• claverie (9/5): super sejour endroit trés calme vu magnifique - emplacement super l'eau s'infiltrait quand il pleuvait dans la chambre du haut
• Gabriele (7/5): - Super Ausblick, 2 Bäder, sehr geräumig, mehrere Balkone und Terassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Mit einem großen Gasherd und einer moderne Küche machten das Kochen Spaß. Auch für den Hund war gesorgt (Napf, Beutel und Leckerchen). Die Anfahrt war gut erklärt. Küchenmöbel teilweise defekt, zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck, Geschirrspüler funtionierte erst nach eigener Reparatur, Tresor funktionierte nicht, eine Toilette hat gekippelt, allgemein schmuddlig. Die Heizung im Bad lief nicht. Der Befall mit asiatischen Stinkwanzen war sehr unangenehm. Der Pool war nicht einsatzfähig. Es fehlte eine Einweisung in das Haus.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo perché la casa è enorme, ha tutte le dotazioni necessarie, un giardino tutto recintato e l’host è stata gentilissima. Il fatto che gli amici a quattro zampe siano i benvenuti è sicuramente un plus!

• Maggie788 (10/5): Fabulous place … - Spectacular location the views are amazing. The pool was small but adequate. Short distance to the train station for sightseeing. Parking is easy. The drive to the property is very steep but we managed it in a large car. Some instructions for the kitchen equipment ent would have been good. The people in the downstairs apartment were very noisy at night…

• Eva (8/5): - Die Sonnenuntergänge von den Balkonen aus gesehen waren wirklich eindrücklich schön! Ruhige Lage im Grünen, zu Fuß zum Strand geht's über etliche Treppen bergab, herauf haben wir immer den Bus genommen, der fährt 13 x täglich. Die Straße von Moneglia bis zur Unterkunft ist schmal und verwinkelt, haben wir aufgrund der guten Informationen von Fr. Giuditta problemlos geschafft. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft, von Badetüchern bis Reservezahnbürsten! war alles vorhanden. Wir haben die traumhafte Aussicht, die Ruhe, den etwas verschlafenen Flair und die Ursprünglichkeit des kleinen Ortes sehr genossen! In BOOKING wird die Unterkunft als "Villa" beworben. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um die zwei oberen Geschoße eines dreistöckigen Hauses. Eine gegenseitige Wahrnehmung von Gästen und Bewohnern des untersten Stockwerks lässt sich wohl nicht gänzlich vermeiden, hat uns aber nicht gestört Der Pool ist mit ca. 3 x 5 x 1,3 Metern tatsächlich etwas klein, die Aussicht auf's Meer ist aber auch von den Pool-Liegeplätzen aus traumhaft! Außerdem befindet man sich in der angenehme Gesellschaft eines sehr braven, direkt neben dem Pool wohnenden Hausschweines! Lediglich die (auch) die Pool-Area erfassende Überwachungskamera hat uns ein bisschen irritiert. Den Grillbereich fanden wir praktisch aber nicht sehr einladend. Über funktionierende Türgriffe beim Kühlschrank bzw. Schließe der Glas-Eingangstüre hätten wir uns sehr gefreut. Und zum perfekten Genuss der malerischen Sonnenuntergänge haben uns nur noch Weingläser aus Glas gefehlt! 😋
• Carola (10/5): Ultiem genieten en ontspannen in een geweldig huis op een prachtige plek! - Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk met je drankje op het balkon genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op zee en de ondergaande zon. Ruim huis voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is aan alles gedacht voor de gasten. Heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen en meerdere zitjes in de tuin zodat je altijd in de zon of schaduw kunt zitten, wat je maar wenst. Niets, hier wil je naartoe hoor!

• Magnus (9/5): Rymligt och välskött hus med magisk utsikt. - Underbar utsikt från fina balkonger. Hus med välskött interiör, alla faciliteter, mycket bekvämt. Bra med två våningar särskilt för familjer med tonårsbarn, som kan få egna rum. En lite utmanande bilfärd sista biten till huset kompenseras av det fina läget.

• Carolina (10/5): Amazing house, highly recommend! - The house is amazing, really 10 out of 10. It’s spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The views are stunning I really recommend! The beds are really comfortable and it’s so quiet and relaxing! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to try the pool but looked really nice. I thought the car journey was going to be more challenging! It’s worth it for the view and the house. Nothing! Everything is perfect!
• Marta (10/5): Loved it so much - We had the best time in this apartment, the views were beyond what we expected, beautiful blue water seen from every corner of the house. Pool was bigger than we thought it will be, also very clean. House was furnished with all essentials, everything you would want you will find there. There are three separate dining tables, one inside the house and 2 outside including huge one next to the pizza oven. The road to the house is quite steep and narrow but manegable, there is also a bus going to town every hour and if you want to go by foot there are lots of shurtcuts by stairs between houses. Its quite a hike but views are amazing. But the best thing about this place was contact with the host, who provided us with all informations we need - about buses, restaurants, taxis and all the activities nearby. Whatever we needed or if we had any questions she was answering straight away. Really amazing experience, dont miss out on this gem of a place! Nothing, we will for sure go back here next time we are in Italy!

• Mike (9/5): It's a delightful place, you don't even need to enter the Cinque Terre region to enjoy the walks. - The views from the balconies were beautiful, it was spacious, there was a stove-top coffee pot and some decent coffee in the cupboard, and enough kitchen equipment to cook our evening meal. An unusual restaurant, La Ruota, is five minutes walk down the hill. There is a reliable bus service from near La Ruota to the station in Moneglia, although you have to plan your times carefully to use it - the last bus back is just after 5pm, and there's a big gap in the afternoon from soon after 2pm. There were two ovens, but their use was complicated without a manual. I never got the steam oven working, and I mostly got lucky with the main large oven, but could never systematically get it switched on and working. The lighting was also complicated with switches for dimming or low-light, inside and balcony lighting, and neighbouring switches for outside shutters. We had figured it all out after a couple of days, but a manual or plan would have been helpful. As a price for the views, if you come by car the long tunnels, particularly from the north entry into the town, are single lane and controlled by traffic lights. Scary for the uninitiated in a rented and oversized car. Also the serpentine road up to the villa is in places only one lane wide, and sometimes requires skilful manoeuvering in reverse to give way to an oncoming vehicle.

• Jurgita (10/5): Amazing View - Clean, spacious, amazing view, equipped with everything you need for short or long stay, great communication with a host, wish could’ve stayed longer! If you visiting villages of Cinque Terre, this town is a bit far and you have to take separate train to Levanto to start your journey.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect. This is the one! - Amazing property. The view and outdoor spaces were absolutely jaw-dropping. One of the best properties we have ever rented. The interior was well equipped and comfortable, but you will want to spend all your time outside. The drive to the property is sporty so recommend you take the 12 minute bus ride to town and the train to Cinque Terre villages 30 mins away. Friendly neighbors too. The host has limited English but is warm and accommodating. You will have an amazing time here. Nothing.
