• Sabrina (8/5): - Sehr sauber, tolle Dusche, Kühlschrank, Tee und Kaffeezubehör, Klimaanlage, Fahrstuhl. Die Gasse ist ziemlich hellhörig für Verkehr und eine Baustelle in der Nähe, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es akzeptabel.

• Mark (10/5): There’s no longer a reception per se at this hotel. You book online and you get an automated message with a passcode to - We’ve stayed here several times…always perfect. This isn’t a criticism…but despite our multiple stays at the Kriemhilde Dependance, we never remember how to operate the shower without first getting deluged with cold water from the overhead shower head. It’s comical, actually. I worry a bit about it whenever I’m booking our room there. Let’s just say it’s part of the experience. We’re looking forward to our next stay nonetheless!

• Hook-Zurlino (8/5): Happy to return - The welcome by a super friendly member of staff couldn’t have been nicer as was the communication from the moment of booking. An early check-in was granted without even asking. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Didn’t like is perhaps too strong, but guests ought to be aware that the building, whilst in a side street, is very close to a fairly noisy main road. Sleeping with open windows is therefore not advisable.

The room is delightfully arranged comfortable with v new aircon but which we didn’t use as we preferred natural air. Noise could be cut out from the auto shutters We had a fabulous one night and wished we has more… a place to return to Nothing

• Harry (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the building a short distance from the actual hotel. It could not be cleaner. Well appointed. The hostess from the hotel was most helpful and accommodating, taking us to the satellite building and making certain we were settled. Also she helped store our bicycles in a secure area. She also was there for the plentiful breakfast. They are very lucky to have her. Our room faced the street, which required us to close the windows to shut out the traffic noise. With the windows shut, it was quiet enough to sleep.

Host was very helpful and informative. We would have benefited from written instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. We would have liked operating Instructions for the coffee machine. It defeated us!
• Sorin (2/5): Very poor - Location Everything...it is presented as 4 stars and can not be more than 1. It is actually an airbnb studio without kitchen. Nothing in the bathroom for shower. Coffee in the room...just one unit that had already the sugar and cream together with the instant coffee. The view is the small alley in front of the entrance, about 3 meters away from the windows of in front building. So ,I can go on and on...I would like to know how they got 4 stars...

• Jo (8/5): Very good - Good central location. Comfortable beds and decent shower. Rooms newly renovated and clean. We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning, and the room was too sweltering at night with the windows closed (necessary against the traffic noise). When we asked the hotel owners they provided us with a remote control to operate the AC with - it would have been helpful to get that earlier. Also, whilst the room had a kettle, the tea/coffee on offer was very limited and consisted mainly of a bowlful of sugar sachets - so bring your own!

• Dr. (10/5): Wonderful place to spend a day or a week in Worms - It can be a little confusing when you first arrive at the hotel because the address listed is actually the Annex and the reception and checkin is around the corner in the main hotel . The hostess / owner was really great . Took us to the apartment and explained all the modern conveniences. The Annex is where we stayed and our room 320 which actually was a 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful . Very clean , obviously recently updated and really well done . Great Bathroom with modern fixtures. A/C for the summer if needed . Immediately on the city center and the Dom . Multiple restaurants very close for dinner selection Annex has a lift /elevator . A bit of traffic noise at night but not much and ceases later . Breakfast was also very good with made to order eggs and multiple food options . Bicycle storage was very secure and covered with Ebike charging at the storage site . Really can’t think of a thing

• Seddon (10/5): Perfect in every way. - The hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were lovely even when we lost our key the staff all had smiles and kept saying its okay. We were given another key and that was the last it was mentioned. Anything we needed extra it was instantly provided. The location is perfect, it is in the centre of worms and near the station so everywhere is super accessible for walking. The room had everything we needed we even had a kitchen which we cooked in regularly. And the heating was super easy to use and fast to heat up or cool down the room when needed. Nothing at all.
• Nancy (10/5): Stayed 1 night in Worms. Hotel had amazing location, close to sights. Delicious ice cream shop across the street. Very c - Freshly updated, modern apartment. Larger bathroom and shower. We got the family room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area/gathering room. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Hotel Dependence was a little tricky to find. Once we were able to locate it was no problem. It was our fault, we should have stopped at the main hotel/Restaurant first as they were able to provide simple directions.

The parking was across the street in a parking garage. Not really far and we used their parking passes so, it was free. This is just something to be aware of.
