• Antje (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage ... (mit kleinen Abstrichen). - Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, ganz neu renoviert und modern ausgestattet. Sie ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar. Die beiden voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und hatten jeweils einen eigenen Balkon, ebenso das Wohnzimmer. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Im hübschen Bad gab es sogar verschiedene Pflegeprodukte, die wir benutzen konnten und eine Waschmaschine. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat bei unserer Ankunft auf uns gewartet, obwohl die Parkplatzsuche einige Zeit in Anspruch nahm. Schließlich haben wir sogar nur 200m entfernt einen großen Parkplatz gefunden, auf dem es sogar jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze gab. Unten im Haus gab es eine kleine Bar, in der man morgens leckeren Caffè und ein Dolce bekam. Herrlich! Die Innenstadt und der Hafen waren nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Leider wird die Wohnqualität etwas beeinträchtigt durch direkt vor dem Haus vorbeigehende Hauptstraße, hinter welcher dierekt der Bahnhof angrenzt. Züge, Bahnsteigansagen und Autos waren bestens zu hören, da die Fenster leider keine Schallisolierung hatten. Jedoch stellten wir fest, dass wir trotzdem ziemlich gut geschlafen haben, da es auf beiden "Routen" zwischen 23 Uhr und 6 Uhr kauf Verkehr gab, was uns sehr positiv überraschte.
• Lucia (7/5): - Posizione vicina al centro, non abbiamo usato l'auto per tutto il soggiorno. Appartamento pulito e comodo. Era presente il necessario per fare una prima colazione. Zona rumorosa per chi non è abituato a vivere davanti alla stazione!

• Fabio Melli (9/5): Appartamento confortevole - L'appartamento risulta confortevole e dotato di tutto l occorrente. Molto pulito. La signora Lea molto gentile! La posizione è comoda per raggiungere la stazione, il centro e il lungomare. Peccato per il bagno senza finestra e il rumore proveniente dalla stazione ferroviaria.
• Jose Paredes (9/5): Ideal para conocer la zona - El apartamento y el entorno, ideal para visitar los alrededores al estar a 5 minutos de la parada del tren, y apenas a 10 de la playa y puerto, con mucho comercio alrededor, el casco de Rapallo hay que visitarlo, para el aperitivo, y comer o cenar, es perfecto. Para quien tenga el sueño ligero mal porque está muy cerca del tren y se oye todo cuando sobre las 6 empiezan a circular, pero reitero, solo no lo recomendaría si te molestan mucho los ruidos, porque por lo demás es ideal...
• Ivan (1/5): DA BRIVIDI …. - Ancora prima di soggiornare ci è stato richiesto di anticipare il check prima degli orari esposti perché la proprietaria doveva andare a lavorare e non aveva tempo successivamente ( negli orari esposti ) … Abbiamo versato i soldi della tassa di soggiorno e del parcheggio fuori dal circuito di Booking e non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna ricevuta … Aria condizionata era mascherata sulle impostazioni con l aria normale , per evitare i consumi a discapito del confort del cliente , oltretutto presente solo nelle camere e non in soggiorno e in cucina . Oltretutto ci è stato raccomandato l uso limitato per risparmiare sui consumi … Terrazza esterna come da foto con pericolo di caduta di pezzi di calcinaccio in testa …. A voi le conclusioni ….

• George (10/5): Exceptional place and host, we felt very welcomed and had a wonderful stay! - Me and my family felt very welcomed by Leia, who was reachable way before our arrival day! I am really greatfull for her flexibility (allowed earlier check-in as soon as cleaning was done, also was quick to reply messages and meet us to deliver the key) and effort to make the place as comfortable and welcoming as possible! As we entered the place, everything was well cleaned and tidy (the apartment is very spacious as well)! She also left bottles of watter, coffee capsules and quality shampoo and shower gel which made us feel very welcomed! We definitly had a better experience than a hotel, would easily recommend to everyone! Grazie Leia! :) Since the place is right next to the train station, I thought it could bother my sleep, but it didn't! I am very sensitive to noise, but was able to sleep perfectly with the windows shut!

As a light sleeper, I used ear plugs because the train station is very close, but I slept very good each night. I definitely recommend this apartment.

• Deborah (8/5): Lovely clean apartment well located in Rapallo - Great location near train station. Spotless modern apartment. Lovely balcony. No microwave, toaster or air con. No luggage storage as we had a few hours to wait for our train and having to vacate the apartment at 10am was very inconvenient. The bar in the apartment building could accommodate storing luggage at an extortionate cost for 3 hours.
