• Beatrice (10/5): Esperienza molto positiva - Il soggiorno è andato molto bene, il proprietario è super disponibile, l'appartamento è in una posizione comoda e tranquilla, è nuovo e ristrutturato con tutti i confort a disposizione.
• Bernd (9/5): Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in einem Wohngebiet nahe Stadion und Altstadt - Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, ideal um Bologna zu erkunden. Direkt neben an befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt (Ali). Fußläufig erreicht man in 20 Minuten die Innenstadt, als auch das Stadion. Parkplatz war hilfreich. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter Andrea. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out.
• Guest (9/5): Good, I actually hoped that I could rent it from the owner. - The apartment was nice and had everything I needed. The location was fine—there's a tabacchi next to me run by a nice man, and there's a Lidl store quite close. There were insects that bit me, and I had an allergic reaction. I had an insect repellent device, but it didn’t do anything.

Grazie! - Nell’appartamento c’è tutto quel che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio sia in vacanza che in soggiorno per lavoro o altri motivi, vista la vicinanza strategica con l’Ospedale Maggiore: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, cucina attrezzatissima. A disposizione c’è anche un utilissimo bollitore elettrico. L’host è impeccabile e disponibile, a partire dal momento dell’accoglienza. Ben collegato il centro di Bologna, raggiungibile comodamente con i mezzi pubblici. Perfetta posizione anche per la vicinanza all’autostrada. Ci sono diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio in strada solo su strisce blu. A disposizione dell’appartamento c’è un posto auto che va prenotato con largo anticipo. L’unica nota stonata, a mio avviso, è stata la mancanza di retina anti zanzare alle finestre durante il mio soggiorno, per poter areare alla sera. So che verrà messa in posa e quindi questa annotazione è solo momentanea!

• Therese (9/5): - Allt man behövde fanns i lägenheten och Andrea var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Även fast den privata parkeringen var upptagen hjälpte han oss att lösa gratis parkering på gatan vilket verkligen uppskattades. Han gav oss även flera bra tips på restauranger mm. Det ligger lite avsides, ca 40 min promenad till mitten av staden. Men området kändes lugnt och tryggt och det finns bussar in till stan.

Het was fantastisch! wij hadden vergeten aan te geven dat we een parkeerplek wilden maar gelukkig werd dit door Andrea perfect opgelost. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Wij waren bijzonder zeer aangenaam verrast. De ligging is goed bereikbaar met de auto, die je de rest van de tijd kunt laten staan want een grote supermarkt zit om de hoek en de afhaalpizzeria ook, die wij overigens niet hebben geprobeerd. Wij zijn (op aanraden van Andrea) bij Trattoria Nonna Rosa (op loopafstand ook)geweest en dit was zo goed dat wij er zelfs 2x hebben gegeten, hier moet je het voorgerecht met vleeswaren, brood etc nemen, ik dacht ongeveer 18 euro (1x) helemaal super dan nog een primo en/of secondi (of alles te delen, helemaal top! Het centrum was erg goed bereikbaar met bus lijn 19, 19c of 39 haltes op korte loopafstand en met 15/20 minuten hartje centrum. Al met al de beste keus voor ons en prijs/kwaliteit helemaal fantastisch! Niets!!!

• Paco (10/5): Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment outside the busyness of town. - Exceptionally clean. Wonderful recommendations from Andrea for eating in Bologna. Very comfortable apartment. I enjoyed the fact that it was outside of town, and was a 15 minute bus ride to the center.
• Karolina (10/5): Excellent place! - The apartment was very clean and in good standard, we found there everything we needed. The area is quiet and well connected with the city center (buses and city bikes). The owners were very nice and helpful, they gave us a lot of recommendations where to eat and what to see in the city. If we go again to Bologna for sure we will come back to this place.

• Alexandra (10/5): Great accommodation, great stay, beautiful hosts. - We are backpacking across Europe and MonteRooms provided everything that we needed. It was nice and modern, and super clean with a great kitchen and laundry facilities. Andrea and Katja were fantastic hosts and provided us with loads of local knowledge for our stay which came in very handy. Definitely recommend staying here!
• Tim (10/5): Peaceful stay in a clean place nice neighbourhood not far from Bologna centre. - Hosts are very obliging and great communication. Place has everything you need washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, pots pans and all very clean.
• Krzysztof (10/5): I was there for one month. - Appartment is comfortable, Everything according to description on Booking. Hosts speak many languages (Italian, englisch, german, persian) so there is no problem with asking about anything. On my request they put TV set in appartment. They are also very helpfull to foreginers and new people in town. There are very good bus comunication to city center, Airport and Railway station. This place is very quiet and internet works very good. I enjoy very much my stay there.
