La noche que nos hospedamos hubo un concierto en unas canchas que están cerca del hotel y lastimosamente la habitación que nos asignaron daba justamente a estas canchas, el ruido era intolerable y no pudimos descansar como era el objetivo. El Administrador del sitio no pudo hacer nada pues nos indicó que el lugar estaba lleno y no podían acomodarnos en otra habitación. Pasamos una pésima noche porque el ruido duró hasta las 2 de la mañana😔

- Priscilla (9/5): - The location is good. The place was clean. Simple but clean. Hot water was available on the shower and they even provided some Toiletries. The breakfast was very good (not included) also. The check out was at 12pm and they asked me to leave at 11am instead... I didn't liked that. I think is not correct.

Como sugerencia podria indicar que cambien los colchones, tienen mucho uso, el de la cama pequeña estaba muy duro igual las almohadas.

- Sandi (8/5): Great value, freshly cooked - Clean rooms, hot water, freshly cooked breakfast, and super accommodating staff, parking, safe and great value. All good. Rooms are basic, but comfy. It is located on a steep hill so not ideal if walking is an issue. Access to town is easy though and taxis cost $1.50 only to main square and hotel will call one.

- Kurt (7/5): Nice enough - The staff was accommodating, if not super helpful. They gave us access to the kitchen and answered our questions. The courtyard doesn't have a view. What is the point to being up on a hill, if there is no view? The rooms are on a busy street, and the windows are very thin. The office and kitchen don't open until 7am, which means no water or yes until then.

- Paulina (7/5): Aceptable por su precio - Las camas fueron cómodas, los jardines son bonitos, el personal es amable. La limpieza es buena, solo sucede que ya las instalaciones están viejas. El ruido que hay cuando los vehículos suben por la cuesta, si eres sensible al ruido no te recomiendo ese hotel. El desayuno lo sirven por un extra de 4usd, pero francamente no es muy bueno, es mejor bajar a pie unas cuadras al centro y encontrarás muchos mejores desayunos con ese mismo precio. La habitación olía a humedad, las baldosas del baño están viejas y han acumulado sarro, el lugar requiere una remodelación.

Zum Geburtstag habe ich sogar ein Lied gesungen bekommen☺️ Der Wäsche Service Wasser schnell, sauber und alles ist heile geblieben. Auch Merino!

We have been in Ecuador for more than 2 months and stayed in a lot of different hotels and hostals. This was the first place not to accept $100 bills for payment.

Una observación que podría recomendar seria un par de cobijas adicionales en la habitación por el tema del clima en horas de la noche.

- Bart Dieleman (7/5): Goed, maar verbeterpunten - De locatie is fijn en dichtbij het centrum. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de plek is vrij netjes en schoon. Qua prijs/kwaliteit is deze plek oké. De kamer die we kregen was helaas anders dan op de foto's. Daarnaast was de kamer vrij gehorig en klein. Er was ook veel lawaai van het verkeer, 's morgens werden we een paar keer wakker door lawaai van motors en auto's.

- Diego (9/5): Buen Recibimiento y Apoyo - Me gustó mucho el apoyo de la persona que nos recibió, viajé de noche en el feriado y llegaba casi a las 4 am por lo que no tenía dónde hospedarme, y encontré de último momento este lugar que me salvó de no quedarme a esa hora en la calle, respecto al lugar, acogedor para pasar la noche y descansar No le veo puntos malos, pero si pudiera decir uno sería la ubicación. Está un poco alejada del centro o del terminal de baños en mi caso, me tocó caminar y subir calles con inclinación por lo que llegué bastante cansado al lugar Pero si tienes carro no es problema :)
