• Yasemin (10/5): - Sehr tolle Lage direkt im historischen Zentrum Der Aufenthalt liegt in einer Sackgasse so das man keine Straßengeräuche hört Claudio war sehr nett hat mir viel geholfen und wenn ich fragen hatte hat er mir die auch beantwortet, wirklich sehr nett Man fühlt sich wie zuhause Ich hatte das Zimmer mit der großen Terasse zur alleinigen Nutzung , wunderschön Kaffeemaschine mit reichlich Kapseln gab es auch im Zimmer und ne Flasche Wasser Ich war sehr Positiv überrascht Nichts 🤷‍♀️

• Teodora (9/5): Great location for visiting the city - Perfect location, most of the touristic areas reachable by foot. Although located in the city center, it is a bit away from the masses of people and therefor it was not so loud. Clean room, very comfortable bed, nice shower with really hot water and good water pressure. Great communication with the host and beside this, Claudio provided us as well a lot of amazing tips and suggestions. Easy to reach from the airport. We liked everything, we only found the breakfast system a little different than expected and what are were used to. Breakfast is not exactly at the property, still it is just 1 or 2 minutes away, in a typical Italian coffee bar. It provides good coffee and croissants. For longer stays some might prefer some more diversity though.

• Stéphanie (10/5): Superbe résidence en plein cœur du centre historique - La localisation est parfaite pour aller manger à l'extérieur et sortir le soir. La résidence est dans le centre historique mais très calme. La chambre avec terrasse permet de boire le café ou l'apéritif tranquillement. L'hôte est plein de bons conseils et très attentionné. Toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin 🥲.

La struttura è curata, accogliente e ben gestita; ho apprezzato in particolare la pulizia degli ambienti e la professionalità di Claudio , sempre disponibile e cortese. L’unico aspetto che, a mio avviso, potrebbe essere migliorato è la colazione. Pur essendo nel complesso soddisfacente e in linea con gli standard, italiani, ritengo che, considerando il livello e la tradizione dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci sia margine per offrire qualcosa di più ricco e distintivo, sia in termini di varietà che di qualità dei prodotti. In sintesi, un soggiorno molto piacevole che consiglierei, con solo questo piccolo suggerimento per rendere l’esperienza ancora più all’altezza delle aspettative. La colazione
• Kreso (9/5): Short stay in city centre - Liked the location very much, it was clean, had a nice balcony, there is spatie shop just around the corner and small pizzeria in the front, the apartment itself is close to everything - pizzeria di Matteo, store "deco", there was a Joan Miro exhibition in the church nearby, the Sotterranea catacombs, there is aperol spritz in the main street offered on the go, it is close by to spanish quartier which is Maradona obssesed... Aha the most thing that I liked although is a bit noisy is the aeroplanes lift of above the building block (not all the time) but that was such a a great watch. I kind of missed the smal refrigirator to store the drinks and kettle for tea

• Rossella (10/5): Nel cuore di una delle città più affascinanti del mondo: un B&B elegante e pulito - Nel cuore di Spaccanapoli un elegante B&B in un bellissimo palazzo d’epoca ritirato dal rumore. Ottima accoglienza del gestore Claudio, disponibile, svelto, premuroso, discreto. L’altezza ti fa sentire vicino alle cupole, le rondini, una Napoli luminosa in contrasto con i vicoli antichi e in penombra. Tutto perfetto.

• evulaaa (7/5): - Ubytování bylo funkční, čisté, vybavené a útulné. Výhodná poloha v centru, hostitel byl velice ochotný a poslal nám hodně tipů, co vidět a podniknout. Hostitel nám jeden den vyměnil ručníky, což bylo fajn, ale nevynesl kos a neměli jsme dostatek toaletního papíru. Deku co nám přinesl navíc byla smradlavá od kouře. Snídaně byly slabší. Hodně rušné okolí i v noci.

Il Bar è davvero mediocre

Widok typowy dla Neapolu ale nam to wogole nie przeszkadzało.Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie pachniało czyli są używane dobre środki do sprzątania. Nie szukam negatywów jeżeli nie ma takiej potrzeby

• Ariane (8/5): Estadia prática e confortável - A acomodação é composta por diversos quartos, com banheiros privativos. Não há espaços em comum como sala ou cozinha, por exemplo. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável, atende bem quem passará por Napóles rapidamente e passará o dia inteiro fora de casa. A localização é excelente, do lado das principais ruas do centro histórico. Oferecer café da manhã é um diferencial. É o clássico: nós pudemos optar por croissant ou pizza, e um café. Quando chegamos o quarto estava com um cheiro forte, como se estivesse fechado por bastante tempo. Mas abrimos a janela e logo passou.

