• Marissa (7/5): Host was amazing answered right away - It was a great location The stairs were a little challenging for my mother
• Julian Angel (4/5): - La amplitud y lo céntrico de la casa Cuatro plantas unidas por una larga escalera de caracol. Techos del salón y dormitorio principal de 5 metros. El 2º dormitorio aunque estaba incluido, no nos lo abrieron. Radiadores de 2,5 metros de alto, pero con varios cancelados, y la calefacción solo 3+3 horas al día. Un solo aire acondicionado. Poca toalla para tanto frío y humedad. Limpieza, pero en la cocina era mejorable y había muchos envases y cajas vacíos, sales empapdas y jabones deshechos. La lavadora no centrifugó en el primer lavado y a continuación dejó de funcionar. No reparararon nada, pero nos reprendieron por solicitarlo. Sobre Booking: Booking nos dio instrucciones contradictorias entre sí para el pago del impuesto turístico: Que estaba incluido como uno de los items en el total que ya habíamos pagado a Booking. (Con lo que no habría que pagar al casero, salvo que este impuesto se cobre por duplicado). Que el impuesto municipal de 1,5 euros por persona y noche no estaba incluido. O sea que pagáramos 2*1.5*7=21 euros al casero. Y a renglón seguido, que eran en total 15 euros. A pagar al casero. Y en unas instrucciones que Booking envió después al casero para esclarecer esta confusión, la confundía aún más asegurando que el Municipio había subido este impuesto de 1,5 a 2,5 euros, o sea 35 a pagar. ¿0, 15, 21 o 35? Como ya nos lo había cobrado Booking, no tendríamos que haber pagado nada. Pero al final pagamos 21 euros a la casera para evitar una guerra. Espero que Booking nos aclare a todos los usuarios tantísimas contradicciones en sus estipulaciones. Y que nos devuelva el gasto que nos ha provocado indebidamente. A nosotros y posiblemente a muchos más.
• john paul (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyable. - Great apartment over 3 floors including a roof terrace. Very convenient location for Lecce centre. Stairs a bit steep and plenty of them.

• Federica (8/5): Bellissima terrazza in pieno centro - Ottima posizione, appartamento molto spazioso comodo anche per 2 coppie. E' un vero e proprio appartamento con anche cucina e lavatrice a disposizione. La terrazza permette di godersi una cena o una aperitivo suggestivo. Host davvero gentile e disponibile. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma da tenere conto delle scale ripide per chi avesse qualche problema o bimbi piccoli. Forse da rivedere un po' la doccia non comodissima per l'accesso.
• Marco (6/5): Da prendere per pochi giorni - Posizione Non mi dilungo nei dettagli, ma la maggior parte dei servizi offerti dall'appartamento erano poco fruibili o non funzionanti, in alcuni casi assenti.
• Simone (10/5): Stilvolle, ruhige Altstadt-Unterkunft mit Dachterrasse zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. - Da das schöne Haus mitten in der Altstadt in einem sehr ruhigen Teil liegt, hat uns Daniela wunderbar den Weg gezeigt. Zu einigen Zeiten kann man nicht in den alten Teil der Stadt fahren und das ist auch gut so. Die Unterkunft selbst hat 4 Etagen, davon sind zwei Zwischenstockwerke. In der Hitze schützen und kühlen die alten Steinmauer in den unteren Etagen. Oben auf der Dachterrasse findet man die Sonne und die Wärme. Der Blick über die Dächer ist wunderbar. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Alles ist mit sehr viel Geschmack modern eingerichtet. Das passt wunderbar mit diesem zugleich antiken Flair, sowohl der Stadt als auch dem Gebäude. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Besonders auch, wenn man zugleich etwas Ruhe sucht, z.B. zum Schreiben, zum Ausspannen, Nachdenken. Dadurch, dass es mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt und die Unterkunft trotz der Schmalheit des Hauses, geräumig ist, gelingt das auch gut mit 2 oder mehreren Personen. Mir hat alles gut gefallen.

• Marianna (1/5): Annuncio ingannevole. NO ARIA CONDIZIONATA - Posizione Nonostante venga descritto come un alloggio con aria condizionata, non è assolutamente vero. La casa si distribuisce su tre piani ed esiste un unico split di aria condizionata in una camera da letto, ovviamente insufficiente a raffreddare l’intera casa. Inoltre la seconda stanza matrimoniale è all’ultimo piano, adiacente alla terrazza, più calda di una sauna, di conseguenza inutilizzabile. Stessa cosa per la cucina, posta al secondo piano. Nonostante si paghi per un appartamento completo, nei mesi estivi si può utilizzare una sola camera da letto.
• Tatiana Tanya (10/5): The apartment is lovely, the location perfect and a good value for the price. - The apartment is beautiful, architecturally interesting and quiet. The location is excellent. The host allowed me to drop off my bag earlier in the afternoon as I arrived in town early. There was an issue with the pricing of the booking which was eventually resolved and initially with communication with the host. Once the arrangement was made for the keys we did a reset and she was available.
• Françoise (10/5): Staying at this house was a beautiful experience. - The house is beautiful. It is delightfully decorated with wonderful taste and style. It’s well equipped with all the cooking accessories you may need. The rooftop terrace is lovely and offers gorgeous views of the city. The house is perfectly located. We will definitely love to come back. We love everything.
• John (6/5): Great location - Very well located within the old town of Lecce. Very interesting apartment from its age and layout. Check-in was a bit late in the day. The apartment wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Both kitchen and bathroom are in need of some attention
• Roderick (9/5): Location and atmosphere is serene - Fantastic location. Querky place full of character and fabulous roof terrace. Generally clean apart from a shelf in the fridge. Would have liked a kettle - also there are only 2 bowls and 1 plate and hopefully this will easily be put right.

• James (9/5): Superb - The apartment was well equipped and centrally located in the old town. BUT before booking this apartment be aware that the main living area is up a flight of steep spiral stairs and kitchen, dining area is up a further stone spiral staircase. Only suitable for fit and active people. Do not try and drive to the property as it is in a ZTL zone. Park outside town walls and walk in.
• Gill (9/5): Lovely comfortable town house over 3 storeys in the heart of historic Lecce. - Location was fantastic, just two minutes walk from the Piazza Duomo and streets full of restaurants and bars but on a side narrow lane that was very quiet. Townhouse over three storeys with great roof terrace, spacious bedroom and living room. Check-in was late at not until 5pm.

• Victoria (10/5): Ideal apartment for exploring the beautify town of Lecce. - The property was very spacious, with good facilities and had a great location in the old town. Nothing I didn’t like about the property it was perfect for what we needed. Maybe just needs to be clearer about the narrow spiral stairs for anybody with mobility problems.
• Philip (10/5): Brilliantly Located, Comfortable, Warm, Traditonal buiding on three levels with Modern Interior. - The location is brilliant.... close to a supermarket and on the door step of the town center.... everything in an easy walk... including the train station. The bed brilliant size but not sort enough for us.

• Rūta (9/5): Very good - The owner Daniela met us very kindly and explained everything. The apartment is new, stylish, clean, the location- extremely convenient. The communication after booking the apartment and upon arrival was insufficient and not on time. The car parking did not match the description. The place of residence is spread over three floors, we suggest avoiding it for those who find it difficult to climb stairs
