• Bäumchen (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. - Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren wegen eines Festivals in diesem Hotel. Die Nähe zur Alten Kongresshalle war fußläufig. Das Appartement war sauber und geräumig mit Küchenzeile und wir haben gut und ruhig geschlafen, Blick zum Atrium. Nett war, dass auf Anfrage noch ein Wasserkocher ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. Der Blick von der schönen Dachterasse ist fantastisch über München und bei klaren Wetter sieht man sogar die schneebedeckten Alpen. Parkhaus unter den Hotel ist vom Vorteil, allerdings auch teurer. Schränke der Küchenzeile sind so hoch, dass sie normal bis kleinere Menschen nicht gut erreichen können. Klappstühle sind nicht so stabil und es wäre ein Tritthocker nicht schlecht gewesen. Nicht Jeder hat einen großen Partner. Ablage Flächen oder Schrank wäre nicht schlecht um nicht aus den Koffer leben zu müssen, für kurzen Aufenthalt kein Problem.

• Liane (9/5): Wir würden gern wiederkommen und können einen Aufenthalt unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen. - Hotel ist gut gelegen und gut an öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Trotz Hauptstraßennähe ist es sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Innenhof). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend, um auch mal im Zimmer Essen zuzubereiten. Badezimmer auch sehr schön. Die Dachterrasse ist immer Sommer bestimmt toll (bei uns war das Wetter noch zu unbeständig) und besonders gut gefallen hat der Lounge/Barbereich, in dem man sich abends, aber auch am Tag gut aufhalten konnte. Das Nachhaltigkeitskonzept ist auch stimmig umgesetzt. Gleich unten im Hotel ist eine Bäckerei, in der man auch frühstücken kann. Wir würden gern wiederkommen und können einen Aufenthalt unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt am Raum war für mich das Besteck und die Teller. Es war zwar alles vorhanden, aber es gab jeweils nur drei Stück, was, wenn man wirklich im Zimmer die Mahlzeiten eingenommen hat etwas zu wenig ist. Die doppelte Menge wäre schön. Für das Abgießen von Nudeln etc, wäre ein Sieb noch hilfreich. Anhand der Beschreibung hatte ich mir auch etwas mehr vom "Innengarten" erwartet. Der Gartenstreifen war doch recht schmal und man hat eigentlich mehr auf die anderen Zimmer geschaut. Störte aber für mich nicht.
• Maria (9/5): Schönes Design, komfortabel, ruhig - Sehr ruhig, sauber, modern. Für Familie mit zwei Kindern perfektes Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle Aussicht. Wasser à discretion ein tolles Detail. Wenn wir hätten kochen wollen, wäre minimal Besteck schön gewesen. Die beiden Pfannen sind etwas gar rudimentär. Aber wir gingen ohnehin immer auswärts.

• Philipp (8/5): Super Lage, ruhig, schöne Einrichtung - Super Lage, nettes Personal. Aufgrund eines Feuer-Fehlalarms gab es ein Freigetränk aufs Haus. Top! Für den sehr hohen Preis pro Nacht wenig Ausstattung wie Teller, Besteck, keine Spülutensilien oder Trockentücher. Kein Wasserkocher. Da gibt es in günstigeren Hotels viel mehr.
• Vignesh (9/5): Excellent stay - Cocoon is a great place to stay for both short and long trips. The room was very comfortable and spacious along with an outside seating area - the property is priced reasonably compared to others with the same amenities. The staff is super helpful - some items were missing from the room and they provided these very quickly when we informed them. Check in and check out processes are very fast as well. The location is right next to the bus stop and about 7 mins walk away from a metro so it was very convenient. It's also right next to the grounds where Fruhlingsfest was happening so that was an added bonus. We made multiple meals in the kitchenette and all the utensils we needed were provided for. The vending machine in the communal area wasn't working so we had to buy some sodas at extra cost from the bar.

Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Zum Frühstück ins Cafe Rischart. Günstig und lecker. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Kurze Wege zur U-Bahn. Ein paar Minuten, dann ist man in der Stadtmitte. Die Türschließer der Badezimmertüre etwas leichter einstellen. Gehen schwer auf und rummsen laut zu. Das kann man ohne Probleme einstellen. Ansonsten alles gut

• Martin (9/5): Ein elegantes Hotel mit besonderem Flair und Stil. - Zentrale Lage, direkt oberhalb Theresienwiese. Tiefgarage im Hotel, Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel. Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick über München. Sehr stilvoll gestaltete Lobby. Zimmer mit Küche ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler). Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, aber im Erdgeschoß befindet sich die Bäckerei Rischart mit hervorragendem Angebot, auch Frühstückskarte bis 13 Uhr. Die Beschilderung könnte verbessert werden: Hinweis in Tiefgarage und EG, dass sich die Rezeption für den Check-In im 2. Stock befindet.

• CHXEN (10/5): 超cp值，在歐洲住到最滿意的酒店 - 酒店非常乾淨和非常設計感，作為設計師，認為在歐洲用這樣的價格，真的非常難得。特別是房間36m2，有餐桌，有沙發，我在歐洲旅行這麼多年，同等價格（就算是翻倍的）住到最舒適的酒店。酒店是無人式，他們也沒在care check in和check out的時間，我們早上11點到的，本來計畫加錢提早入住，結果拿到鑰匙質詢後，被告知只要拿到鑰匙就可以隨時入住。公共空間是co-working的場所，休息或者發呆都很不錯。 老實說，跟捷運有5-10分鐘的路程，確實有點可惜，之前考慮很久也是因為這個原因，出門後中間想到這個距離就不想回酒店休息再出門。雖然有單車可以車站附近直接掃，但是那個路段只有一個單程的單車道，捷運到酒店必須跟汽車使用同個車道。

• Christian (8/5): - Zimmer sind groß mit Küche, Einrichtung des Hotels und Zimmer stylisch, Coccons im Hotel zum raufklettern und liegen gut für Kinder geeingnet, es gibt zwar kein eigenes Frühstück, aber im EG ist eine sehr große Bäckerei (Rischart) mit ur guten Frühstück Es ist nur eine immer sehr bemühte Person da, die als Allrounder alles vom Check-In bis zur Bar managed, Check-Inn und Check-Out ist mit Selbstbedienungsterminal angedacht (ich mag das persönlich nicht), nichtsdestrotz überwiegen die Vorteile und würde ich das Hotel empfehlen

• Brande (8/5): Nice stay overall and I’d go back. - It was a very cool themed hotel next to a nice bakery with a large parking lot. The front lobby is very pretty, fun and family friendly. The rooms were cosy and had hidden storage. I loved the butterfly theme. At night the front desk is not staffed and when we got locked out of our room after a fire alarm it took a while to get back in through their automated kiosk.

Tek hatam valizimi bırakabileceğimi bilmediğim için boşu boşuna 20 euro şehirde valiz bıraktım, ve flohmarkt sonrası başa dönüp tekrar şehri o yorgunlukla yürümek zorunda kaldım, herhangi bir etkinlik için Theresienwiene e gelenler boşuna bunu yapmasın 🙃 onun dışında alt katında devasa bir rischart var, kahvaltıları düşünmeye gerek kalmadı. Oda çok konforlu ve pırıl pırıldı, internet sorunsuzdu. Kullanılan malzemeler üst kaliteydi, odanın ferahlığı gayet iyiydi. Seneye yine görüşürüz umarım Sayfa açıklamalarını ya ben okuyamadım ya onlar yetersiz bilgi vermiş. Tek sorunum erken geleceğimi otele eşya bırakıp bırakamayacağımı sorduğumda sadece early check in bilgilendirmesi yapmaları beni yanlış yönlendirmiş oldu. Çalışanlar gen z bu sebep olabilir yoksa hepsi çok tatlıydılar
