The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality we received was excellent. Nothing could have been better. Liam and Lyn had thought of everything to make our stay perfect.

Owners were so friendly and accommodating and even had an easter egg each in our rooms as it was easter. Lovely touch. • Peter (10/5): Wonderful. - There is only one word to describe Cornerways wonderful. Lyn and Liam are perfect hosts. They will do all they can to make your stay wonderful. The room was super clean and comfy with fantastic views. Breakfast was well cooked and enough to last through the day until dining at one of the great places Lyn recommended. The slices of cake everyday were an added bonus. We will definitely return. Everything was perfect, couldn't find any negatives.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and enough to keep you going all day. Good location, tucked away from the main high street but far enough to be able to walk to town and the pier. • John (10/5): High quality Guest House accommodation in an attractive North Wales resort town - Cornerways exceeded our expectations and the hosts, Liam and Lyn, were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative about the local area. Our en-suite king-size room was spacious, very comfortable, very clean, and the hosts had clearly shown attention to detail. Complimentary WiFi worked very well throughout our stay, and parking on the driveway was arranged. The arrangements for our stay were confirmed in a welcoming telephone call from Lyn a couple of days before our arrival, which was very helpful. The standard of breakfast was excellent, with good cereal and fruit options, in addition to a very good quality cooked breakfast, with complimentary cakes provided each day. This guest house was located just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and the promenade, and just a few minutes further from the west shore (as a quieter and sandy beach area at the other side of the town). This was an ideal location for short stay in Llandudno. As a competitively priced and high standard guest house, we would highly recommend Cornerways to others when considering a stay in Llandudno. We would also recommend a visit to Llandudno as an attractive and scenic Welsh resort town on the north coast.

Excellent Breakfast , lots of choice, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast and full English all perfectly cooked , and cake. Hosts Lyn and Liam were really friendly, accommodating and helpful, and looked after us so well, we didn’t want to leave, it felt like we were leaving friends, we will definitely return, and would definitely recommend. Nothing not to like.

Only small details Fan in room would have been a nice touch due to being slightly warm and window could not have been left open due to wind No other juice on the table apart from orange small things did not take away from the experience

The breakfast was suoerb - best fresh fruit we've had. The location is ideal, for the sights and the railway station, and a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts, Lyn and Liam were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Couldn't get better accommodation! Nothing to fault at Cornerways.

• Lynn (9/5): A comfortable and peaceful place to stay. - A 4 room B&B which has been finished to a high standard. We received a very warm welcome from Lyn and Liam upon arrival. I had also had a courtesy call from Lyn the evening before our stay. My husband has a problem with his leg currently, and it was ensured that a parking space was available on the drive, for which my husband was grateful. We were also offered help with luggage to the room. The room itself was spacious and south facing, with an ensuite bathroom. Our beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was extremely good, with plenty of choice and even a muffin or slice of cake to take for your day out. Although in a built up area, it was very quiet, apart from Buster the cat yowling outside(😉) during the evening.. There are lots of options for eating out either at lunchtime or in the evening near by. We would certainly return.... The only slight issue for us was the small area for parking. We were very kindly ensured a space because of a knee issue, but realistically there's parking for 2 or possibly 3 small cars. There's parking on the road but you may have to walk a little way.

• Ian (10/5): We found the perfect B&B hotel. - Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the equally friendly farewell. Clean, well-decorated and spacious room with large bed, ample storage and power points. All the facilities we expected, including fluffy towels and toiletries in the modern bathroom with walk-in shower. A well-cooked breakfast came with all the usual options as well as a fresh fruit selection and salad, cereals, toast and freshly-baked cake. Add in the quiet location only 7 minutes walk to the town centre and we found the perfect B&B hotel. Nothing. Maybe they could have tucked us in at night.

• Lynn (10/5): Excellent 2 night stay 31 August - What can I say. From the moment we met Liam and Lyn we knew our stay was going to be something special, they are both so warm and friendly, and always on hand should you need them. It is in a great quiet location, near shops, bars ect. And just over 5 mins to train station. The B & B has been loving refurbished and decorated, and the rooms are done to a very high standard. We had an extremely large king bed with beautiful quality bedding with matching accessories. There is also a kettle with coffee and tea etc. Lots of storage spce. Great modern shower room with large soft towels. Breakfast is served in a lovely bright dining room. It's served with a smile and lots of banter by Lyn, there is a choice of cereal, yogurt, fruit, cake etc, and of course a cooked breakfast if you wish, nothing to much trouble, just ask. N/A

If you don’t want a beautiful, newly decorated modern room with a wonderful comfy bed, then don’t stay here! If you don’t want your guest room to be clean and spotless, then don’t stay here ! If you don’t want a superb full cooked breakfast or alternatives on offer, then don’t stay here ! If you don’t want free cake and free friendly advice on the area, then don’t stay here ! If you don’t want to have the best time in the best guest house In Llandudno, then don’t stay here ! In fact, we don’t want you to stay there in case there’s no room for us !! We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night break and can’t wait to return. Cornerways is probably our 6th guest house we have stayed at in Llandudno over the years and it really is the best. A huge thank you to hosts, Lyn and Liam for everything being exceptional. All the reviews don’t lie ! Saying goodbye
