The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a nice, minimalist design. There was a welcome package of a local pastry and two water bottles -- nice touch. It was a bit loud at night due to the party-goers outside. There were ear plugs included on each side of the bed. We were on the ground floor; perhaps a room on a top floor would be less noisy.

Gli ambienti sono impeccabili, pulitissimi e molto accoglienti, con due camere e due bagni, di cui uno privato all’interno di una stanza, che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Letto stupendo e comodissimo. Abbiamo trascorso qui tre notti e siamo stati benissimo, sentendoci subito a nostro agio. Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e professionale durante tutto il nostro pernottamento: al nostro arrivo ci hanno anche fatto trovare all’arrivo dei dolci tipici (probabilmente perché siamo arrivati il giorno prima del mio compleanno), un pensiero davvero delizioso e molto apprezzato ♥️

• Sally (8/5): We loved the apartment and would stay again. - It was lovely and clean, easy to access with door keypad code, lift then key to apartment. The furnishing and deco were lovely. There is no kettle and so we used the coffee machine to get hot water for making tea. A kettle would have been great. There were 3 of us staying and so with 1 in the double bed and 2 on the sofa bed, we did not have enough pillows with pillowcases on and so took one from the bed. We also only had 2 towels. You kindly corrected this at TOC reception. The pizza place at the end of the street attracts drunken noisy customers who shout in the middle of the night. I appreciate this is out of your control but if this was my apartment I would want to have that conversation with this business, so that they can have a polite conversation with their customers.

Magnífica atención por parte del personal, disponible a cualquier hora. Recogida de llaves en un establecimiento hotelero situado justo enfrente, con recepción 24 horas y posibilidad de dejar el equipaje a la entrada o salida. Parking con descuento a sólo 2 minutos andando. Nos alojamos en Semana Santa y fue una experiencia inolvidable, por su proximidad al recorrido oficial de las cofradías. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Nada que reseñar.

• Jeroen (5/5): Extreem lange wachttijden om enkel sleutel op te halen - Prachtig appartement in hartje centrum. 50 minuten moeten wachten om de sleutels te ontvangen. I.p.v. dat je de codes voor toegang via je mobiel ontvangt (zoals bij alle soortgelijke appartement complexen), wordt alles hier handmatig ingevoerd via een receptie die extreem langzaam is en waar maar één persoon aanwezig was. Alle mensen in de rij (en die was zeer lang) zaten zich op te vreten. Daarnaast had ik voor 3 personen geboekt, maar in het appartement was enkel een dekbed zonder beddengoed aanwezig voor de 3e persoon. En maar 2 flesjes water, ipv 3. Niet zo netjes.
• Victoria (10/5): Estancia para repetir - Todo: muy limpio, coqueto, ubicación genial y atención de 10. El ruido de la noche. Si eres un "deep sleeper" se puede pasar por alto pero si eres algo "picky" con los ruidos, puede ser molesto por la noche ya que al estar situado en el centro, hay movimiento nocturno. Sin embargo, esto por supuesto no es culpa de los propietarios, pero tal vez recomendaría un mejor aislamiento. Por lo demás, TODO GENIAL!

I liked the ice they gave me for my aching back & the Locas pastries were delicious. Continuing what I liked: I easily managed the 17 stairs from the kitchen to the upstairs bedroom & bathroom, all of which were the cleanest accommodations I've seen to date. I can see that for a traveling family, that separation would be really nice. I personally did not like not knowing how to get hot water in the shower, but after speaking with manager Alejandro Lafuente, I now know. And, he helped with how to operate the microwave oven. He also adjusted the situation of the missing coffee pods & tea bags. I received truly top- notch customer service making this an incredible place to stay in Malaga! I highly recommend!

• Carmen (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf op centrale locatie. - Fijn, modern appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op een zeer centrale locatie. Op vrijdag- en zaterdagnacht is er veel lawaai op straat. Dit gaat de hele nacht door tot 7 uur ‘s ochtends, dat was het enige nadeel van deze locatie.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, con cuidado en cada detalle, menaje super bonito, con un detalle de bienvenida adorable, decoración cuidada y todo muy limpio Nada, en concreto pero como advertencia a los que buscan silencio : es una calle muy centrica y hay fiesta cerquita, puede haber ruido por la noche , nada super molesto
• Carlota (10/5): Podría vivir tranquilamente allí - 5 noches en un apartamento totalmente equipado y nuevo en el centro de Málaga. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios de interés. Personal muy atento (recepción las 24h) y en la misma recepción del hotel hay un soecialty coffee (bueno coffee) ideal. Tuve un pequeño problema con el agua caliente y me lo solucionaron al instante. Personalmente todo fue ideal. Es cierto que mi apartamento daba a un pequeño callejón donde no hay tránsito de personas por la noche, pero se debe tener en cuenta que el edificio se encuentra en una zona concurrida.

