• Kevin (9/5): Fabulous Island to visit and the apartment was the ideal base for us. - The location is perfect. Host was very welcoming and responsive, available every day in the lobby area. Great value for money and very clean. We had sheets and towels changed every 3 days. Nice selection of items in the cupboard also (Tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, etc...) Also chilled water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The the price we paid it was great value and we would definitely go back a stay again. The bed was pushed into the corner so access only from bottom and 1 side. The shower was enclosed by a curtain so the bathroom floor got wet and had to be careful while it dried. Not really dislikes, just observations and not a major issue for 2 adults to work with.

Мій літак прибув дуже рано, але мене прийняли в апартаментах раніше зазначеного часу. Приємною несподіванкою був подарунок у вигляді пляшки вина, фруктів, місцевої оливкової олії та інших дрібниць, необхідних для перших днів відпочинку. Тут все робиться для клієнтів. Протягом всіх днів відчувала турботу про мене. Я дуже вдячна ❤️ Замало місця для душу. Та це не зіпсувало загального враження)

• MARIE FRANCOISE (8/5): Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour un séjour en avril - Michalis, l'hôte est vraiment parfait : ayant plusieurs appartements, il a un bureau en bas de l'immeuble où il est très souvent présent et disponible. Il est très sympathique et vraiment à notre service L'appartement est calme, confortable et très bien situé : à proximité de la mer, proche de la vieille ville , des magasins et des loueurs de voitures Le rapport qualité prix est excellent la salle de bain est un peu inondée lorsqu'on prend une douche..

• marcin (10/5): Pobyt 31.03-01.04.26. Apartament dla mnie był rewelacyjny. Wszędzie blisko. Na stare miasto ,do knajp i restauracji. Tar - Taras i widok z niego. Po intensywnym zwiedzaniu,po około 15 km dziennie lubię przed snem obejrzeć film. Smart tv z dostępem do streamingu był niestety tylko w kuchni. Nie jest to wada apartamentu ,po prostu wolałbym tv w sypialni.

• Evagelia (10/5): Location, location, location - Michali met me on location which was fantastic. He checked in to see how things were and if I needed anything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, right next to the beach, supermarkets close by and only 10 minutes walk to the harbour and the old town. Netflix was nice to unwind after a long day. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The shower is tiny and does splash everywhere but i knew that before I booked so it wasn't a big deal for me. I was prepared for the noise level due to other reviews I read (about the night life and busy street - especially the motorcycles ). I found the first night a little difficult to sleep but then it was fine the following nights. The dark room helped!

• Marc (9/5): Second time this year at this property - is very good ! - Accommodation is in a very convenient location. Close to a bus stop, taxi station and a beach. Within walking distance you will find everything you need. Bars, restaurants and tavernas. Also all sights are within a short distance. The studio has a separate bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. Also the shutters are a big plus and the washing machine is a big advantage. The host is super friendly and often present in the building to meet all your wishes.

The WiFi was reliable and fast and I loved that there were 2 large balconies, including a good drying rack for clothes after using the machine. The welcome bottle of wine in the fridge was a really nice touch, as was the toast, jam and honey etc, as well as the coffee and tea. I would happily book here again if I return to Rhodes. I knew it would be an issue after reading reviews beforehand, and the property are going to renovate the bathrooms soon so that it will no longer be an issue, but as others said, the bathroom floods somewhat whenever you use the shower, that said, it certainly wouldn't prevent me from booking here again.

• Kostiantyn (10/5): - Бездоганна інструкція для самостійного поселення. Пляшечка доброго вина, чай, кава, вершки, хлібці, мед, оливкова олія - дуже приємно відчути справжне піклування. Вдале розташування. До пляжу і до автобусної зупинки в аеропорт- 200 метрів. До порту дванадцять хвилин пішки. Додаткові плюси- простора тераса і камера схову після виселення. Окрема подяка чоловіку на рецепції, він просто молодець.

Cambio della biancheria e pulizia appartamento a metà settimana. Non cera il bidet e una macchinetta per caffè espresso (siamo italiani 😉). Appartamento un po piccolo e forse una rinfrescata non ci starebbe male. Ma nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto.

• Niina (9/5): Great terrace with a view - Nice apartment with really big terrace with a view to the sea. It was pretty relaxing to seat there on the evenings. Well equipped. Good location. Apartment owner is very friendly and helpful. We booked apartment for 3 person. And second bedroom is in the kitchen without door between main bedroom and second room. Also our friend is pretty big guy and bed was a bit small for him. And there is no conditioner in the kitchen/bedroom.

