I've needed an extra fan as it was the peak heat in the city and the host delivered it without hesitation 👏 The spring in the beds seem a bit outdates but it's not too much of a hassle to get used to

• Danilo (8/5): It was amazing - It’s spacious and clean and complete with everything that’s essential. I like everything but if I will suggest something, maybe put a thicker curtain or blackout so there’s more privacy and better sleep for both the living room and the bedrooms.

• Rhose (10/5): Comfy Accommodation - I like that the place was spacious, and that the place was complete with the essentials that we need such as plates, utensils, glasses and toiletries. The owner was kind and accommodating. Nothing, it was all perfect.
• Semyon (10/5): Great option to stay in the city center for friends or family if you need 3 bedrooms - Great location in the very heart of the city. Beds clean and comfy, slippers, shampoo etc provided. Full functional kitchen with everything you need. 2 bedrooms with single beds and one more large double bedroom, in addition a very spacious main room. The large bedroom is silent if closing all doors, but the small bedrooms windows have some noise because of the road outside. The place was well clean and enjoyable. Special thanks to the host for allowing good flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Minor things: need small maintenance like replacing bulbs, fixing shower hanger. Would be great to update pictures as currently it looks a little bit different. Nothing of that makes the stay less good.

• Mireille (10/5): The owners are super helpful, friendly and responsive. - The property is spacious and equipped with everything you could need during your stay in Yerevan. The location is wonderful if you’re looking to explore the city, everything is within walking distance.
• Mohammam (10/5): Exceptional - The host welcomed us warm with a big smile. The apartment was so clean and cosy with three big bedrooms with lots of closets. Kitchen was full of appliances so we could find everything we needed. Also wifi internet was perfect. The host was always accessible in WhatsApp and always answered in less than few minutes. The only disadvantage about this place is being in 4th level without having elevator.