Centrally located within walking distance to all the points of interest The only challenge with this building,- and it’s a big one!- is it’s located across from the hostel and next to the bar. The street noise does not stop until 8:30 in the morning! Absolutely impossible to get a good night sleep!

Very good location in the middle of everything. But close to night clubs so noisy in the evening Everything was really nice but in this price and status of the apartment I would expect: 1. Really cleaned upon our arrival. We found one toilet not cleaned with spots. Rest of the apartment was ok. 2. For 3 night stay I would expect second set of towels. 3 . A welcome Bottle of water in the fridge with couple of coffee capsules for the first morning till we find a market place to buy. 4. More comfortable mattress
• Ian (6/5): Great location, good size apartment and well laid out but missing some essential items at this price. - The size of the apartment. The location. No kettle. The shower head would not fit in the holder. It had to be held in your hand throughout your shower. There was no plug in the bath. The TV didn’t work as it had no connection. There wasn’t a cloth to dry cups/plates, utensils etc. there were only 2 small vials of shower gel/shampoo. When you pay a sizeable amount of money I expect more than this! Not happy! Some level of refund should be offered.

• Shirley (3/5): Windows not soundproof - New apt, comfy bed, ok for 1 to 2 nights, bathroom difficult to access shower a little cramped room suitable for 1 night Right beside late night club opens 11.30pm to 6.30am and so no sleep, windows not sound proof and bed 10 inches from window and runs the length of the window, also floor under curtains dirty, from previous guests facecream tub on floor, and acces in to apt wpuld be difficult for anyone not digital savvy, but what was most disatifying was iloftmanagement in handling the issue really bad customer service so will never stay in one of their properties again, we cancelled booking and moved to Vincinni 5 star instead

• Simona (5/5): - The apartment is located in the city centre, in a fully renovated building with a clean entrance and a lift. Our first impression was excellent – the apartment is beautifully furnished and looks exactly like the photos. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall the space is cosy and pleasant. We came to Málaga for a long weekend to relax and enjoy the sun. We knew we would be staying in the centre and expected some noise from the streets. However, the level of noise in this apartment was far beyond normal city nightlife. For two out of our three nights, we were unable to sleep at all. The outdoor club nearby is so loud that it feels as if the music is playing right inside the room, and from midnight until around 6 a.m. there is extreme noise from people on the street – mostly drunk guests leaving the venues. This significantly affected our stay and made it difficult to rest, which was the main purpose of our trip. It’s important for future guests to be aware of this before booking. Also, when we came to the apartment we smelled smoke in the room but after few hours it was fine and smelled very nice.
• Mary (5/5): Disappointed with iLoft Malaga we certainly will never stay or recommend them - The main area bedroom cum kitchen dining area comfortable Bathroom suitable for disabled people according to iloft Malaga personnel, however I disagree as the shower water floods the whole bathroom area and is slow to drain. Wet floors are hazardous to all people we had to mop and then use a towel barrier to stop further flooding. This property is on a very busy street that has constant noise during the night from night club etc so definitely ear plugs etc are needed if you need a proper sleep.
• Stephanie (7/5): Good location - Like the location in old town beside shops and restaurants. Very noisy even with windows closed could hear people partying until early hours of morning. The apartment was okay but no amenities. It says 2 ensuite bathrooms but had only one and it was very small.The other bathroom was just off the kitchen/ living area..The rug in living room had all stains on it. The toilet seat in ensuite was broken. The apartment was in a great location but definitely not worth what we paid for it.
• agnieszka (5/5): - Po przyjeździe na miejsce miałam Wejść za pomocą kodu do apartamentu. Byłam po długiej podróży z małym dzieckiem . Kod nie działał i okazało się że baterie w systemie były wyczerpane a po wielokrotnych prośbach i telefonach dopiero po 2,5 h przyjechał serwisant który jedynie otworzył drzwi i nie mógł zejść do sklepu nawet kupić baterii na wymianę. Dlatego osobiście dokonaliśmy wymiany. Warto podkreślić że udało nam się wejść do apartamentu z małym dzieckiem dopiero o północy a firma nawet nie dokonała żadnej rekompensaty za ten dzień . Dodatkowo w pokoju nie było na WC deski sedesowej i po dokonanym zgłoszeniu i tak nikt jej nie wymienił

• Flora (3/5): - There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and the windows provided no insulation, I could hear everything from the staircase and the street and could only sleep with earplugs. The bathroom was not properly cleaned on arrival (hair and toothpaste from previous guests were still on the sink) and nothing was done when I reported it. The curtain rail was already loose when I arrived and fell down the next morning. It took until the evening to get it fixed after many messages. This should have been fixed before my check-in. Overall, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I don't recommend this accommodation.
• Geir (5/5): - Dusjene i begge etasjer kunne ikke stilles i en posisjon som gjorde det mulig å dusje uten å holde dusjen. Dusjhode for tungt for holder valgt.

