• Maedje (7/5): Als Familie hatten wir eine schöne Zeit, aber für den Preis etwas mehr Luxus erwartet. - Sehr große Villa Viel Platz für alle Gäste Große, geräumige Zimmer Mehrere Bereiche, in denen man sich als Gruppe gut gemeinsam aufhalten kann Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht ganz den Erwartungen einer Luxus-Villa... Bei der Ankunft war niemand vor Ort, sodass mein Mann zwischenzeitlich über die Mauer klettern musste, um ins Haus zu kommen, da das Panel zum Tor öffnen defekt war. Die Villa war nicht vollständig gereinigt: Zigarettenstummel und Nikotinbeutel im Garten Balkon schmutzig, voller Aschenbecher nicht geleert, leere Zigarettenpackung Whirlpool offenbar nicht nach dem letzten Gast geleert, mit starkem Geruch nach Chlor und Urin Handtücher, obwohl frisch gewaschen, teilweise fleckig Fenster und Türgriffe zur Terrasse verschmiert Weiße, undefinierbare Spritzer an der Wand in einem Schlafzimmer Weihnachtsdekoration am Fenster in der Küche im August (Geschmackssache), allerdings mit fetten Schmierfleck Von 4 Billardqueues, nur zwei verwendbar da Zweien der "Kopf" fehlte Vor Ort lagen noch der Willkommensbrief und das Gästeblatt des vorherigen Gastes (datenschutzrechtlich bedenklich). Die Lage ist zudem direkt an einer stark befahrenen Schnellstraße, was im Garten deutlich zu hören ist. Gemütliche Entspannung am Pool ist daher, trotz sehr schöner Garten- und Terrassenanlage schwer möglich! Wichtiger Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Laut Booking-Seite sind Hunde erlaubt („Haustiere sind gestattet. Möglicherweise fallen Gebühren an.“) konkrete Gebühren waren aber nicht direkt ersichtlich, und es gab keine Möglichkeit anzugeben, dass man mit Hund anreist. Erst nach der Buchung (als eine kostenlose Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass pro Hund und Nacht 29 € zu zahlen sind. Bei drei Nächten und drei Hunden bedeutete das nochmals 261 € zusätzlich, wobei bereits eine Reinigungsgebühr von 290€ im Preis enthalten ist! Insgesamt leider kein stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
• Emilie (10/5): Great for a relaxing family/group vacation - Everything was beautiful: the surroundings, the interiors & furnitures. The kitchen was truly fully equipped with a modern set up. Whirlpool and sauna were also great as were the bath and bedroom with high quality bed sheets. The set up with several communal areas is great for groups and socialising with leaving everyone plenty of individual space to retreat to. The hosts were super friendly and very responsive when something came up. Overall we would highly recommend! An additional set of keys would be good. Although fully functional and still very enjoyable the outside parts with whirlpool and sauna aren't 100% ready yet and combines with the rain it was a bit slippery. I'm sure these are only minor and temporary issues and that future guests will enjoy their stay as much as we did. For dog owners this is also the reason it is also currently difficult for dogs to access the huge enclosed gardens without going through the muddy unfinished parts. (Probably wouldn't be an issue without rain and there's a huge forrest on the other side for dogs to enjoy)
