Guest Reviews
- John (8/5): We enjoyed six days in the Apartamento Biennale. - We traveled for Biennale. The location was ideal. Besides proximity to La Biennale, the cafes and restaurants on via Girabaldi were more than adequate. The space in the apartment is generous. The kitchen is fully equipped (though lacking an oven which was not an issue for us). It was quiet. The Italian shower was better than most (in Italy). The beds were comfortable. The linens were good. The WiFi never worked. We were even unable to send or receive Whats App in the unit. Clearer instructions about recycling would have been welcome. The local COOP market was disappointing.
- Giovanni (7/5): Ottime potenzialità, poca valorizzazione - L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto grande, spazioso e ben riscaldato.
- Maria Grazia (8/5): - Appartamento pulito in ordine
In ottima zona
Servizio buono Wifi non funzionante per problemi del server e zona con poca copertura internet
Ma l'host ha subito dato risposta alla nostra richiesta dandoci le informazioni sul problema

- Simone (9/5): - Ottima sistemazione fornita di tutto. Niente.

- Pontus (8/5): Spacious apartment in Castello - Great location for the Biennale - 10 minutes to both Arsenale and Giardini. Close to several Vaporetto stations. Residential area a bit away from the crowded areas in Venice.
Large bright apartment with good heating - important in November in Venice! There are a few upkeep points that need fixing: the shower hose was repaired with scotch tape, the wall paper in the upstairs bedroom was peeling on one of the walls, and some leftover tiles lay on one of the cupboards.
- Angeles (5/5): Good stay but bitter taste with the customer service - Good location and good for 6 people We arrived late but asked us to check out at 10 am next morning. That was ok, but we could not leave the suitcases anywhere. We were planning to visit Venice so we spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do with the suitcases all day. We talked to one person that told us that it was not their fault and that we should have stayed for 2 days 😮. They should have an agreement with a place to leave the suitcases for the guests or at least be more friendly.
- Antonio (8/5): Very good -
- Iskra (9/5): Very god - Location Controll over the heat
- Sara (10/5): Clean, spacious, perfect location for visiting La Biennale. -
- Amal (9/5): Superb -
- Chinique (7/5): Good - The place was nice, clean and centrally located and had AC Only one bathroom, for some reason I thought it had 2. All windows are interior, no views and no light. Checkout is too early, at 10am, but there are bars with loud music until 1pm
- Jada (7/5): Good location and big enough for our family of 6 - The location was great, easy to get to and find. Pleasant enough stay for a last minute booking in Venice. We had shops and restaurants just downstairs so can easily get food and groceries. Also very close and convenient to the water taxis so made a great base to explore Venice. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but reasonable enough to sleep through the night, but at the moment there are mosquitoes everywhere and they fly into the rooms even through the flyscreens on the windows, so we heard them buzzing all night and were bitten everywhere. The host provided insect repellent, but it did little to repel them, my kids and I woke up to bites all over and even on my face.
- Sreekanth (7/5): Good -
- Espinosa (9/5): Superb - spacefull and confortable.
- Serbanescu (1/5): Bad - Will not go back.
At least it was clean and modern looking. Staff does not know any English. We struggled to find the flat, we were given a google link to find the address, but no actual door number was provided. Entrance is narrow, if you have a big stroller, you will struggle. Stairs are narrow and steep. Key does not fit properly, we tried to open the door for 10 minutes until it actually worked, and the lock is reversed, it's upside down. Nobody will answer your booking messages, you will have to email to get some information. We were given a phone number to call on emails, the "check in manager" but she doesn't know any English. We eventually found the door, but the frustration build up, it completely ruined our mood. The wifi password on the back doesn't work. It's actually written on the modem, but you'll have to guess if it's Capital letters or not, if it's one word or not. Wifi doesn not work upstairs