• Neža (8/5): - The location is perfect, right in the city centre. Everything is so close. Very noisy every night. We could not sleep without earplugs, the isolation is pretty bad but also people in the street make noise.
• Nuria (8/5): Great location - Location was great. The apartment was fully equipped and in great shape, almost like new. I am not a fun of the two-story set-up of the apartment and the steep stairs. WIFI was not fully reliable for telework and broke down often. Management did not respond to my request for an earlier (4 hour) check-in or chance to look after luggage. Street can be noisy at nights.
• Galina (4/5): Beautiful apartment in great location, but extremely noisy at night! - I feel bad giving this property low rating because the apartment was absolutely gorgeous! Clean, modern, comfortable and in the great location! The main issue was unbelievable noise coming from the street during the night! Non-stop people partying, screaming, laughing! There must be bar nearby but the noise continued on until 8:30am. We literally did not sleep the three nights we were staying at this otherwise beautiful apartment! Another minor issue was only one set of towels for 3 night stay. When we asked for a few clean towels, we were told they only offer this service for 7 days or more stay. Also, a little odd that there was coffeemaker in the apartment but no coffee capsules. Hmmm! Were we supposed to figure out what kind this machine takes and buy our own?! In summary, even though the apartment itself was amazing, we did not enjoy our stay!

• catalina (8/5): - super central, easy to get in, get out very noisy (not their fault - but expect people to drink till 7 am under your balcony - 3 nights in a row); some slippers would be good as there the floor was not pristine
• Gabriele (10/5): Ottimo per visitare e divertirsi a Malaga - Posizione eccezionale, dimensione e spazio appartamento ottimo, raramente mi è capitato di trovare una struttura così pulita, il mio affacciava su Calle de las Comedias, con molti locali nei dintorni per chi si vuol divertire, a pochi passi da tutti i principali luoghi da visitare a Malaga. Consigliato per gruppi di amici, ma anche per famiglie.
• Katie (8/5): Really great place, very specious - Lovely and modern, clean, close to town but not on a busy street. Everything was walking distance, beach, train, main tourist spots. Really happy with our stay. Only issue we had was the noise of the nightclub next door. You wouldn’t hear the music but you could hear people leaving throughout the night which kept waking us up. Fine if aren’t a light sleepover, otherwise take ear plugs.

• Shanna (7/5): - Schoon en modern ingericht. Voelt heel warm en prettig. Goed ingerichte keuken met alle benodigde spullen. Ook een Nespresso apparaat. Locatie is ook perfect alles binnen loopafstand. Op voorhand gelezen over geluidsoverlast vanwege de club die onder het appartement zit. Ik lees vaker over gehorige locaties en vind dat meestal reuze meevallen en slaap er goed doorheen. Echter was het moeilijk om dit te negeren. De mensen die buiten praten lijken in je slaapkamer te staan en de muziek dreunt door in het appartement. Dit gaat door tot 06:00 uur in de ochtend. Met oordopjes slaap je een stuk beter maar ook hoor je dit dan nog licht op de achtergrond.
• Halil (4/5): Woluldnt prefer to stay again! - Location is good beds and pillows are very comfortable The day we arrived there was no water till 22.15 .staff response to any question is very slow. We booked 2 bathroom apartment and they were very small . the space around the closet was so narrow that your knee hit the glass of the shower cabin. the bathroom sinks were very small there was no space to put your belongings.there was nothing in the shower to put shampoo or other things .there was a very bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms. the street was so noisy it was possible to sleep until 6 am people drinking yelling etc. there was a coffee machine but no coffee, no salt, no pepper, no sugar, no sponge to wash the dishes . some plates were not properly cleaned.
• Vincent (1/5): A fuire impossible de dormir - Extrêmement bruyant impossible de dormir. Pas d'isolation vraiment pas normal du tout de louer un appartement comme ça. Les fenêtres fermées on avait l'impression d'être dehors avec les gens.
