Os voluntários foram maravilhosos, de uma educação sem tamanha e paciência para explicar sobre mercado, padaria. O dono do hostel também é muito educado e sempre se preocupando com o conforto dos hóspedes. De ter que voltar a rotina.

Tive um imprevisto com minha mochila que uma hóspede levou por engano, porém foi resolvido e não teve muito a ver com o Hostel, porém minha opinião construtiva é instalar um armário ou uma prateleira que possa identificar as malas do hóspede que é "Day-use".

I would definitely recommend it. The shared room with the fan gets really hot. It should be good if it has more fans. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

- Gonzalo (10/5): Limpio y cómodo - Muy limpio. Me gusta que todo el tiempo hay alguien disponible para mantener el orden y ayudar a los huéspedes. La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones son buenas y el personal es muy amable. Recomendado Todo muy bien
- Chris (8/5): - Well located hostel a few roads from the busy seafront in Ubatuba. The beds were comfortable and the dorms kept to a max of 6 people. The pricing is also very competitive vs other hostels in the area. I think the hostel is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. No frills but all the basic requirements available and the staff are very friendly The triple bunks are fairly hard to get up/down from the top bunk (particularly during the night) or in/out of if you’re in the bottom bunk. The bottom bunk also gives you very limited room for moving around. The kitchen could also benefit from having some new bowls/coffee mugs/pots.

Excelente localização, próximo da principal rua de restaurantes e próximo ao Ubatuba Mall. Recomendo! Eles também tem bike e prancha de Surf para locar para os hóspedes

Os funcionários extremamente simpáticos e agradáveis, os hóspedes a mesma coisa. Não tive nenhum problema! A galera sempre reunida pra fazer algo à noite, sempre rola algo diferente.

- Guest (8/5): - O hostel está em uma excelente localização, próximo ao centro da cidade, do aquário de Ubatuba e das duas rodoviárias da cidade. O ambiente é bem limpo e o dono do hostel, o Cláudio, é muito solícito, ajudando sempre que possível e também atendendo a todos os pedidos. Eu fiquei no quarto privativo do hostel, que fica exatamente em frente a uma área de lazer, ao lado da recepção e ao lado da cozinha dos voluntários. Infelizmente, essa localização e o fato de os hóspedes e voluntários interagirem muito entre si faz com que entre muito barulho no quarto. Tive que solicitar algumas vezes que o Cláudio falasse com as pessoas para diminuir som e conversa, o que foi prontamente resolvido por ele. Para quem busca sossego, esse ponto do barulho realmente incomoda.

It's mostly runner by volunteers who were nice when I was there. 6 people in the female dorm with mouth air conditioning is really too much. I was lucky to have the middle bed, but the bottom one looks awful. Don't get it if you're not comfortable in small closed places.

- Seani (10/5): Exceptional - Cosmopolitans staff were great ! They were friendly, approachable and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, lockers were available to lock away personal items. Cooking area and lounge area were great for social meetings. I honestly felt like going back to a home and not a hostel, great vibes. welcoming and comfortable. Really enjoyed staying at this hostel and made friends for life here. This hostel was also in a great location, few mins walk from the main streets with restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this hostel ☺️🤙 The only thing I think could of been slightly different would be the gap inbetween the bunk beds. overall, comfortable and clean beds and bedding.
