• Maike (8/5): Schöne Stadt mit vielen Highlights - Netter Innenhof zum Frühstücken. Süße kleine Küche! Wir brauchten nicht mehr! Das Mini Bad war für drei Personen schon etwas herausfordernd! Zum Glück waren wir fast alleine, sonst wäre es noch lauter geworden. Keinen Mückenschutz geht bei der Wohnung nicht, zwei schöne Fenster und keines kann man tagsüber öffnen!!! Klimaanlage ist nichts für mich( Erkältung) Matratzen sind zu weich!

• louise (9/5): Great place, great space - Excellent location , on a quiet street just away from the fish market. A lovely street with a great cheese shop, a lovely florist and an excellent vegan restaurant. A sweet park and super market for picnics at the end of the street. The apartment was quiet and well equipped. The flat was great for two (one in the bed and one in the sofa bed), it would be abit cramped for 4.
• Jo (9/5): Perfect for a couple on a short stay - This property is really quirky. It is very small but perfect for a couple and has everything you need for a short stay. The location couldn’t be better, right near the most beautiful spot in Bruges and very close to all the attractions. Parking is at the bottom of the road, which is really handy for loading and unloading. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in for a long time. We would stay here again. This apartment is all open plan and the beds are on a mezzanine floor above the kitchen and living room. Just a bit irritating when someone is downstairs with the lights on if you’re trying to sleep. The bathroom is off the kitchen and only has a plastic shower door, so not very good for privacy. The shelf above the bathroom sink is a bit low, making it awkward to get your head over the sink to brush your teeth. The apartment is inside an old building and if you come back at night there are no lights on inside so you can’t see where you’re going without your phone torch! These are very minor points though and didn’t affect our visit.
• Adelina-Mihaela (7/5): Comfortable room with minor defects in good location - Excellent location, comfortable bed, quiet building. The apartment is run down and the host is not responsive. We had a part of the shower come undone and emailed the host about it. No response and nothing was fixed. There are also other bits that have fallen to disrepair such as broken light fittings and marks on tables. It's a pity that the host doesn't seem interested in maintaining the property.

• Sevil (2/5): You deserve to stay somewhere better - Only thing is the location You can stay at better places. We were literally kicked out at 10.30 from the property by the cleaner who was extremely rude. My husband had a call that was going on and i asked to stay for 15 more minutes and she said i will give you 5 mins, i have 3 more places to clean and you should have packed already, your husband can continue the call from the terrace. We had to leave like immediately and i even forgot my laptop. Someone from the hotel was also there and she asked if we needed taxi, knowing the situation and didnt even apologize. Super bad experience. Also the place is extremely small, the ceiling on the second floor is like 1.40cm, even my son hit his head. You deserve to stay somewhere better.

Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt ook in de keuken en ook de airco We.komen zeker nog eens terug! Beds ++ comfy. Housekeeper said she would come and check up on things and bring us towels and then never came. One room Bathroom/shower floor was wet the entire time and nothing to dry it.

Interesting period building with outside courtyard. Luggage could be stored in lobby area after checkout. Unable to use the shower as the water was too hot even when turned to fully cold.

• Kerry (9/5): Amazing! - In the perfect location, right in the central. Only 5 minute taxi ride from the train station or you can even walk it and would only take you 20 minutes. Apartment was lovely and clean, had everything there we needed. The pillows on the bed - they were more like cushions, and flat. Could have done with normal pillows or a couple more of the cushions as only one per person per bed.

• Maria Angeles (9/5): Comodo, en el mismo centro - el apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado en una calle tranquila, nos gusto mucho la decoración, el apartamento era mas bien como un estudio pero perfecto para dos personas, la limpieza era buena, tuvimos alguna pregunta cuando llegamos y nos ayudaron enseguida, la cama muy cómoda, nos gusto mucho la experiencia por mencionar algo es que las escaleras para subir al dormitorio son un poco empinadas, un poco complicado para una pareja sénior pero ningún problema para una pareja joven

• Hans (7/5): Een leuke en heerlijk rustige plek, op een goede locatie met verbeterpunten - De locatie is top. Het was ook super stil rondom het pand; heerlijk! Het onderhoud van de ruimte viel tegen. Er was best veel stuk of half stuk. Dat moet echt beter, gezien de prijs. Het is ook gewoon een beetje slordig

• ninie (9/5): Bonne adresse situation idéale - L emplacement. Literie excellente. Réactivité de l hôtesse. La salle de bain exiguë. L insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. Par contre quand il n y a personne dans les appartements au dessus c est d un calme extraordinaire. Pas de bruit de rue.

