Agua caliente . La ropa de cama limpia . La Hoster nos ayudó a buscar buses para la salida de Seul Espacios de la habitación sin asear. Al ducharse ,el agua caía a la habitación.
- Agnès (5/5): Etablissement bien déservi par les transports en commun... c'est tout ! - Etablissement à 5 mn à pieds de plusieurs arrêts de bus et d'une station de métro ; visite de Séoul pratique. 10 mn en bus de DDP, 35 mn en métro de Yeouido et 20 mn en taxi de Seoul Station. Insonorisation quasi parfaite malgré la grande voie de circulation. Nombreux restos aux alentours. Pas rencontré d'autres touristes dans le quartier ! Pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas : matelas très ferme ! Logement vieillot qui nécessite une bonne restauration ! Escaliers tournants et étroits + marches pas de la même hauteur (difficile avec une grosse valise), personne pour les check-in et off, aucun contact avec le proprio ou autre personne, pas d'espace en commun pour échanger avec les autres voyageurs. Ma chambre et salle-de-bain : spacieuse, lavabo beaucoup trop bas (et je ne suis pas grande !), baignoire que je n'ai pas utilisée (pas sûre de la propreté !) pas de rideaux aux fenêtres (réveillée de bonne heure), lumière blanche au plafond très forte, odeurs de remontées des égouts surtout la nuit (fenêtre sdb ouverte pour aérer).
- Xin Zu (6/5): 第一次遇到蟲蟲，希望是最後一次 - 地點不錯，地鐵和公車都可以很方便的抵達大約走2分鐘就到住宿位置 可能是因為通風不良，所以導致整個房間濕氣很重，關上廁所門會好一點。但是有被床蝨、臭蟲（Bed bugs）咬，住了第三天才發現，當晚大掃除，打死了15只左右，全身被咬了31個包。雖然隔天一早房東就立馬來幫我們換他其他地點的房子，我們拖著行李走了15分鐘左右，新的住宿位置交通就比較不方便，因為在住宅區要走10分鐘才能到公車和地鐵站，雖然房東人很好一直說很抱歉並幫忙拖行李，臨走前還給了我們飲料，並立即我們早上的行程仍然受到了影響，然後被咬的包紅腫發癢了3天，大概7天痕跡後才消下去，所以大家入住如果看到設施老舊還是要先拍拍床墊、確認一下，不然等到被咬，蟲蟲大軍（本來看到幼蟲沒認出來，還以為是過敏，直到看到了成蟲才驚覺）出沒真的會讓人很煎熬。

- HUI EN (7/5): - 1. 地點：位在新設洞站附近的巷子內位置算便利，周圍也有漢堡王小雜貨店可以補充雜貨食材。但入口不明顯, 跟著google map走到大馬路口看到外表像是一棟廢棄的建築物， 一開始有點嚇人, 但找到入口就好了, 它在建築物後面，不面向主幹道。 2. 員工：有禮貌，我們需要幫忙的時候也不吝伸出援手。例如我們帶的萬國轉接頭很難固定在韓國的插電座上，他們就借給我們一個豬鼻子轉接頭，感恩。 3. 廚房：公共廚房有洗衣機 (真的很棒)、 微波爐、電熱水壺、飲水機（這個很貼心🩷）、電爐跟基本餐具提供使用。但使用前後最好還是清潔一下，我看見有失格的旅客亂丟垃圾也沒有好好的歸位，畢竟是公用的。 4. 整潔：整潔度中偏下，但以價錢跟地點來說已經很實惠，如果只求睡覺的地方還蠻推薦的。 5. 安全：設備簡配，房門是很基本的鎖，貴重物品要隨身攜帶不建議放在房間，基本上我們入住的期間白天都在外面跑沒有遇到其他房客或者是清潔人員算很安靜, 旅館週邊環境算單純夜晚沒有喝酒吵鬧的人。 家庭房：只有一個小窗戶是面對主幹道的, 打開通風會十分吵雜就算關了還是很吵，我們是帶耳塞入睡，但玩得很累其實也是睡得著，若是對聲音敏感的人完全不建議住這間。另外他們的床鋪是兩張薄墊放在一起，睡起來其實沒有那麼舒服, 床單、被子有點不整潔，讓我覺得癢。

