• Maksym (10/5): Roman holiday - we really liked the stylish classic design, which is very convenient and suitable for online work, four air conditioners that saved us from the not very hospitable heat of Rome, spacious, comfortable bedrooms, which were enough for a large family of five, a wonderful kitchen in which there is everything to prepare food and make coffee, a closed parking place in the yard with an automatic gate, and very friendly host Unfortunately, the neighboring apartment was undergoing renovations, which woke us up in the morning, but thanks to this, we saw more of the historical charms of Rome and also got a discount!
• Iliya (10/5): Rome trip - There is a lot of space ,we were 5 people and feels well.Apartment was clean and comfortable. Near to apartment there is a bus stop that you can use to go in the centre of the city. It has everything you need to have a wonderful time in Rome. The owner Andrea is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend and hope to be here again soon.
• Carlino (10/5): Beautiful appartment - We are delighted, everything was perfect, clean, there is even a washing machine which was useful to me, cakes and drinks on our arrival, shower gel, soap, iron, makeup remover .. Andrea is a good host and he is extremely kind and caring. my children were delighted and happy in this magnificent apartment. It was great to have secure parking. we plan to come back in a few months and we will definitely come back to this apartment. Thanks again to you Andrea! Nothing negative to say
• Corinne (9/5): Great place to stay! - The apartment is large and comfortable. We were travelling with our two daughters and our elder daughter 's boyfriend and there was enough space for everyone. Downtown is conveniently reachable with bus 60. There only 5 items of each (grasses, plates, cutlery, etc.). A few more would have been useful.

• Micky (9/5): Very great stay in Roma with family - Communication with and gentleness of the host, quality of the appartment, facility around (private parking in the building, supermarket at 10min walk, terminal bus station at 10min walk)
• Csaba (9/5): Superb - The flat was hugh and good. Freindly staff!!! The upper flat owner has a dog. All night the dog was walking abouve our sleeping room! It wasn't so good for relax!!!

• Aneta (9/5): Superb - The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures in the listing. It is spacious and very well equipped. There were bottles of water, little refreshments and biscuits and bred with jam for the first breakfast. We appreciated it since we didn’t have to go shopping for breakfast on the evening that we arrived. The bathroom was also well equipped with shower gel, makeup remover and cotton pads. The host was nice and responsive. We didn’t like the additional charge for late check-in which was 50€. We checked in at 9:40 pm. On the property description it only mentioned a charge or 10€ and 20€ for late check-in. 50€ was only mentioned after we arrived to the apartment. Another thing that was a bit uncomfortable was that in one of the bathrooms the shower did not have comfortably warm water. We used it anyway cause we were a group of 5 and didn’t want to delay by using the same shower all 5 of us.
• Narada (10/5): Nice apartment with a great host - The host was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the facilities one could think of, from kitchen utensils to umbrellas and an iron. The refrigerator and nearby shelves were loaded with some essential food items and drinks. The private parking spot is a luxury given the fact that most of the people in the area park on the street. There are two bathrooms which are clean and equipped with modern facilities including shower cabinets. The water pressure is good and you can take a quick shower without any problem. The apartment is really safe as one needs to go through two locked gates to reach the apartment door. There is a lift in the building. There is actually no major negative point to mention about this apartment. However, one slight disadvantage is that there is no Metro station in the neighborhood. But there are several bus-stops within walking distance.
• Iasmina (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is huge with 2 bathrooms, we were 4 people and had plenty of space. Was very tidy and Andrea(the host) very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is equipped and Andrea left for us cold water and milk and the freezer, coffee, sugar pro bono. The neighbourhood is quiet, had a supermarket near (Elite) and a very good pizza restaurant (Pirandello 19) I can't say I didn't like it, but the location was a bit far from the city center. We had to take the 63 bus a few stations and after the metro, so about 1h to get in town.
