• Franco (2/5): - Unico punto positivo, la vicinanza al Yumbo Ho scelto basandomi sulla valutazione superiore a 9. Purtroppo non è la prima volta che mi ritrovo in una struttura che non corrisponde minimamente alla valutazione. Ho trovato il rubinetto della cucina completamente svitato e a rischio di rottura. Ho trovato il bagno che aveva la ventilazione rotta. Per un bagno senza finestra la ventilazione è assolutamente indispensabile. Il bordo della vasca da bagno con il silicone ammuffito. La camera da letto esposta ai rumori del traffico dell'Av.de Tirajana, senza nessuna isolazione dalle finestre obsolete. Lo scalda acqua che permetteva a malapena di fare una doccia. Per una seconda doccia è necessario aspettare come minimo mezz'ora. L'urgenza di riparare il rubinetto della cucina era conosciuta dal proprietario, ma durante tutta la settimana non ha provveduto a ripararlo, dicendo che dal momento che avevo segnalato il problema a Booking, avrei dovuto comunicare solo con loro. Ovviamente non avevo nessuna intenzione di trascorrere una settimana, già parzialmente compromessa, a ciattare con Booking. Anche a causa dei problemi di connessione riscontrati. Di conseguenza ho trascorso tutta la settimana in un appartamento con dei problemi, che il proprietario non ha fatto niente per ripristinare. Ciò che mette ulteriormente in dubbio l'onestà del proprietario è il fatto che mi è stata segnalata la presenza di un cantiere di ristrutturazione di un palazzo adiacente, solo a poche ore dal termine di annullamento della riservazione. Impedendomi per ciò di poter trovare un alternativa e cancellare la prenotazione. Oppure eventualmente concordare una compensazione per il disagio. Disagio che si è dimostrato ben più grave di quanto descritto dal proprietario. I lavori del cantiere sono regolarmente iniziati prima delle 8 del mattino. Il rumore, ma soprattutto la polvere proveniente dai lavori in corso nel palazzo, hanno reso inutilizzabile sia il balcone che si trova a pochissimi metri di distanza, che la piscina.

• Piotr (10/5): Everything was great! - Everything was great! The host prepared a surprise for us and kindly allowed an early check-in and a late check-out. He stayed in touch with us the whole time. I truly recommend this place!
• Miguelvali (8/5): easy - the host was very attentive and helped with transport options etc. The place was close to many amenities and did not need a car it was a little dated inside and some bits of the apartment needed updating, but overal it was very functional
• jean-luc (5/5): Belle météo mais pas le repos souhaité - L’emplacement est bon et l’appartement correct Bruit des travaux dans l’immeuble à côté de la terrasse ( loin d’être terminés) et la nuit bruits pénibles pour moi de la circulation de l’avenue Tirajana ( très fréquentée)
• Thomas (10/5): - Olivier est un super hôte ! Il a tout fait pour m'arranger a l'arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable. Gros plus : emplacement idéal si vous aimez la vie nocturne au yumbo !

• Pedro (10/5): Estancia excepcional - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien situado. Además, tenía una buena conexión WiFi, por lo que si tienes que trabajar en el apartamento, te vendrá muy bien. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. La piscina también estaba muy bien. Olivier nos ayudó muchísimo con la llegada al apartamento, que se produjo fuera de la hora de check-in, y luego estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. El último día nos pudo dejar más tiempo para que terminara de trabajar antes de irnos. Recomiendo el apartamento ya no solo por la comodidad y todo lo que presenta, sino por su anfitrión.

El dueño tiene constante comunicación, te facilita la estancia y te ayuda en todo el momento. Le doy un 10 como anfitrión por su amabilidad y eficacia.

• Terence (10/5): Appreciate the help and assistance of Oliver during this stressful time - For a last minute booking I consider this apartment and particularly the host was exceptional. My stay was due to my son being injured and hospitalized. The host went to exceptional efforts to assist me while I was there with offers of help if I needed anything. Oliver thank you so much with your assistance during this stressful time. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Nothing.
• Pankaj (10/5): Very clean and comfortable property with prime location near Yumbo managed by a caring host! - The property location is 2min walking from Yumbo. The rooms, bed linens, towels, toilets, etc., were very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the important amenities. The balcony gets the sun in the morning which makes enjoying the cup of coffee a very relaxing thing. In the evening you can sit in the balcony and enjoy the buzz of Yumbo. There is one 24x7 shop close to the house. The bus stop is also very close. All in all good experience. The host is super friendly and is ready to offer help as and when needed. There is no airconditioning in the bedroom so you have to open the windows to cool the room but then there is noise from the road but since property is on 5th floor the noise is not that strong. So may be an air conditioner in the bedroom will help especially during hot summer months. Late checkin after 8pm can be bit tricky as the reception closes by 8pm but this is not a big issue as there are people entering the building often that can let you in.
