• Lucie (8/5): - The apartment is very well located and well equipped. The metro and a supermarket are within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, as was the sofa. There were also coffee capsules available, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place, and it also offers a beautiful view. The host promised us that there was an elevator, but unfortunately it wasn’t working, and I had to walk up six floors on crutches. I understand it’s not his fault, but he could have told us before our arrival.

• Lykesa (10/5): Εξαιρετική και ευχάριστη διαμονή στη Βιέννη!! - Ζεστό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με εξαιρετική μόνωση, μεγάλη τηλεόραση και όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη στην κουζίνα για τρεις μέρες. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα και μαλακά και το μπάνιο μεγάλο. Η πρόσβαση με τους κωδικούς πολύ εύχρηστη και εύκολη και ο ανελκυστήρας σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη με τα απαραίτητα μαγαζάκια και η στάση του μετρό είναι το πολύ 10 λεπτά μακριά οπότε είχαμε πρόσβαση σε ολόκληρη την πόλη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντάει γρήγορα στα μηνύματα για να λύσει το οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα Έλειπαν μερικές κρεμαστρες ή μια ντουλάπα παραπάνω και ίσως κάποιο κομοδίνο δίπλα στα κρεβάτια

Betten mit Haaren und Urinflecken überseht (keine Matrazenschoner drauf) nur ein Kleiderschrank und dieser ist zu klein für 3-4 Leute Küchenstühle fleckig Wasserkocher dreckig Frostfachtür defekt im Kühlschrank Couch voll mit Flecken Balkon mit Aussicht über Wien ist eine Fehlinfo, man schaut auf eine verdreckten Taubenverschlag Balkonmöbel verdreckt durch Taubenkot Ansprechpartner schwer erreichbar und sehr unfreundlich Anfrage auf Stornierung wurde abgelehnt selbst Booking.com Kundenservice erreicht den Vermieter nicht Zwecks Klärung Bewertungsnote 9,0 nicht gerechtfertigt
• Kalina (7/5): - The apartment and its equipment are new. Good location and easy access (all with codes, no keys). No live interaction with the host 👍 Clean. There is no shelf in the shower zone, where to put your personal bath belongings on and it is extremely uncomfortable to open the cabin every time during the shower time when you want to take or leave shampoo, conditioner etc. No plug socket near the bed and no night lamb on the bedside table.

Jedoch müsste dringend wieder renoviert werden, Wände sind teilweise dreckig, Eisfach war kaputt, lauter Verkehr.Einrichtung wirkt sehr billig. Matratzen extrem weich.

• Reinhard (4/5): Wien ist eine fantastische Stadt. - Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig (ÖPNV). Haus: Noch in Sanierung befindlich. Haustür: Mitget. Türcode obsolet, obwohl Unterkunft in einem der beiden kriminalstatistischen Hotspots der Stadt). Hausflur: Abschreckend. Wohnung optisch zun. relativ schick . Türen von Wohnbereich und Bad so angebracht, dass die Klinken an der jeweils anderen Tür entlangschrammen (was entspr. Kratzer belegen). Bad: Lampe überm Waschbecken nicht angeschlossen, ebenso wie die Steckdose für Fön, Rasierer). Steckdose neben Waschmasch.anschluss nutzbar. Entlüftung des gefangenen Raumes ohne Funktion. Duschtür könnte an Kante des Waschbeckens zerschellen. Wohnraum/Schlafraum: Vier Stühle am Esstisch nur flüchtig so zusammengeschraubt, dass sie bei leichtem Kippeln oder Schieben wohl auseinandergebrochen wären. Bei DECATHLON ein einfaches Tool besorgt und mit dem passenden Imbusschlüssel die 16 Schrauben festgezogen. Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd nicht angeschlossen. Sofa bereits ziemlich unappetitlich (einfache Decke besorgt u. daraufgelegt). Teppich vor dem Sofa komplett verhaart. Vermieter stellte auf Anfrage einen Billigstaubsauer mit fast keiner Saugleistung zur Verfügung. Von der Terrasse hereingetragene kleine Steinchen schaffte das Gerät nicht. Terrasse bei starker Besonnung nicht nutzbar. Schlafzimmer: Zwei IKEA-Betten zu französischen Bett zusammengeschoben - darauf eine große Matratze und für zwei Personen ein gemeinsames Deckbett (am Fußende bereits zerrissen). Für zwei Personen ein Schränkchen (ca. 2 x 60 cm mit insgesamt 5 Kleiderbügeln. Kleidung mithin großteils in den Koffern belassen. Gardine an Fensterfront ungekürzt - hängt ca. 50 cm in den Raum am Boden. Türgroßes Fenster ohne Gardine. Auf allen Schränken klebrige Staubschicht.

