• Pedro (9/5): Volvería! - La localización, el personal y el precio La luz del techo solo funciona junto con el ventilador que está acoplado a la propia luz en el techo yo y en el invierno tener un ventilador frío girando en la habitación.. La cama no parecía muy estable
• Wilmar Jesus (9/5): Descanso y cercania a sitios de interes. - La ubicación es un punto muy a favor, cerca a la gran via y a muchos sitios de interes, por comida no hay que preocuparse porque sitios hay por escoger y sino puedes comprar para hacer algo en la cocina, el aseo del sitio no hay queja alguna, muy limpio todo, no hubo quien molestara se logra dormir sin problema. Lo recomiendo para una estadia corta o de negocios, cumple su función un lugar de desancanso a buen precio. No es cuestion del apartamento en si sino del edificio en general que si cuenta con un ascensor un poco antiguo, pero no en general no tengo nada malo que decir.

• Isabelle (6/5): prima - Accomodatie was erg schoon. Erg gehorig en oude kamer. Er zat een raam boven de kamer die niet dicht kon en dit raam opende naar de gang van het huis dus alles was hoorbaar. Daarnaast waren de bedden en kapstok stuk en gewoon erg oud meubilair. Je moet echt oordoppen dragen tijdens slapen wil je niet wakker worden. Misschien handig om kamers te controleren op ramen, deuren etc en maken.

La 3 était un peu sombre sans lumière allumée mais ce n’est pas gênant du tout L’une des 2 salles de bain était très en longueur et peut être gênant si vous êtes très grand et corpulent. El piso y la habitación no tienen aire acondicionado y Madrid en verano es un horno. Tiene un ventilador de techo que solo mueve el aire caliente. Las noches han sido muy incómodas porqué hacía demasiado calor.

• Maria (4/5): Estancia pésima en Madrid - Solo fue una noche La persona que nos atendió fue muy grosera, además no hablaba español y se enojaba porque no entendía ni le entendíamos, no cumplió con la hora del check in era a las 4:00 y eran las 6:00 y nada, de tanto insistir por Wathssap salió del hostal y la muy atrevida nos tiró las llaves, no dijo nada y se fue, menos mal antes nos había informado cuál era la habitación.

La cocina y baño eran compartidos pero no se notaba que hubiera otros huéspedes en tema de que estuviesen libres. la ubicación es muy buena Siento que vale DEMASIADO para lo que es, ya que la habitación ni siquiera disponía de ropa de cama suficiente ( solo había una manta habiendo dos camas y el resto eran sábana de verano), no sería un problema si no fuese porque es un piso antiguo y la calefacción tampoco iba… y pasamos frío ( 8 de noviembre)

Il fatto di avere due bagni è ideale per un gruppo con più persone. Avendo prenotato 3 stanze, pensavamo avere l'appartamento a noi soli ma c’era una quarta stanza che era occupato. Non è stato un problema ma non è affatto chiaro nella descrizione dell'alloggio. Il personale è super disponibile ma non parla inglese. Il letti comodi ma i cuscini no.

• Carlos Andres (1/5): No lo recomiendo 👎🏻: Personal hostil y cero ayuda ante imprevistos en un viaje 👎🏻 - La limpieza fue impecable y el lugar muy cómodo, perfecto para descansar y sentirse a gusto durante la estancia Para vos que estás leyendo estas palabras, si realmente buscás un lugar en el que puedas sentirte cuidado, en confianza y atendido con amabilidad y responsabilidad, lamentablemente no puedo recomendar este sitio. Durante mi estadía tuve un inconveniente: me quedaron las llaves dentro de la habitación y, al contactar a la propietaria para pedir ayuda, vio mi mensaje pero decidió no responder hasta el día siguiente. Su única respuesta fue que no contaban con recepción las 24 horas. Entiendo que este tipo de imprevistos pueden ocurrir, sobre todo cuando uno está en un entorno nuevo, y por eso considero fundamental que quien ofrece alojamiento tenga la disposición y responsabilidad para asistir al huésped en momentos así. Sin embargo, la actitud de la propietaria fue completamente hostil e indiferente, lo que me obligó a buscar otro lugar donde pasar la noche, a pesar de haber pagado por este alojamiento. Por todo esto, no recomendaría este lugar ni a su propietaria si lo que buscás es una estadía confortable y con un trato humano.
• Johanna (9/5): - Me gusto mucho la ubicación del alojamiento y que tuviera elevador, la limpieza del lugar esta super bien, hay 2 baños superlimpios, la cocina cuenta con todo lo que necesitas. el unico detalle es la cerradura de la puerta que a veces no abre muy bien la habitación y te da miedo quedarte afuera solo es cuestion de cambiarla