• Konrad (7/5): Good location. Comfortable stay. Could be more attention paid to details. - Very central. Comfortable room after we got the air con going and got the info for our second room. Lots of stairs. Says second floor. More like fourth floor. No breakfast as offered. Host did try to make up for it to a certain degree. Very little info from the host. Our experience with other italian bookings - offer lots of tourist info and tips. Confusing entry system to the main building. Cotton sheets would be better in this weather.
• Laurence (6/5): Great location , fantastic host but the accommodate was a let down - Central location great bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful in resolving issues and arrange for luggage storage on our last day. No kettle or glasses provided and access via a metal staircase was tricky with baggage . No lift facilities and several key codes needed to access the room. The bathroom in particular the shower needs a deep clean around the door and water outlet pipe . The terrace is big but needs a tidy. Having to pay resort tax in cash is not a good idea. It’s not secure or tracked. This should be added to Booking.com price
• Sofiia (10/5): Exceptional - We booked the room with terrace and weren’t disappointed. There is no kitchen in the property, but when you are in Italy it’s not a problem 🙂 The breakfast was good in a nearby cafe, 20 meters from the property, coffee is absolutely delicious. The location is very good. We were satisfied with everything.

• Alvarado (5/5): Disappointed in Naples - The balcony view and the sofa bed were okay. The apartment address was incorrect. We had to open 3 doors to get to the apartment. The doors were difficult to open, due to defective keys or locks. The breakfast was a coupons to a nearby bakery that didn't open until after 9 am when we were exploring the town. We were surprised when the host sent me a text through Whatsapp about leaving 40 Euros (5 per day per person for 4 days) for the Tourist Tax on the table which I did. The lock box wasn't working so I had to leave the keys inside the apartment door when we left.
• Aneta (9/5): Superb - Had a really great stay in Napoli. The location is very convenient. Check in went smooth and communication with the owner was fast and easy. Breakfast in the nearby bar was typical italian which means coffee and cornetto. We didn’t get enough vouchers for breakfast but this issue was shortly fixed. Beware that city tax can only be paid in cash. We also had the option to leave our luggage stored in the building even after check out.

Alessia was always available and she found a solution for leaving our backpacks - It was in a really good location and the room and toilet were clean. The terrace is amazing. We enjoyed staying there If I can say something was not 100% perfect is we didn’t received one day breakfast card, but we shared and she fixed 🙂. It would be good if they detail you have to leave cash to pay the city taxes. It is good for planning the trip cash.

• Alda (9/5): Superb - Great location, within walking distance of the main attractions. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. There was no lift, and you could hear the noises from other rooms.
• Miroslav (8/5): Perfect location, cozy room but breakfast was horrendous. - Perfect location for visiting all the key things in Naples while also on 15 min walk to the train station. Room had wifi, AC, good shower and beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful when it came to changing towels/bedding. Breakfast was consisted of vouchers for the coffee-bar downstairs and included a croissant, a hot drink and a cake dessert. Although we didn't ask for the other vouchers, I think it should be common sense that we should get all vouchers not only half of them (they gave us 4 vouchers for 4 nights but we are 2 people and the place takes 1 voucher per person so we should have received 8). Moreover, the place doesn't have enough croissants (2 out of 4 days) and also didn't have cake desserts (3 out of 4 days).
• Nino (8/5): Very good - Room is so good, and host is so helpful! Only thing which I did not like was that there was not elevator, and when you open da the of the room the only thing you can see is very narrow metal stairs, it was so hard to climb there with a suitcase.

• Parimal (8/5): Awesome - Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is also accessible through nearby metro. Lit would be better if there would have been electric kettle and some coffee or tea bags be there.
• Nina (9/5): Fantastic :) - The staff was very friendly. They even went out of their way to let us into the apartment at 9:00 in the morning because we arrived by ferry and traveled all night. The breakfast could be a little better, but otherwise everything was great.
