det på plads; PURADIES er et supertjekket sted; det meste er nyt, lobbyen og baren spiller, området er lækkert og der er en virkelig flot wellness-afdeling. MEN (og det vidste vi ikke inden vi tjekkede ind) de har også en gammel afdeling med værelser, der slet ikke lever op til standarden for resten af hotellet. Vi var desværre ikke opmærksomme på dette da vi bookede, så vi fik en ret dårlig oplevelse da vi blev indlogeret på et kedeligt, meget 90'er agtigt værelse med slidte gulvtæpper og gardiner. Receptionen var ikke meget til hjælp, og forsvarede sig med info som viste sig at være decideret forkert. Vores problem viste sig at bestå i at Hotels.com har taget væsentligt mere for værelset end det ville koste via hotellets egen side - men den utroligt næsvise og ikke særligt imødekommende service i receptionen samt en værelsesstandard der slet ikke lever op til hotellets i øvrigt utroligt lækre udtryk giver ganske enkelt en oplevelse under middel. Vi følte simpelthen ikke, at de ville gøre alt hvad de kunne for at hjælpe os. Vi fik at vide, at selv de 'dårlige' værelser er dyre, da PURADIES jo er et 4* hotel. Desværre lever hverken værelser eller service op til den intention - og kommer vi tilbage til Leogang i fremtiden, bliver det på et andet hotel. Desværre.

Erklärung über Hotel, Annehmlichkeiten und Umgebung bei Anreise fiel (eher schlecht) aus! Zimmertemeratur trotz maximaler Einstellung etwas kühl! Separate Toilette am Zimmer bei Anreise: unangenehmer Geruch!
616g (8/5): Puradies, not paradise - New hotel in Leogang, we were there shortly after they opened the season. Built in modern style this hotel offers everything that winter vacation requires. Only critic goes to access from one part of the hotel to another, you need to take elevators up and down, long hallways, stairs etc. Gets easier after the third day... Anyhow good place with a bit higher price
