Mason (10/5): The best apartment of our Italian vacation - Excellent communications from Ylenia, who was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean, close to the Centro Storico, and opposite a Metro station, however it was extremely quiet with shutters and double-glazing. Located in a beautiful building with a quiet central courtyard. It was well equipped for cooking, and had a washing machine. Another bonus was the lift. The apartment felt extremely safe and had a Concierge. The Metro station is one stop from Garibaldi, making it easy to catch the train on to Pompeii & Sorrento. Highly recommended, would stay here again. Nothing

Jennifer (8/5): Great location - Fabulous location and facilities. Its right in the heart of Naples. The metro link is right next to the apartment. The apartment felt very safe and secure. You can request early check in for 10 euros. I feel check in should be closer to 3 rather than 5pm. And if you require to leave luggage there is an extra charge. I feel this could of been alot less.
Dr. Wolfgang (5/5): Dieses Appartment würden wir nicht mehr buchen. - Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral, die Ausstattung war neu, aber unvollständig?! Die Sauberkeit im Bad (WC Bürste UNZUMUTBAR !!!) Der Lift war an zwei Tagen Tagen defekt (Wohnung 6. Etage) Nur die Schlafräume waren klimatisiert - der Wohnraum hatte durchgängig 27 Grad, der Balkon war wegen der Lautstärke nicht nutzbar.

Tschi (8/5): Nice nentral appartment, not too loud and spacious - The Appartment is very central located. Its refurbished and nicely equipped. Wifi is good, kitchen seems to be never used but works fine with induction. Airconditioning in both rooms and living room is a huge plus as is gets very hot , in the rooftop appartment we had. Communication with appartment was good and reliable. Small room gets very fast very hot, it can be easily climated if you can sleep with it, or just leave door open. Cleaning staff let us take our garbage with us and was kind of unfriendly. we dont have a problem with it but it seemed weird as we did not read it and we did really left the appartment clean behind. Check In 17:00 is too late, you can opt-in to pay 10 Euros to get it before but in my oppinion 15:00 is the standard time and should be free of charge.

Yannick audrey (10/5): Un séjour très agréable ! - L’appartement est un petit havre de paix. Nous avons séjourné pendant presque une semaine dans un confort sympathique au cœur de Naples. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires, les lits sont confortables, d’appartement spacieux, et il est équipé de climatisation, ce qui est génial étant donné la météo estivale de Naples ! La douche est assez petite et petite odeur, je pense due à la ventilation de temps en temps dans la salle de bain mais rien de grave.

Gabriella (2/5): Do not stay here during hot weather you will have an extremely uncomfortable stay. - Location was great, close to Spaccanapoli and historic Naples. DO NOT STAY HERE IN SUMMER!! Aircon does not work. If you are hoping to retreat to a cool apartment to escape the heat then forget about it. Cool air may blow out of wall vent but does nothing to cool apartment. The apartment is situated basically in the roof and although the apartment is nicely finished, the heat that radiates from above is stifling. Host was patronising and said to me "The aircon works (referring to the cool air coming out of vents when you placed your hand over vent) but not to your liking!". Sorry, but if an airconditioning system can't cool below 25 degress (was over 30 degrees in the apartment - was cooler outside at times), then NO!!@ AIRCON IS NOT COOLING TO MY LIKING.

Lahav (10/5): Exceptional - I have so much to write here, let's start with the fact that my girlfriend and I arrived at the apartment. When we entered, the apartment was completely tidy, completely clean, and of a really, really high standard! So cozy and inviting, and we were so happy that we made this choice! It's obvious that the owner of the apartment put thought into every little detail in the apartment! (It even has a light in the closets) He left a hairdryer in the bathroom, which is also a big plus for us girls :) The place is central and you can walk to almost anywhere from there. In addition, there is a metro really, really close, which is a significant advantage. It's much nicer to have a guard at the entrance and it gives a feeling of security. The owner of the apartment is charming and answers every question and really cares. It happened to me that when we left the key at the end of our stay in the apartment, my suitcase was forgotten inside. Because the owner of the apartment was not in the area at the time, he was in touch with me even after I flew home, he kept my suitcase aside until I found the best way to send it to me. He helped me a lot throughout the process and was very patient!! I totally recommend the place, you won't regret it, I promise!! No negative review!! Can suggest, entering the apartment with a bar code or a changing code that changes from tenant to tenant so that if it happens and the key is lost, forgotten, it will still be possible to enter and not bother anyone :)

Allowed us to leave our bags before checkin The 5pm checkin was later than I would have liked but they let us store our bags and messaged when we could get in a bit earlier. Also it would have been nice if there was laundry detergent (even if paid) as we wanted to do a quick load that evening but couldn’t. Minor problems!

Syrag (7/5): Great location, if you are okay with bathroom odors. - The Margherita Apartments are in a great location, great for getting out to see Naples. The apartment is clean and modern. There was a strong odor of sewer/sewage and mildew in the bathrooms. It seems like there must be a plumbing issue that needs to be addressed (likely an older building issue). This was fairly unpleasant. They sent over a cleaning person to address it, but I believe they just sprayed some air freshener to cover it up... that only helped for a very short time. I would not stay here again if this issue still exists. If we were staying any longer, we would have asked to move elsewhere.