- Tóth (4/5): A comfortable and affordable place with a great location, but it needs more attention to cleanliness and maintenance - The location is very good; there is a bus stop right in front of the guesthouse, and the city is easily accessible. The metro is just a few minutes’ walk away, and you can get anywhere from there, even to the airport. I met the host once or twice; they were very kind and helpful. There is a possibility to do laundry, and detergent is provided. Toilet paper and towels were always available if we needed replacements. There is toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo in the bathroom. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Luggage storage is available. The bed was very comfortable. The price is cheap. The first unpleasant surprise was the lack of cleanliness; there were old muddy footprints on the room floor upon arrival. The accommodation and the rooms are in need of renovation and are in a neglected condition. The bathroom, mirror, and tiles were always very foggy, even with ventilation. During the last 1–2 nights, we woke up with itchy bites; after checking the bed, we found bed bugs. Since we later found pest control products, we realized they were aware of the issue but couldn’t really deal with it. We sprayed everything in the room. If there hadn’t been bugs and dirt on the floor, it would have been a good accommodation despite its condition.

- Gideon Oh (10/5): Good location, friendly owner - We stayed here during Spring and came back again for Winter. This guesthouse is value for money. Checking in and out is a hassle-free DIY process. There is a common kitchen with heating and cooking facilities, water dispenser and washing machine. The room was so warm to come back to during winter. The owner was very friendly and ready to help when I contacted him. I needed a change to another room during my stay and he facilitated a smooth switch over. The guesthouse is well situated, within a minute's walk to the train station, which is the interchange of 3 main subway lines. A bus stop is right outside along with a few delicious food choices, an economical mini mart and a few convenience stores. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

- Gwendolyn Franz (6/5): This is an option if you're looking for a cheap accommodation and you're not staying for long. - I like how the toilet is decent size unlike the usual mini bathrooms I experienced in the past. It was close to the subway station, same side with the elevator subway if you have luggages and the bus stop, but a bit farther from the tourist spots. The beddings is not so comfy, the comforter is thin and there's only one pillow. I can also hear the people outside specially during late night and they sounded drunk. Also, the microwave in the common area downstairs is dirty -_-

- aznul faizal (7/5): affordable for those who like to spend most time outside. will come again - close to 2 metro lines, save a lot of traveling time & fare. many shops around u so u can get your essentials easily. carrying big luggage to this place is not a problem coz road mainly flat but u need to study which exit which line has escalator. bed is comfy toilet condition- shower head looks like there is a problem, mold is everywhere i have the urge to clean it myself. with right tools & cleaning product that toilet can be sparkling clean, hair is everywhere, just a little vacuuming the room is alright. we use pantry to wash dishes & refill water. washing machine is a bonus.

- Ioana (3/5): Old and dirty - Really cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for I had a shock when I entered the building, a even bigger shock when I saw the room. Totally not the same as in pictures, old and dirty. The bed sheets (ai had to put a t-shirt on top of my pillow) were stayed, floor sticky, and areas that were not cleaned in a loong time, full of dust. The bathroom sink was clogged and got even dirtier by the end (which was the only sign that there was some kind of cleaning before I came). A ciggarete bud in the toilet while the building is supposedly smoke free... Totally not well mentained. Being old could have been ok, if the pictures would be fair. And a place can be old, but still be clean. I would have booked something else if it would have been available.

The room was dirty, the condition of the bathroom was poor and the aircon dripped onto the bed when it was on so we couldnt use it. The communal kitchen met basic needs and we did cook one night but the microwave is rusty and works only sporadically. Also the washing machine didn't work when we tried to use it and no staff were there to ask for help. The whole place needs a bit of love.

And the walls are molded, the edge of mattress and bed frame have dirt and hair. The mattress is actually comfortable but sleeping on it doesn't make you relax when you look around the room. I have never seen the staff and it felt like anyone can come into this place.

The location is very good, just few minutes away from Sinseol Dong station Exit 1. Bus stops are everywhere too. You can conveniently use train or bus. Both are very accessible. The price of the room is very cheap. We booked one family room and a deluxe room. We always use their kitchen to cook breakfast. As for my whole family. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing.
