• Charlotte (9/5): Great place, good value for money - Great clean flat in a good location. The key situation wasn’t ideal. First we only had one key for 6 people, then got another one. But in one of them, the key for the main entrance was missing.

• Le (10/5): This vacation offered a comfortable stay with a well-equipped apartment, but some issues need improvement. - The apartment is spacious, airy, and fully equipped with modern amenities. It includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an exhaust hood that is highly effective and powerful. Every room is fitted with an air conditioner and a television. The beds and the entire space are kept impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our group consists of 5 people, but the hot water supply is insufficient for everyone when showering. The apartment does not have individual keys for the rooms, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning system is malfunctioning, as it turns on and off automatically without control. The window blinds in the two bedrooms are interconnected, so pulling the blinds in one room also raises the blinds in the other. Additionally, there is a hole in the apartment door, allowing people outside to see through. We temporarily fixed this issue by stuffing tissue paper into the hole.

• Kean (10/5): Beautiful apartment for a relaxing stay by the lake. - The host Luigi was brilliant. Provided a transfer to and from the station and was on hand to give any advice of support we needed - wonderful guy. The apartment was very modern, stylish and clean with brilliant air conditioning. The beds were extremely comfortable and high quality linen. USB plugs at bedside were nice as we didn’t need lots of adaptors for UK plugs. The location was very quiet and secure and felt very safe. It was about 10-15 walk into town along the lake and also near the beach. The bus to Verona or Sirmione was a few minutes walk away. Nothing we would definitely return
