• Nunnari (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, non è al centro ma nelle vicinanze ci son le spiagge, diversi negozi e supermercati. L' appartamento è molto pulito, moderno e provvisto di tutto l' occorrente. Il soggiorno perciò risulta essere rilassante e tranquillo. Ci ritornerò volentieri.

• Gustav (2/5): - The apartment was disappointingly unclean, with kitchen utensils in particularly poor condition, showing visible grime and wear. Essential toiletries with only minimal supplies provided. The cookware, made of Teflon, was heavily scratched, raising safety concerns for food preparation. Located close to a busy main street, the apartment suffered from excessive noise, as the windows failed to provide adequate sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the walls were extremely thin, allowing us to hear the neighbors' conversations and even their phone vibrations, further disrupting our stay. As a frequent traveler to Nettuno, I found this apartment unsuitable for a calm, relaxing summer holiday, especially at its current price. I believe the cost should be halved to reflect its quality. I do not recommend renting this property for a peaceful vacation.

• Anastasia (10/5): - A really great value for money, very close to the beach and the supermarket, a comfortable apartment There is no elevator, but it's not a problem, a little bit of physical activity is always good, especially on your vacay:)

• Tetiana (10/5): Cosy apartment near the beach - The apartment has a great location. Approximately 4 minutes to the beach. There are 2 supermarkets around and few minimarkets. The furniture is new. There is all you need for living - great dishes for cooking, air conditioning, washer machine, iron, hair dryer. We had a small issue with the shower, but the owner fixed it immediately. The owner is very friendly, he met us from the subway station and made a small tour while we has being driven to the apartment. Thanks Daniel for the warm welcome and a cosy place to stay.