• Jan (4/5): - Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut. Für einen Stadtbesichtigung sehr gut geeignet. Nicht alle Fenster hatten Verdunkelung was in der helleren Jahreszeit zu Problemen beim Schlafen führt. Die Oberseite des Kühlschrank und des Kleiderschrank müssten gereinigt werden, war alles voller dicke Staubschicht in Augenhöhe. Steckdosen hingen teilweise heraus oder waren locker.

• Nidhi (10/5): An impressive apartment stay that exceeded expectations in comfort and space. - I travelled with my family for three nights, from 26th December to 29th December, and the stay exceeded all our expectations. The self check-in process was seamless, making our arrival completely hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for a family stay. One of the biggest advantages is the central location. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are several supermarkets nearby, which adds great convenience for families. The separate living room and large, well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment was bright and airy throughout. The sunlight streaming into the kitchen each morning made our breakfasts truly delightful. It was an absolutely wonderful stay, well worth it, and left all of us happy, relaxed, and thoroughly impressed. ⭐ The only drawback was the entrance area leading to the lifts and corridors, which appeared quite dirty and poorly maintained, giving an unwelcoming first impression. It seemed as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. Apart from this, everything else was perfect and met our expectations.

You can control the temperature on each radiator even at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a terrace with a view of the Viennese rooftops. The mattresses are of a softer type. everything is relatively new and clean. My wife needed a coat rack and a larger closet for a longer period.

For 4 days of our stay at this apartment we got only one big and small towel for each person. Also the surprise for us was the room we saw for the first time when we got there. When we booked the apartment the pictures weren’t showing one room with bunk bed and one with double. So we thought we would get 2 double beds, considering that it was on the pictures when booking.

Curatenia in apartament nu a fost la cele mai bune standarde. Iar avand in vedere ca este un apartament de 3 camere, nu am avut suficient spatiu pentru haine, in apartament este un singur dulap cu doua usi, care era situat in dormitorul cu pat de o persoana.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay that matches the description.
• Daria (8/5): Nice apartment - It’s clean, the host is helpful and answering fast. The bed has very soft mattress (if you have problems with back it is probably not good). It is warm, with a lot of windows on the last floor under the roof. Sockets in the bathroom are not working, one of them was pulled out from the wall. There are no washing machine.

Cleanliness, pleasant smell in the apartment, equipped kitchen, and the heat was more than enough. On the first day I left the heat on, but in the last 2 days I turned it off because it was no longer needed. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The owner was always very kind. I really recommend this apartment!
• nika (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Perfect apartment the host sent us very clear check in instructions a day before in our opinion the apartment looks bigger than we expected, when we arrived it was clean, warm and just felt like a home away from home the host is also very accommodating we had issues with the hairdryer and he came to exchange it in under two hours also as someone who loves a good bath the bathtub is phenomenal it’s huge and it could easily fit two people. Thank you so much for having us we’d love to come back again! There was nothing to complain about

• Maryna (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend this place - Location is quite close to the subway station and grocery stores. But also there is nothing worth doing around here unless you go closer to the downtown area. Property seemed nice at the first glance but at closer inspection it’s pretty disappointing. If you only need a place to sleep for 1 night it should be okay but if you are staying with friends or family for longer it’s not worth it. AC in the bathroom doesn’t work, AC above the stove is not working and looks like it’s just there, being useless. If you have more than 1 phone that needs to be charged, forget about it, there is only a couple working socket in the whole place, and it’s nowhere near the place it’s actually needed. No washing machine , no pods for the dishwasher, no shades anywhere!