• Gianfranco (8/5): Comodo - Posizione vicino molti servizi, a due passi dall’autobus per l’aeroporto ed a 15 minuti a piedi dalla città antica. L’appartamento é ben arredato ed accogliente. L’host Michelis molto gentile e disponibile ci ha acolti con una bottiglia di vino in regalo. Se dovessi tornare a Rodi soggiorneró sncora in questa struttura L’unico problema è quello già segnalato da altri utenti della tenda della doccia che non funziona bene e si bagna tutto il pavimento. Consiglio al proprietario di rimediare perché è un peccato che un così bel appartamento venga rovinato da un dettaglio.

• Ella14 (10/5): - Bardzo dobre usytuowanie. Blisko sklepów, barów, tawern, plaż, portu, starego miasta i zabytków. Praktycznie po drugiej stronie ulicy przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko a w odległości spaceru dworzec autobusowy. Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre, jest wszystko co potrzeba (No, oprócz nożyczek i żelazka 😁). Wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel i ręczniki, sprawna, cicha klimatyzacja. Plastikowe okna i rolety zewnętrzne znacznie wyciszają hałas z zewnątrz. Mixalis jest fantastycznym hostem! Codzienny kontakt bezpośredni i błyskawiczny kontakt przez media, powodują, że możemy czuć się zaopiekowani i bezpieczni w każdej sytuacji a jakiekolwiek problemy rozwiązywane są natychmiast. Warto by pomyśleć nad wymianą drzwi wejściowych, gdyż zupełnie nie wyciszają hałasu z korytarza.

The building is on the cross of the main roads, and it might be quite noisy with open balconies, but if you look for Rhodes vibe, energy and beautiful view this what you need.

• Stefania (10/5): Prossima vacanza si torna a Rodi! - L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda, in centro e con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge ' Rodi Old Town' e la stazione Bus . Zona ben servita da minimarket, farmacia, varie agenzie 'rent a car ' , animata alla sera da bar e locali nelle immediate vicinanze. Michalis gentile e sempre disponibile, ti accoglie con il sorriso e ti consiglia luoghi , gite o posti dove mangiare, alla scoperta di Rodi. L'alloggio è piccolo ma funzionale, con aria condizionata e cassaforte . Dotato di tutto ciò che serve, abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione tovaglioli, sale zucchero olio the marmellate fette biscottate, caffè solubile e persino il detersivo lavatrice e per i piatti. Senza contare che, appena arrivati, Michalis ci aveva riservato 2 bottiglie di acqua in frigorifero. Ci torneremo sicuramente , Goodbye Rodi !

Студия современная, чистая, оснащённая всем необходимым, Михалис очень любезный и дружелюбный, прислал нам подробнейшие инструкции по заселению, приятный приветственный бонус в виде бутылки вина и 2 бутылок воды. Мы обязательно вернёмся с удовольствием и однозначно рекомендуем!!! Спасибо за чудесный отдых!!!

• vittoria (8/5): - Michalis is the best host I've ever met. Kind and friendly, just like the wonderful Greek people. The apartment is functional and has everything you need. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels every three days. From the terrace, there's an enchanting view of the north bay, where crowds flock to photograph the sunset. 15 minutes from Elly Beach, 20 minutes from the center, and 1 minute from Bar Street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The bus stop to the airport is very close by for when you return to pick up your luggage.

В номере есть практически все для проживания (холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор). Расположение, пляж рядом, крепость в нескольких сот метров. Много баров, ресторанов и магазинчиков.

Stanza molto pulita, ogni 3/4 giorni circa vengono a cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani. Posizione comodissima a tutto. Grazie Michalis, se dovessimo tornare a Rodi, non esiteremo a prenotare di nuovo da te!

• Josh (10/5): - Cosy and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you might need for a holiday! Very close to the beach for swimming which was great and a 10/15 min walk to the old town. The host Michalis was very friendly and provided excellent communication for us. The window shutter wasn't working in the lounge when we arrived but this wasn't a problem for us

• Nikol (10/5): Great location with super nice hosts! - Great location near beach, shops and many taverns. The host was super nice and helpfull - helped us to arrange a taxi. We were greeted with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the balcony. We will definetly come back!

• Daniela (8/5): Lovely stay in Rhodes - The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, it is close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the medieval town. The host Michalis is very kind and available for everything you need. We loved our stay in Rhodes! Maybe the cleaning should be more accurate, the furniture has to be renewed

• jp1792pj (10/5): Pokud bychom přijeli na Rodos, pak bychom se rádi vrátili na toto ubytování. - Velmi přátelský a ochotný hostitel připravený nám kdykoliv pomoci a poradit, i když jsme již nebyli jeho hosty. Lokalita ubytování naprosto vyhovující, k veškerým památkám v centru se dalo dojít pěšky. Součástí vybavení byla dobře vybavená kuchyň s čajem, kávou, cukrem a v ledničce vychlazenou vodou a lahví dobrého vína. Dále zde byla i pračka a sušák na prádlo umístěný na balkoně. Zaparkovat auto se dalo bez problémů v okolních uličkách.
