• Pratik (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is in the center point of Mahabaleshwar where you can approach attractions at a reasonable distance. Hotel located in an isolated area with ample parking area. Electricity was getting disconnected everyday. Without a guest's complaint staff were not aware of the electricity problem. No alternative options for all varieties of meals. Even if you take a full board meal still you will get limited qty of food. I think it is applicable for non standard/branded hotels in Mahableshwar.

Donot Book Your Stay Here its not whats it is shown online - Honestly, if you had to ask me, NOTHING our expectations were shattered after looking at the property and reviews online. It was a complete disaster, what we saw online and what we got were completely different it was more like a Premium Lodge with bungalows being constructed all over. It's a long List. We stayed for 4 Nights 1) Room Size: If you like being in a jail cell it was 100 Sq.Feet Room and that was a Super Deluxe which we paid for. 2) Cleanliness Inside the room: The room was not well cleaned there was dirt on the floor when we entered and a packet of Vimal Paan Masala also was found and had to throw the same away. 3) Facilities in the Room: No Toiletries in the washroom, Broken Handwash Bottles, Unresponsive Tata Sky, 4) Restaurant Facilities: If you were lucky on a particular day you would get something to eat from their menu of 200 items. Most of the items were not available hence we were forced to eat out or compromise on the food. When we asked the restaurant manager we were told the chef is not available. 5) In-room Dining: We ordered some Papad and French Fries. The french fried were soaked in oil and soggy and when asked the manager said it was made and kept in the oven hence we got it. The Papad was wrapped in a silver foil and when questioned they were stunned to know the Papad should come in a plate. When we arrived at around 6 pm in the evening we asked them if we could get some Idli and Dosa for the kid they refused to say it is not available at this time. 6) Breakfast - We had paid for a breakfast package with our stay. On the 2nd day when we went for breakfast, there was no buffet serviced and when questioned we were told that only when there are more guests then we will have the buffet even though there were another two families for breakfast. There were only 4 things for breakfast. Idli Sambar size of a meatball, plain dosa,poha, and puri bhaji. 7) Room Passage: The passage was cleaned for 2 days a few of the leftovers from the food we ordered and kept outside were lying in the corner.Then we saw agarbatti burning outside one of the rooms in the plant pot.The lift was completely haunted it would go and stop on its desired floor as if it had a mind of its own and then would not respond to the command.
