- Sandra (1/5): Bloß nicht bei diesem Anbieter buchen!!! - Leider gar nichts, da wir 3 Tage (!!) vor dem Urlaub - ohne das wir informiert wurden - in eine kleinere Wohnung mit weniger Schlafzimmern umgebucht wurden. Da wir zu dritt gereist sind, brauchten wir allerdings diese 3 Schlafzimmer. Zum Glück ist es mir bei der Buchungsbestätigung aufgefallen. Man hatte uns - allerdings erst auf Nachfrage - versprochen uns in einer vergleichbaren Unterkunft unterzubringen, bekam dann aber keine Antwort mehr. Wir mussten dann leider unseren kompletten Urlaub absagen. Nur Ärger und Komplikationen! Mit 2 Mitarbeitern telefoniert. Der eine erzählte uns, dass an der ursprünglichen Wohnung Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden sollen und der 2. Mitarbeiter sagte, dass es zu Doppeltbuchungen bei Booking.com gekommen ist. Wir hatten die Wohnung bereits im Mai gebucht und direkt bezahlt!
