- Vojtěch (1/5): Clearly not much of a stay and now they don't want to refund. - The owner didn't respond to any calls or messages before the midnight. For the later check in which they have stated on booking site. We even arrived before midnight, to check in and they ignored us. Then we had to stay freezing outside. The next day I kindly asked for a refund which wasn't accepted. And they said that it is due to us not meeting their policy of us having to contact them, which we clearly did via messages on phone, calls on phone and messages via booking. And now they stopped responding.

- Ružica (8/5): Very good - Location of the apartment is excelent. It is very close to the center of the Vienna, metro station is just behind the building. Supermarket Billa is also very close, across the metro. Few parkings are available near the apartment. Bed are comfortable, apartment has mostly everything you need for the short stay. -
- Ahadi (5/5): Passable - The room and the bathroom was clean but the room was a small studio I didn’t realize it was so small . The bathroom was big . The room was on the 5 th floor and the elevator was not working so we had to walk up with our luggage’s and walk down with luggage’s and the way the stairs are double rows for each floor the 5 floors like 10 rounds of stairs never ending we stood there for two days …..
- Fiona (7/5): An okey stay, but we won't be returning - The beds were very comfortable, and the balcony was a great bonus for ventilation—especially since it was quite warm during our stay in Vienna. The area was also very quiet, which we appreciated. Additionally, having a metro stop just around the corner made it easy and quick to reach the city center. We stayed in the economy studio, which was so small that it was difficult to move around comfortably. It also wasn’t as clean as we had expected. We chose this room because it was the only option available at the time, but it's not worth the price.
- Enkhbayar (8/5): Great apartment for few days city trip. - Good location, a bit out of center but really good connection with the metro. Clean apartment with easy check-in. No handsoap, there was a body gel to use as handsoap but a lot comes out when you use it. The wifi was also quite bad but didn’t matter for us.
- S (4/5): Delayed Access Info and Minor Comfort Issues - The location is good. I didn’t receive the entrance code and instructions on time, so I had to call the provided phone number, even though I had correctly stated my estimated time of arrival at the property. The place wasn’t entirely clean, and there was no air conditioning.

- Ilona (9/5): Neat apartment close to subway - The apartment is spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Close to the U-buhn and various bus lines, so it's very quick and easy access anywhere in the city. The staff was pretty responsive The main room is pretty dark since both spot lights on the wall didn't work. Also the wifi is very weak so you need to stand in the corridor if you need internet.

- Mira (9/5): Superb - The apartment is close to the public transportation so made us easy to go to everywhere, and near by is Asia Store , we can buy noodle and everything there and quite area. The apartment is clean, bath room is ok, facilities is ok too. Easy to check in and check out So far for everything is prima.

- Galin (1/5): Bad - It was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. It was an awful nightmare! The rooms are seperated with door in between and so you can hear your neighbour pretty loud. In our case they were super inadequate!!! Their behaviour was really inappropriate, they were listening to music and talking to each other all night long until 8am. We couldnt sleep at all. We tried to knock on their door but no one was answering. As there is no reception we couldnt complain to anyone!

The given code didn't give us the key. The property reacted stifly in the end - though we waited outside for more than half-hour for them to come with the key
- Christina (8/5): I can recommand it - The place was really huge, very nice bathroom and toilet separated from shower; interesting view, good heating the appartment was really big - but some more funiture (sofa) and decoration (pictures) might cheer the room up.

- Rouba (8/5): Our stay - The apartment is nice and spacious and close to a Metro Station The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and responsive Checkin and checkout were very easy The mattress is very comfortable although it was two single beds put together. This was a bit annoying since there was always a space between the beds and mattresses. The bathroom is big and comfortable It's clean, but it could be cleaner.. Overall, it was a good experience Two single beds put together A bit noisy in the morning