• Manoj Kurian (9/5): Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Kurzaufenthalt als Paar. - Die Lage war top und das Apartment sehr gemütlich. Die Kopfkissen zu klein und flach. Das Bad war sehr eng. Öl und Essig wären schön gewesen.

O apartamento era confortável e bem decorado, tem ainda um pátio e um terraço partilhados. O utensílios de cozinha eram adequados. A escadaria para o quarto mezanino é bastante íngreme. O duche não tem porta nem cortina o que leva a que toda a casa de banho fique molhada quando se toma banho.

• Rhiannon (10/5): - Incredible location. Super easy walk to anything you'd want to see in Bruges. The apartments are cute, the beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'd need for a short stay. The upstairs loft in alice in wonderland manages to fit a king bed and a single. Lots of room. My son loved having the space. The bathroom isn't huge, but is perfectly functional. Could have just used another couple of pillows!

We had a little bit of trouble with the door code (completely my mistake) and we were able to get in contact with customer service really quick to get it sorted. We also managed to speak with the owner after check out who was lovely and offered us an extra room if we had trouble with our flights due to the storm Our only negative was that the pillows were quite small, but even so we managed to get a good nights sleep

• Suzanne (8/5): Nice apartment in pretty Bruges - A pretty apartment that was nice and warm. Original features and a nice view overlooking a terrace. Well appointed and good to have things like tea, coffee bags and sugar. Modern facilities such as kettle, microwave and toaster and hob. Handy for the free shuttle bus from Bruges train station and in a lovely street in the old town. Powerful shower. It was difficult to see the key code on the apartment door (Sophie`s Choice) without my phone torch, due to little light. Would benefit from a motion-activated light there The pillows were quite flat. Also, some noise audible from neighbouring apartments but for the most part it wasn`t a problem.

Minor thing…No light outside of the door of Sophie’s Choice apartment. Very difficult to see the lock when coming back in the evening.

Smell bad and not comfortable ,the bed room is located on the mezzanine and the hight to the ceiling very low ( 175cm). Very noisy, you hear the neighborhood very loudly . It s extremely expensive for what it is. I DID NOT SPEND THE Night that I paid for because it was really a nightmare . Therefore, I would like to be reimbursed. I contact the owner but she doesn't care . It's shameful to defraud people like that.I had to pay for another room that night to a better decent hotel . Shame on the owner and booking.com who did not make any audit to ensure that the place was decent .

• Wiebke (7/5): Top Lage, Ausstattung und Bilder nicht aktuell - Die Lage ist top! Mängelbeseitigung gleich am nächsten Tag (defekter Fön) Wir hatten das Appartement Alice im Wunderland. Täglicher Fäkaliengeruch vom Innenhof. Lüften kaum möglich. Das Appartement ist sehr dunkel. Die obere Schlafebene ist unfallträchtig, durch hervorstehenden Deckenbalken. Wer größer als 160cm ist, riskiert bei Unachtsamkeit eine Kopfwunde. Es ist hellhörig. Das Bad ist winzig und die Badtür (Tür einer Duschkabine) schließt nicht richtig. Die eigene Dusche und die Nachbardusche ist unter dem eigenen Hochbett! Kein direkter Zugang zum Innenhof, nur über das Treppenhaus zugänglich. Die bei Booking.com verfügbaren Bilder sind wunderschön, aber nicht aktuell. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spartanisch und das Geschirr von Ikea. Eine Investition in die Möbel und Ausstattung ist offensichtlich in der letzten Zeit erfolgt. Ein 3. Stuhl war nicht vorhanden, trotz 3 Personen-Appartement. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Fernseher und eine Musikanlage direkt hinter der Eingangstür, der WLAN Empfang schwankt stark. Ein Arbeitstisch neben dem 2erSofa im Wohnbereich passt nicht zum Rest der Wohnung. Im einzigen Kleiderschrank gibt es keine Bügel. Die Vorhänge sind viel zu schwer, sodass die Gardinenstange fast abreißt.