Mbr29 (8/5): Very good - Stylishly appointed and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, conveniently located right next to the Duomo metro stop and lots of restaurants and shopping within 10-15 min walking distance. Very clean and in a quiet and secure building. The first day there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers, but Alberto helped resolve it and we didn't have issues again for the rest of our stay. The trestle bed in the second bedroom was very narrow and cramped for a full grown adult.

Teresa (6/5): The apartment is in a great location and is modern. Owners should take pride in ensuring basic amenenties like air condi - It’s in a perfect location. Apartment is modern and nicely fitted The apartment air conditioning did not work at all. When we open the windows to sir the place, there were a lot of mosquitoes. When we first checked in, they did not furnish bedsheets for one of the single beds and we had to share a bed instead for the night. Check in hours is unusually late (at 5pm) for global standards. Instructions to access main door during check in should have been clearer. For example, you should show us a photo of the main door to the building and provide an access code on the key pad at the main door, rather than us calling the agent for help.
Vincent (9/5): Clean, modern apartments in a convenient central location - Great location with secure access close to the metro and walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and other transportation means. With a dishwasher and washing machine, they met all of our needs. The hosts were also very accommodating. We decided last-minute to try to check in earlier when part of our group was too jet-lagged to wait and they went out of their way to help us get into one of the units early so we could rest. Just some minor maintenance issues - loose toilet seat, slightly leaky shower head, but nothing significant. The layout was maybe a little awkward for taller people with the angled ceilings on one side, but one bump and you'll remember.
Daiga (8/5): Good location - Great location, easy to access all attractions. spacious apartment, two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony. During night we had open windows, our neighbor was smoking grass every night. Was not pleasant, honestly it was disgusting. Hairdryer was barely working, we run out of toilet paper.
Anna (10/5): Excellent apartment - Location was excellent. Communication with the owner Alberto was very helpful. Next to apartment there is everything, coffee shops, restaurants and lots of shops. Everything can be reached with walking.
Mairead (9/5): Great stay - would highly recommend it.Location was perfect - Its central location, fantastic restaurants nearly. Everything you required for a short stay was provided. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Alberto as host was always available to answer any queries Not necessarily dislike - however their ironing board , iron and dry rack could do with upgrading. All looked like they had arrived from ToysRUs-tiny! Its preferable that the bed sheets are fitted. however these are only mi or comments

Sean (9/5): Superb - Great Location and wonderful building. . The place was gorgeous and no complaints about it but a few dishwasher tablets or clothes washing tabs wouldn't have gone amiss.
Monika (10/5): Exceptional - I can only recommend it in every respect. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the soundproofing is adequate. You can hardly hear the city noise at all. There are cafes a few meters from the main entrance. Restaurants and pizzerias are also a few minutes walk away. Alberto, the host, is very communicative. I will definitely book here again next time!

Ganesh (10/5): Nice size, clean and modern apt - Very central location. Situated in a period building but very modern and clean. Right across the street of duomo metro. Grocery store also close by. We stayed her for more than a week but housekeeping should have been down at least every 3-4 days. Just saying this is an apt doesn’t make sense. Basic cleaning must be taken care of once or twice a week.

Julie (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Security was great. The apartment was modern and comfortable. The kitchen was not equipped with utensils for cooking. There were no chopping boards for food preparation, no chef knives for preparing veg and meat. A garlic press and a pair of kitchen scissors would have been very useful.
Harjit (10/5): Great location to sites, eateries, shops, metro station. - The property was clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities we needed and kitchen utensils. It was easy to get into the property with a code and key for external doors. The bed was comfortable with ample wardrobe space. The location was convenient walking distance to attractions, shops, places to eat and metro station which was handy. It was not noisy as the shutters and doors blocked out any road noise we slept fine. Alberto was contactable and offered helpful advise and suggestions. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Isobel (8/5): Comfort & Luxury in the heart of the city. - Absolutely beautiful apartment, stylish, clean & felt luxurious. Brilliant having an outside space. Convenient location for certain areas. Noisy at night from cars & planes, but not a surprise considering how central it is - I was able to tune it out. Aircon not the most powerful, although grateful to have it!

Jean (10/5): Exceptional - Just from another level compared to other apartments in Napoli. Amazing apartments in a very nice location. Spot on. The only comment would be the noise from the cars. If you plan to go early in bed, it might be a problem.

Maria (8/5): O dolce Napoli! - Fantastic location, super clean, beautifully renovated, nice balconies to relax on a hot summer day, close to metro, close to the main tourist attractions, secure. It could have included more basic essentials in kitchen for cooking as well as cleaning products for doing washings. We visited the beach on two days and would have appreciated to borrow some equipment for the beach.

Nicola (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and safe in the centre of Naples😁 - We liked this spacious, clean and comfortable apartment which is situated very conveniently for the Metro station Duomo. The apartment decor is modern and appears new. Overall the facilities are very good. Alberto was quick to respond to our texts. We would definitely like to stay again. 😎😎 We had a problem with the air con in the twin bedroom which stopped working. As the problem then had to be passed to the owner who then passed it to the maintenance company, the air con did not get fixed immediately. This meant that I slept on the sofa as the bedroom was too hot. Update: The problem was fixed the day before we left, the apartment is now lovely and cool again.

Michael (9/5): Beautiful apartment for a couple on city break - Very modern, clean, comfortable. Slightly too small for 3 adults. Roof terrace very small (only 2 chairs for 3 people also so drying clothes is a problem.

Ideal for both train station and ferry port. Very secure and easy to contact the host if necessary. We loved the property. There was nothing we didn’t like.
