Holger (1/5): Einmal und nie wieder . Wir waren kurz davor, die Polizei zur Unterstützung zu rufen. - Anlage insgesamt ansprechend Ein wahrhafter Horror-Trip ! Lasst bloss die Finger davon ! Bestellt : 1 Whg für 6 Personen für 3 Nächte zu ca 600 €, Hälfte der Gruppe aus HH anreisend, meine Hälfte aus Berlin. Mein Team dort um 14:30 bei genannter Eincheckzeit 13-16 Uhr – mein Sohn zu dieser Zeit noch unterwegs von Hamburg im E-Auto mit relativ Schwach geladener Batterie über die Landstrasse (Stau auf der Autobahn) . Es empfängt uns diese in Gutsherren-Art von oben herab agierende ältere Dame, mit dabei ihr Lakai, kann auch der Sohn sein. Check in nur alle gebuchten Personen zusammen und zwar keine Minute später als 16:00 – bis dahin müsse sie diesen unfähigen Leuten von booking.com Meldung machen. 16:01 gelte bereits für Alle als „no show“ , also Stornierung seitens der Gäste . Das stünde so im „Kleingedruckten“ des Buchungsformulares ?? Bullshit ! Kein Wort davon unter „Richtlinien der Unterkunft“ im Buchungsprozess. Später entdeckte ich diesen 16-Uhr-Quatsch in der Hausordnung auf Seite drei in einer Klarsichthülle im Apartment, eine „Regelung“ die offenbar auf die Coronazeit zurück zu führen war (in der ja bekanntermaßen viele fleißige Bürger vorauseilenden Gehorsam leisteten) - Nachfrage : genau. Wir müssten dann eben alle eine Hotelunterkunft suchen und könnten am nä Tag wieder 13-16 Uhr versuchen, ein zu checken. Dabei dümmliches Grinsen der „Gast“geber. Ich könne ja meinem Sohn Bescheid geben. Ging aber nicht, weil kein Netz – auch nicht für das Telefon. Ich könnte zum Ausgang zur Hausnummer „4“. Dort sei Empfang. Stimmte aber nur bedingt. Ich versuchte , 10 Minuten in der Einfahrt stehend, zu telefonieren, was abgehackt und mit Mühe gelang. Ankunftszeit nach Navi des Sohnes : 16:20 Uhr ! Also fuhren wir erstmal zum Supermarkt in Soltau, von wo aus ich die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin von booking.com erreichte und das Problem vortrug. Ich sollte in der Leitung bleiben. Wenige Minuten später die Mitteilung (auch schriftlich bestätigt), dass ich selbstverständlich auch später einch
Katrin (10/5): - Wir haben morgens Rehe vor der Tür gehabt. Die Kinder konnten draußen spielen. Die Küche war sehr schön. Ich würde mir wünschen wenn beim" Check in" die Zeiten etwas flexibler wären und ein Wäscheständer und Besen vorhanden gewesen wären.
Kathlen (9/5): Tolles Erlebnis für die ganze Familie - Der Ferienpark war wunderschön angelegt und ruhig , es gab viel zu entdecken besonders die ganzen schönen Figuren und Skulpturen die im Park verteilt waren. Das Ferien Haus war klein aber fein und völlig ausreichend für uns. Die Betreiber des Parks waren sehr freundlich und wir hatten absolut keine Probleme , es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Lukasz (5/5): Więcej tam nie wrócę . - Miejsce. Personel tragedia . Bez znajomosci niemieckiego - w żadnym innym języku nie porozmawiasz. Po 20 minutach spóźnienia z odniesieniem klucza podczas wymeldowania to mało nie zabiła mnie wzrokiem . W opisie jest napisane, ale myślałem , że to żart…. Faktycznie nie ma niczego tybu papier toaletowy , ręczniki , czy płyn do garów! Czystość tak na 3+ . Możliwy barak cieplej wody , w godzinach , wieczornych . Materace niewygodne , poduszki dramat- wygniecione . Zmywarka zepsuta . Poza urokliwym miejscem , gdzie w lesie spotykaliśmy sarenki i wiewiórki , to trudno napisać coś naprawdę pozytywnego .

Franziska (10/5): - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem angelegten Park, der mit außergewöhnlichen Skulpturen gespickt ist. Man hat immer wieder was neues entdeckt. Für unsere Kinder war der Spielplatz ein Traum, es kam keine Langeweile auf. Unsere Häuser waren super ausgestattet und sehr toll eingerichtet. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
Kirsten (3/5): Soltau ist immer eine Reise wert, aber nie wieder in dieser Unterkunft - Mitten im Wald, sehr ruhig und idyllisch Unfreundliche Gastgeber, bei verspäteter Ankunft (1,5 Stunden aufgrund Stau) mussten wir 20€ Verspätungsgebühr bezahlen kaputte Kabel im Kinderzimmer, kaum WLAN Empfang O2 und Vodafone gar kein Empfang Kaputter Geschirrspüler, zwischendurch kaputter Kühlschrank (dieser funktionierte nach 2 Tagen wieder Leider keine fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, dadurch extrem viele Mücken in der Wohnung wenn man lüften wollte Stark vergilbte Toilettenbrille und sehr eklige Toilettenbürste Der angegebene Pool war gesperrt für Gäste und voll Algen und grün
Gundula (1/5): Nie wieder ! - Das einzig schöne war die Lage . Sehr ruhig , im Wald gelegen , ordentliche und gepflegte FerienAnlage im Außenbereich Inhaber beleidigen, weil man aus dem Osten von Deutschland kommt- man wird als Nazi bezeichnet Inhaber spionieren durch das Fenster , wenn man nicht im Ferienhaus ist Unfreundlich, respektlos , engstirnig , cholerisch In dem von uns angemieteten Ferienhaus (56qm) haben wir an den Fenstern in d in einer Ecke im Innenbereich Schwarzschimmel entdeckt. Nach Ansprache beim Inhaber gingen die Beleidigungen und Grundstücksverweise los. Keinerlei Einsicht und Bereitschaft eine Lösung zu finden, geschweige denn , dass man über eine Rückerstattung des Preises reden konnte .
Sylke (7/5): Einmal und nicht wieder - Die Ruhe,die Lage Unfreundlicher Empfang, in der Unterkunft gab es keinerlei Hygiene und Reinigungsartikel, kein Wäscheständer,keine Grillmöglichkeit,viele Vorschriften und Verbote, keine Essmöglichkeit ( holztische waren schön aber zum essen nicht geeignet)überlassen die vielen Katzen den Gästen,wer allergisch ist sollte nicht hinfahren,heizung sollte dazu gebucht werden im Sommer.(Wir waren bei 14grad da,es war feucht und kalt. Im Haus gab es keine Möglichkeit seine sachen zu trocknen,viel zu wenig aufhängmöglichkeiten,pool musste in bar vor Ort bezahlt werden, es wurde über die Ostdeutschen hergezogen,sie wären alles Rechte.Der bei booking angegebener Pool ist ein Feuerlöschteisch,also nicht für die Besucher.

Yair (7/5): Good - The house is specious, the area is very quite, the location is inside a beautiful forest and the house is nicely equiped with coocking facilities. The WiFi is ok, but there is no reception in some of the rooms. Realy a getaway vacation. You need to bring your own towels.. to buy toilate paper and dish washing elements, you don't even get those.
