• Amandine (8/5): - Très belle chambre, bien équipée, très propre. Étant au rdc, le petit moins, c'est d'entendre les gens aller et venir avec claquage de la porte d'entrée. Nous entendions aussi de l'eau s'écoulait lorsque les voisins du dessus prenaient leur douche ou allaient aux WC. Ma terrasse était sympa mais le soleil n'y passe pas et nous avions le bruit de la ventilation... Des petits détails qui n'ont pas gâché notre séjour mais juste le petit moins.

• Giorgia (9/5): - Appartamento veramente carino e accogliente, comodissimo il fatto che per entrare bastasse un codice così da non avere la preoccupazione di perdere le chiavi. letti comodissimi e pulizia ottima. unico piccolo neo è la posizione: tranquilla e sicura a mio parere ma un pochino distante dalle varie attrazioni e dalla movida. C'è comunque la metro L1 a disposizione ma per raggiungere il centro ci vuole circa mezz'ora

• Youssef (7/5): Property is pretty good located, but not clean at all - Minimalist, pretty bvery cold floor! And all they did was changing bed sheets! Bed was full of somebodies Hair and the blanket smelled like not dry enough (this part was disgusting)

• Mariasole (4/5): - Era l'appartamento che costava meno seppur parlando di cifre altissime. La pulizia. L'appartamento era sporco, pieno di briciole di cibo peli e capelli, la tappezzeria delle poltrone era macchiata così come le tende, anche gli accappatoi che erano confezionati dentro la plastica avevano capelli in mezzo. La cosa peggiore, ma non l'unico problema a livello di pulizia, è stata la macchia di sangue sulle asciugamani. Ovviamente abbiamo fatto foto e informato la struttura, l'indomani è stato ripulito. Non in modo soddisfacente.

• Yunqian (10/5): - Though we arrived late, it was not hard to appreciate the neighborhood and the place itself! Love the area, very convenient to get to everything, and the communication is very easy with the spot owner!! They were flexible with us and helpful to speak with. After we had some traveling stress, they offered us relief in offering to refund partially for a night we did not end up staying. They also allowed for us to have a late check out so we are able to enjoy the place a little more. Wonderful experience. Nothing.

Per chi deve usare la metropolitana può - Struttura nuovissima in una via molto tranquilla e ben tenuta. Per chi ha l’auto c’è un parcheggio vicinissimo a un buon prezzo. I letti sicuramente sono da migliorare. Coprimaterassi troppo grandi per i materassi il che rende scivoloso il lenzuolo creando disagio

• Marie (5/5): The small space/tight quarters didn't make for a comfortable stay. - Location close to transportation, supermarkets, shops and cafes. The apartment is described as 1 bedroom, but in fact is a small, compact studio with a mini fridge, 2 burner stove, no oven.
• Salete (9/5): i am very satisfied with my stay at the monturiol apartment - the location was very good and the apartment was clean. it did not have a proper wardrobe.
• Ghazal (5/5): Passable - Large space, washer/dryer included, well equipped, clean. I didn’t know my suit was in the basement. It was right in front of the main door and the walls had no sound proof. I could hear every one talking any time of the day when people checked in/ out which caused me having a hard time falling sleep. Worst, I could literally hear people going to the washroom, taking a shower, etc which was so annoying. There was also a bad smell occasionally coming out of my washroom. Plus, since it was a basement suit, the lighting wasn’t good either. I was offered a free cleaning service during my stay of 8 days but the washroom tended to become so dirty after each shower since the water could easily leak out of the shower doors and there wasn’t proper drainage.

• Marek (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was new and clean, located in a convenient area with easy access to two metro lines and a bus stop. A great perk was the laundry room with a dryer in the basement. There's also a nearby store just down the street, open until evening, where you can get anything you need. The lack of an electric kettle was a drawback; boiling water for coffee in a large pot wasn’t exactly convenient.
• Rose (8/5): It was a great accommodation to start up holiday. - It is a self-catering accommodation and is safe. All the necessary shops are located close to it. Without navigation, it could be tricky to find this accommodation.
• Sonam (10/5): Exceptional - The process is totally online. Very accurate and precise. Very prompt response to all queries. They kindly allowed me a late check out at my flight was at 10 pm. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The building has a common washer and drier in the basement. The doors open with a code access and there is an elevator. All Very smooth. Fridge and coffee machine and cooking range available. There are 2 supermarkets within 100m. The bus stops and stations are a 4 to 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. It is a bit far from the main city centre. Difficult to get cabs to and from the place. Price felt a bit high for the location but all amenities are very good and the apartment and facilities are very modern.

All you need for comfort stay is available inside (fridge, microwave, electric cooker, coffee-machine, iron and so on). Nearby the apartment there are 2 metro stations, supermarket, nice park. The towels were the cleanest and softest i ever experienced in any hotel . Highly recommend the płace The internet could be better - I logged on my Netflix on the tv but abosolutely nothing loaded -it went up to 24% and stopped everytime. We had a minor inconvinience with a hairdrier but it was quickly solved by the staff

• Bozhesku (10/5): Great hotel in Barcelona - The only thing I regret is not finding this hotel sooner! From now on, whenever I come back to Barcelona, this will be my go-to spot. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always there when I needed them. The room looked just like the photos, and the view was amazing. Everything was spotless, and the appliances were brand new. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

The location is so convenient as there’s metro station which is 7mins away from the apartment and corner shop literally a minute away. It’s self check in which is so good and if you need any help there’s always someone you can contact through WhatsApp they will reply in seconds. If your planning to go to Barcelona this apartment is the perfect one for you. 😀😀😀 I have no complaints about this apartment I loved it everything about it

• Lynsey (10/5): Clean and modern studio apartment - I am often disappointed by studio apartments but this one really exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect size for 1 person or for a couple. Everything seemed brand new and was very clean. The studio even included robes and slippers which was a nice touch. It's a little out of the centre but 9 min walk to the metro and lots of cafes etc close by.
