Marialuisa (3/5): Incuria totale, da evitare - L’appartamento ha confermato le potenzialità per cui l’avevamo scelto: posizione comoda a Capo Mannu, silenzio e spazio esterno. La struttura versa in uno stato di incuria totale. Rispetto alle foto che vedete tutto è in decadenza, rotto o usurato. Allego delle foto su lampade, zanzariere, bidoni della raccolta differenziata, strumenti per pulire, tutto vecchio e non curato da tempo. Cui si aggiungono altre cose guaste o non funzionanti nella casa (lampade, porta frigo, etc) e cose sporche lasciate nell’armadio. Il primo giorno abbiamo avvisato l’agenzia dello stato delle zanzariere e ci è stato risposto che purtroppo lo sapevano già, quindi non abbiamo segnalato altro. È evidente che lo stato attuale della casa è la sommatoria di parecchie cose lasciate andare da tempo. Siamo rimasti molto male di dover stare 4 giorni in queste condizioni, consiglio di evitarlo almeno finché l’agenzia non vi assicuri di essere intervenuta nella manutenzione.