• Susan (9/5): - This is a beautifully refurbished and quirky apartment. It is warm and spacious with a comfortable couch and very comfortable bed. The 2nd bedroom was great for our suitcases. The location is absolutely perfect. The public area outside our apartment is very historical and beautiful. Having no door or curtain on the shower is aesthetically nice for the look of the room but it means everything in the very small bathroom gets wet each time you shower. (Excellent water pressure however)

• ann (10/5): We loved the area. Bruges is very interesting and definitely worth the visit. The - The apartment was well stocked. The location is fabulous. Easy to walk around but still quiet during the night. The sofa bed was alright, but it could use an upgrade. The surface was very hard and ridges were the couch edge and pullout part met. But the comforter was nice and warm. The curtains would be better with pullbacks on each side of the window. The curtain was hung on a rod and because of the height of the window and friction of the curtain, it was hard to close at the top. Pulling it back on either side would open it enough without tugging on the curtain.

• Yiannoula (8/5): - Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία! Πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Μπορείς με τα πόδια να δεις όλα τα αξιοθέατα της Bruges! Το κατάλυμα έχει έντονη μυρωδιά υγρασίας! Μόνο όταν το παράθυρο ήταν ανοιχτό, δεν ένιωθες τη μυρωδιά... Λόγω βροχής και κρύου όμως, με κλειστό παράθυρο η μυρωδιά ήταν πολύ έντονη!

Sistemul cu robineti separati, pentru apa rece si apa calda de la lavoarul din baie, Cand te speli pe maini, ori te speli cu apa rece ori cu apa fiarta.
• Mark (9/5): Cozy, wonderful apartment - Fantastic location. Beautiful, unusual apartment suite with lovely courtyard and shared patio. Very quiet at night even given its proximity to the centre. Wonderful host. Stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are quite steep. Not a problem for us but a consideration for some less able people.
• Joop (6/5): Prima, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - De ligging midden in het centrum is prima. Het is ruim en er liggen voldoende handdoeken. Je kan thee en koffie zetten, dus dat is fijn. Er is airconditioning aanwezig. De locatie is erg gehorig. Er was geen Wifi, zelfs niet nadat ik een berichtje naar de eigenaresse had gestuurd! Er is niemand aanwezig dus er wordt geen controle gehouden. We hadden bovenburen die de hele nacht heen en weer gelopen hebben en diep in de nacht muziek aanzette en de rest van de nacht gedanst hebben en gestampt. We hebben geen oog dichtgedaan. De bedden zijn niet heel comfortabel. Na het douchen is de badkamer door en door nat omdat er geen gordijn of iets dergelijks aanwezig is.

• Sawor (7/5): Een echte beleving - De locatie is heel centraal, alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Maar toch was de locatie van het apartement rustig. De inrichting is heel knus. Ik had echt het gevoel dat ik met mijn verblijf deelnam aan het mooie pittoreske Brugge. Het is echt een beleving. De bedden en douche zijn zeer comfortabel. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Er is een hele fijne keuken met bijbehorende spulletjes. Genoeg koffie en thee. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. De wastafel is gedateerd. Er is 1 kraan met heet water en 1 kraan met koud water. Het plankje was wankel waardoor onze spullen zijn gevallen. Ik had slecht internetbereik en kon daardoor niet snel de eigenaresse appen om de wifi code te vragen. Zij reageerde trouwens wel zo snel als ze kon! Er bleek een informatiefolder te missen waarop de wificode op stond. Ook miste de tv kabel waardoor we geen tv konden kijken. Helaas kon het niet meer worden opgelost. Met een kleuter die vroeger op bed ligt was het wel fijn geweest om tv te kunnen kijken.

• suzanne (8/5): Prima appartementje voor een weekend! - Prima appartementje voor een weekend in Brugge! De locatie is midden in het centrum waardoor alles aan te lopen is. Rustige straat, goed bed en een lekkere douche. Let op de trap naar het bed is steil. Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad.