• Kujtese (10/5): A clean, modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood with great views, close to everything we needed. - We booked a one-bedroom apartment for three people. For us, the space was more than enough. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and even the balcony was spotless. We loved enjoying the beautiful sunset view every evening. The bathroom was spacious, and since it was a newer apartment inside an older-looking building, everything felt modern and fresh. It was equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The TV worked perfectly, and the host thoughtfully left a card with the Wi-Fi details. Any requests we made were approved as well. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket nearby. The U-Bahn station was also very close, which made it easy for us to reach all the main tourist attractions. Check-in was a bit late for us, but that’s quite normal in most hotels and apartments, so we completely understood. The self check in was something I liked more. The host was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

In bagno non c’è né una finestra né una ventola e non funziona la luce dello specchio, inoltre le prese della corrente in molte zone non sono sicure in quanto staccate dal vano interruttore, non ci sono specchi nella casa se non quello del bagno. È distante dalla metro circa 10 minuti a piedi. La casa è molto luminosa e non ci sono oscuranti a sufficienza per tutte le stanza quindi la mattina presto ci si sveglia!

• sattam (10/5): Great stay. - I rented 2 apartments. They were clean and spacious. The owners explained how to enter. The sixth floor apartment has a great balcony. The tram is nearby.

• Christian (8/5): Tolles, ruhiges Penthous - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in de Nähe, Restaurants und Bars ebenso. Top Anschluß an die Wiener Linien (Bus und S- Bahn ums Eck, U-Bahn ca. 12 Min. zu Fuß). Penthouse mit Balkon zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Netter Kontakt zum Anbierter, Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Sauberkeit im Haus leider nicht auf dem Niveau des Apartments. Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt, wäre mehr Stauraum (lediglich 1 kleiner Schrank) und ein Duschvorhang, oder besser noch ein faltbarer Wannenaufsatz, von Vorteil.

• Alves (5/5): Fotos são de dois apartamentos diferentes - Aproximadamente 700metros da linha vermelha do metro, ajuda na deslocação aos principais pontos de interesse rapidamente. Ar condicionado. O anúncio refere-se a dois tipos de apartamento, com 1 e com 2 quartos. Porém, as fotos não distinguem um do outro, levando-nos a escolher mal a nossa hospedagem. Eu escolhi o apartamento de 1 quarto, pois parecia suficiente e confortável dormir no sofá cama (de acordo com as fotos que vi), mas não era bem assim e podia ter escolhido o de 2 quartos, se o anúncio fosse claro com a distinção das fotos de cada um. Foram as 3 piores noites da minha viagem, porque não pude descansar e dormir bem como se deve, nem meu filho. Para mim, não é possível dormir num quarto com duas janelas enormes onde só uma tem cortina e a outra janela maior que uma porta, fica precisamente em frente a cama de casal, sem cortina e com o sol a nos acordar às 5h30 da manhã em pleno verão. Além do colchão ser extremamente mole, fazia doer as costas porque dormimos "tortos". O mesmo aconteceu na sala, onde nenhuma janela tem cortina e a claridade chega às 5h30, sem que pudessemos dormir mais, especialmente uma criança. Além disso, não havia lençol de verão para a cama, deixaram-nos um edredão com capa, num calor de 36°. O apartamento é novo, prático e bonito, não havia barulho (apenas sol na sua cara às 5h30 da manhã). A localização ajuda muito com bons acessos ao transporte, de fato, mas não tivemos sorte no que era realmente preciso, descansar depois de 1 dia de caminhadas pela cidade. Outro detalhe é que havia lava-louças, mas um microondas fez mais falta. Não havia nenhuma instrução para o wi-fi, fiquei procurando até encontrar o router atrás do sofá com a senha. O comando da TV não funcionava, troquei as pilhas e funcionou. Não recomendo nem voltaria nas mesmas condições.
