• Mohamed (10/5): بالمجمل، إقامة استمتعنا بها كثيراً ونعتزم تكرارها قريباً. أنصح بها بشدة لكل من يريد موقعاً مركزياً مع راحة البيت! 🇮🇹 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ تجربة رائعة في قلب ميلان! أقمنا ثلاثة أصدقاء وكانت التجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الموقع لا يُضاهى — المكان قريب جداً من المحطة الرئيسية للقطارات، وعلى بُعد 5 دقائق فقط من محطة المترو والباص أمام المبنى مباشرة. والأروع من ذلك أنك تصل لواحد من أشهر شوارع التسوق في ميلان مشياً في 5 دقائق، مما يجعل التنقل والتسوق في غاية السهولة. الشقة مجهزة بالكامل — وجدنا كل ما نحتاجه: أطباق، ميكرويف، ماكينة قهوة، بوتاجاز، وغسالة أطباق. كل شيء متوفر وكأنك في بيتك. تقدر تعدّل النجوم أو تضيف اسم الفندق إذا أبغيت!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ نقطة للأمانة — قد تسمع بعض ضجيج الترام لكونه على الشارع، لكن بمجرد إغلاق النوافذ يختفي الصوت تماماً ولا تشعر بأي إزعاج.

• Brianna (8/5): Fantastic start for our family of four - Good amount of room and having a kitchen and a washing machine was incredible. Little touches in the kitchen including toast and Nutella was great. Would love a few more pillows and also some umbrellas

• Daniela (5/5): - NU RECOMAND! In primul rand, curatenia a lasat de dorit, fiind facuta doar de aparenta. Cand am ajuns, wc ul nu parea curatat in totalitate, am cumparat servetele speciale pentru a dezinfecta. Am avut un cearceaf patat cu sange in sufragerie pe canapea, la baie sub geam era numai mucegai si polita de la dus era pusa doar de forma. In al doilea rand, nu am avut caldura in prima seara, tinand cont de faptul ca afara erau 5 grade, inauntru nu erau mai mult de 18 (si pe termostat apareau 26 de grade, unde era evident o eroare!)Am incercat sa discut cu proprietarul si el ne a sugerat sa pornim aerul conditionat. Dupa lungi discutii in care incercam sa ii explic ca nu putem dormi cu ac-ul pornit si ca nu este in regula sa fie caloriferele reci, avand in vedere pretul cu care am inchiriat apartamentul, a venit el si a facut "magie", pornind caloriferele. Proprietarul nu voia sa consume si sa plateasca la caldura. Daca eu as fi acceptat temperatura din apartament, el niciodata nu ar fi avut intentia sa ofere bune conditii! In al treilea rand, nu era nici macar o rola de servetele la bucatarie si nici papuci de unica folosință. Am mers prin apartament in sosete, care s-au murdarit in primele 10 minute, atat de curatenie era. Sa nu mai spun ca in prima seara imi era groaza sa merg si in sosete, podeaua era rece ca gheata! I-am comunicat proprietarului si aspectul acesta, deoarece raportul calitate-pret era deplorabil! Mi-a spus ca aceste lucruri nu fac parte din kitul lui de bun venit 😂 Intr-adevar, o rola de servetele si niste papuci de unica folosință erau foarte scumpe si nu exista posibilitatea sa fie puse la dispozitie. Locatia nu este deloc una buna, se aude tramvaiul de la prima ora, plus ca este in zona garii unde este destul de periculos noaptea.

• Anastasia (9/5): All was great! In Milan it probably the best option. Clean, easy, central, big room, modern. Thank you 🙏 - Very nice location near to Central station, walkable to food and shops even walk to the Duoma was great and easy. A good big apartment, nice furniture. WiFi and everything you need! A bit noisy outside and next apartment. Everything coming through. But okay. We don’t smoke, and the smell of previous guests smoking was strong.

• Todone (7/5): abbiamo trascorso nell’appartamento una sola notte . La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro o la stazione centr - Appartamento spazioso con un bagno abbastanza grande. Particolare la camera con le nicchie in pietra. Fornito di tutto il necessario. La pulizia non era eccellente, in particolare modo in cucina.

• Elyes (10/5): Un séjour agréable et assez épanouissant - Emplacement idéal, proche de tous les moyens de transport( gare centrale, Métro, bus....), un quartier où l'on trouve les commodités nécessaires ( carrefour express, boulangerie, restaurants, café....) Un appartement propre, climatisé, dotant d'un espace de vie convivial et assez pour contenir une famille. Des équipements dont en avez vraiment besoin ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, séchoir, machine nespresso, table de repassage avec fer à repasser ....) On a passé un agréable séjour à Milan et on y retournera certainement au même endroit motivé par les caractéristiques de l'appart et le professionnalisme bien apprécié de note hôte 😉 Plutôt une recommandation: mettre aussi des oreillers plus grands pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de reflux Sinon rien de particulier

• Karen (10/5): Was fabulous to end our Italy trip in such a beautiful apartment - was a little anxious about the self checkin process b - Spacious, well set up and homely. Lots of ‘night lights’ - glow from bedroom main light, air conditioner unit and Wi-Fi box.
• Vlad (8/5): I would not return to this accommodation. - Apartment was big, well equipped and close to transport (Tram right in front and metro at 6 minutrs walk) and restaurants. During night you can hear the trams pretty loud. It was not so clean. It was not really well vacuumed and mopped. We saw hair and big chunks of dust on the floor. There was not enough toilet paper, just 1 for 3 night for four people at aprox 250 euro per night..

• Prabhu (7/5): APARTMENT IS SAFE. OVERALL STAY WAS GOOD AND LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. - IT WAS OKAY, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE EASIER FOR THE FIRST TIME ENTRY. APARTMENT WAS A BIT COLDER IN THE EARLY MORNINGS AND HEATING PANELS WERE ALSO COLDER. NEED ONE MORE SET OF LINENS FOR FOUR NIGHTS STAY.

• Nikola (10/5): Good location, cozy, clean, value for money. - Perfect location close to Milano Centrale from which you can travel everywhere, new furniture, clean, lot of space! A bit noisy at night, sound of trams passing to be precise, but it is not too loud to prevent sleep.
