Line (8/5): - Très bien situé avec un parking pour la voiture tout à côté. Surprise de découvrir un troisième étage sans ascenseur qui ne soit pas précisé dans l'annonce. La salle de bains et les toilettes ne sont accessibles que par l'une des chambres... La porte de la salle de bains ne ferme pas et celle de la grande chambre ne ferme pas. Ni bouilloire ni machine à café électrique. Les toilettes fuient. L'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé, on peut suivre les conversations des voisins depuis la petite chambre. Un chauffage dans la petite chambre serait le bienvenu...

ANNE-CLAIRE (9/5): - Super quartier pas loin d un marché, d une école de flamenco, a 15:min à pied du centre, appartement agréable ( en été peut être difficile de garder fraîcheur) mais la saison idéale pour visiter Madrid n est de toute façon pas l été ! Appt typique dans immeuble typique. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Serviette, drap fournis un gros plus. C était globalement propre. On a adoré !
