It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Fabulous large balcony overlooking the river. Convenient for ceske centre and the parking was great Loved everything about the apartment. Only small thing was the road nearby was a little noisy on the balcony but didn’t affect us when inside

• Tina (6/5): Wohnung mit Potenzial, aber leider unsauber - Die Lage war besonders gut! Innerhalb weniger Minuten kann man das Zentrum erreichen. Die Wohnung ist außerdem schön hell & super geräumig! Leider war es dreckig und abgewohnt. Die Schubladen in der Küche sowie der Backofen müssten dringend gesäubert werden. Die Ausstattung ist okay. Aber eh wir Tassen, Teller & Besteck nutzen konnten, mussten wir dieses erstmal säubern. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse sollte man vorsichtig sein, da der Fußbodenbelag nicht trittsicher ist. Die Gartenlounge hat jede Menge flecken, die Bezüge könnten dringend gewaschen werden. Fußbodenleisten fehlen, Malerarbeiten wurden unsauber ausgeführt. Ein absolutes no go waren die vorgefundenen Betten. Auf jeder Bettwäsche waren Haare sowie Flecken. Nach Rücksprache erhielten wir dann am Folgetag saubere Bettwäsche. Gleiches betrifft die Handtücher. Wenn die Wohnung pfleglicher behandelt werden würde, hätte sie sicherlich Potenzial!
• Eva (10/5): Super schönes Apartment in toller Lage - Sehr großzügiges Apartment in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex. Das Zentrum und auch ein riesiger Park fußläufig zu erreichen, direkt an der Moldau gelegen. Uns hat es super gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

• Tomáš (9/5): Prostorný moderně zařízený apartmán vhodný pro více hostů - Krasný prostorný apartmán s velkou terasou, velmi příjemné jednání, krásná lokalita, parkování, vybavení apartmánu včetně zařízené kuchyně. Dle mého skvělé ubytování za přijatelnou cenu. Úklid by mohl být lepší, ale nic hrozného.

• Martina (8/5): Lokalita na prvním místě - Apartmán se nachází blízko centra města, zároveň ale v celkem klidné lokalitě. Kromě tahu na Krumlov, kde jezdí auta i v noci, bylo docela ticho, o sousedech člověk neví. Krásný výhled z apartmánu. Parkovací místo (pro 1 auto) je v ohrazeném parkovišti za závorou přímo u domu. Na postelích jsou tvrdé matrace. Doporučuju v případě dotazů rovnou volat správcovi na mobil, na zprávy v rámci bookingu nereaguje. Jinak je ale vstřícný a příjemný.

• Günter (8/5): - Sehr geräumige modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr schöner Terrasse und Blick auf den Fluss. Unser Ansprechpartner war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir schätzten den zugehörigen Parkplatz.
• PaStAM (7/5): Mehr Schein als sein. - Die Aussicht und der Platz in der Wohnung. Zentrale Lage. Straßenlärm, defekte Waschmaschine, man konnte die Jalousien nicht nach oben machen, defekter Fußboden auf der Terrasse, unsauber, zu teuer und vieles schon abgewohnt, zu wenig Küchenzubehör.
• Jana (8/5): Hezké a prostorné ubytování - Apartmán je na skvělém místě v ČB, s výhledem na řeku, blízko centra a krásných parků. Byt je prostorný s dostatkem úložných prostorů a je hezky zařízený. K ránu je dost slyšet hluk z blízké silnice. Bohužel v den našeho ubytování onemocněla uklízečka a tak byl apartmán dost nedbale uklizen.
• Justin (9/5): A clean comfortable apartment with free onsite parking with good access to the centre of town restaurants and parks. - A good location only 10 minutes walk along the river into town. Free parking is provided on site and car park access is via an electronic key fob which was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a large balcony to relax in the summer heat after a day out exploring. Provisions within the apartment are good and the host provided clear check in instructions and was responsive to any questions raised. Nothing

• Erdni (10/5): Didžiulis butas! - Labai didelis ir tvarkingas butas. Yra visko gaminimui, net aliejus! :) terasa didele graži, vaizdas į upę. Malonu buvo būti šiame bute. Vienintelis dalykas erzino, tai neveikianti skalbimo mašina ir nešildantis radiatorius.
• Andraz (10/5): Perfect - Big cozy apartment with large terrace. Apartment is clean and comfort. and close to the center. Nice view from terrace. Parking spot is secured by ramp.
• Dominique (7/5): Good location that’s all. - Location It was not clean, didn’t look anything like the pictures online, dust everywhere and previous geust hair was found in the drawers, dishwasher was dirty and washing machine was disgustingly dirty and didn’t work.
• Paul (9/5): A great getaway next to the river. - The location is great as you are next to pathways following the river and walking distance to grocery stores. The parking lot is secured by a gate. Windows can be widely opened to allow plenty of air circulation to cool down the appartement. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is roomy and the balcony is inviting. The kitchen is well designed and easy to use with plenty of storage space. Staff was friendly, responsive and ready to help while respecting our privacy. Some kitchen appliances, such as the microwave, were dirty. The unit did not have air conditioning or air circulation and could get warm if windows were closed. Since the unit is located next to a busy bridge, morning circulation is quite loud when windows are left opened.

• Erdélyi (9/5): Superb - The host provided a very clear instrction on how to pick-up the keys and was always available to help on Whatsapp if we had questions. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious, we really liked the big balcony and the view to the river. It is very useful that an outside reserved parking place was also included. The city centre was easily accessible by walk, the apartment has a quite good location. Due to the busy road on the bridge next to the building, when opening a window, it is a bit loud, however not worse than in any big city. There was a light bulb missing in the bedroom, but this is also a very minor finding, we did not ask the host to provide, I am sure if we would have asked, he would.