• Sonia (2/5): Do not book, no AC , no staff to help.Location is tyonly good thing - Nothing No aac even though paper in room said they will provide if asked for a charge. They gave one standing fan in a room which didn’t help as temperature was 30C. The whole place was like furnace. Washrooms were common and I was told will be cleaned everyday. No one turned up for three days untill I messaged. Construction going on and smoke of cigarettes of workers filled the room. Do not book if you are women traveling as it’s an apartment and other rooms are booked by other people. It’s not a hotel. Washrooms are shared and one washroom was so small, i could hardly stand. I wish others who were posting mentioned anything like above so I could know. Please beware you can get better places in this price. they were not super cheep at all. The only good thing was fully equipped kitchen otherwise this would be a 1 rating

• Eoin (2/5): Noise a serious issue, do not stay here if concerned about a poor night’s sleep - The host was friendly and it was clean. The noise in this property was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The walls from within the apartment are wafer thin, and you can also hear people from other apartments. My room had an open window component which just made the noise even worse. The area is an obviously a lively one, so needing noise-proof walls is a must. I checked out a day earlier as I’d had two of the worst night sleeps in ages.

I hadn't checked my messages before arriving to realise that I needed to ensure the host knew when I would arrive (it is a serviced apartment, not a hotel with a reception desk). My fault!

• Caitlin (6/5): Acceptable - I had to wait for a while before being let inside. There was lots of loud construction going on that started before 8.00 am. The room was very clean! The kitchen and bathrooms was also clean. You get your own shelf in the refrigerator, but there was still leftover food on my shelf from the previous person. The showers can turn extremely cold suddenly, I assume that's when someone else is using the other shower. You can get air conditioner if you pay extra money and you can use the washing machine if you pay extra. The managers do not speak English, be prepared for that. The building was very old and worn, so I think they are giving it updates. I stayed for 5 days, but I think the place is great if you would just stay 1 or 2 nights?

No noise or disturbance from the street or surroundings! Huge supermarket in front of the building too! Everything was good.

• Evgeni (5/5): Passable - We did not use breakfast (it was not included in the price). I chose this place solely because of the location! The rooms were clean and slept comfortably! There was no blanket in one of the rooms and the old woman was cold at night. He had to sleep with his clothes on! Overall our stay was satisfactory considering we were there for 2 nights. We did not use the kitchen, only the bathroom. The elevator in the building was not working properly and we were afraid to ride it! The apartment was on one of the last floors (4). The staff did not speak English and it was difficult for us to communicate with them. I wanted advice on how to get to the airport very early in the morning and it didn't work out! They used Viber but I never understood what they were texting me because it was in Spanish. Difficult contact with staff!

• Kahon (8/5): Great value with excellent location and some tolerable flaws - Location is remarkable, walking distance to many sights and Line 5 is particularly useful for sightseeing. There is now fast WiFi (more below) and the well-equipped kitchen came very handy. My room, along with two other, was facing a "courtyard" and while that means no view and less daylight, it was very quiet at night. The TV has built-in Android TV that can be used to mirror content on laptops and smartphones when WiFi is working. Toilets are generally kept clean and there are some basket racks that you can leave your own toiletries. Construction works did not bother me much as it involves the front facade, and the apartment is on the interior side. The host, while not on site most of the time, is generally responsive and I have noticed some improvements made over previous comments. Overall it is a place of great value. WiFi router went off on my 4th night due to a malfunctioned socket which the host was apparently unable to fix over the weekend, though I had no problem using my own mobile data. A lot of services are a-la-carte - use of washing machine/dryer would cost 10 euros, while late check in and luggage storage cost 8 euros. The notices seem new and perhaps the host needs to update the Booking.com description. Doors are thin, and the slightest movements in the corridor can be heard. One of the two double bed rooms has no window and I would not recommend that.

• Wayne (4/5): Disappointing - I thought it had a very good location. The room was nice, there was a kitchen for guests to use, and the out of the room toilet and bathroom were clean. This unit was being rebuilt and under construction, plus I came in late at night, it was difficult to get in as it took someone to greet me and let me in (with an extra fee), and that person showed me the entrance process and showed me how to get in. The room was on the third floor, and it took 4 keys to get into the room. There was the front door key, that gets you Into the lobby, elevator to the 3rd floor, a vestibule, key gets you into the front door, a front door key, a bedroom which gets you into the destination bedroom.
