• Sharon (10/5): Perfect apartment in the perfect location. - Very close to the old town. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Coffee machine and pods was a bonus. Shower powerful with plenty of hot water. Easy to access using the door codes. First impressions as we approached the apartment, it was next to a disused shop. Looked a bit tatty. Inside was a different story.
• Elisa (8/5): Clean, modern flat in a great location - The flat is clean, modern, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. There were no basic cooking ingredients (like salt or oil), but the supermarket (Tommy) is just around the corner and very affordable. The bed is big and very comfortable. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the old town and close to several bus stops. If you have a car, there is free street parking nearby, but spaces are limited. Overall, we had a good stay and would book again. The main drawback is that the building’s front door is right next to the flat’s entrance and can be noisy when people come and go, even at night.

It’s so close to the old town and pier and has Supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed our stay in Split so much!! The hosts were very welcoming and kind. Salt and pepper would have been a nice added touch, but not necessary!

• Roberson (8/5): Everything you need in a great location! - Absolutely loved the location of this cute little apartment! We had two supermarkets literally right around the corner, and were just a 5 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and Diocletian's Palace. Wish we had more time in Split to enjoy the apartment and all the city has to offer! It was a little noisy every time someone entered the foyer and you could hear people moving about in the apartment above, but the noise passed quickly and didn't disturb us too much. The steps in the apartment were also a little difficult for carrying suitcases up, but we solved this by leaving them downstairs and only taking what we needed up the stairs.

• Wen (10/5): Great choice for Split - It was in a good location, close to old town but not right in the middle. So had peace and quiet. It was very clean, had everything you need. Had spare towers which most places don’t. It was spacious, very comfortable bed and nice size shower. There is a nearby empanada place is a must if you look for yummy cheap eat! We regret not going there earlier for more meals. Our rooms were first floor, no stairs! Sweet! Supermarket nearby. Aircon worked well and strong enough to cool the first floor too. Nothing, we liked everything.

• Mike (10/5): Excellent stay in Split! - This apartment is suitable for 1-4 people. Pull out coach on the main floor and queen size bed upstairs. The bed was very comfortable, and the pull out bed was much nicer than I would have expected. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The location is excellent. It's a 10 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach. Five minute walk from the Split promenade where you can find many places to eat and drink as well as purchasing souvenirs. There was a local market where you could purchase fresh fruit and vegetables. Check-in was very easy. The owner was excellent with respect to being available for communication purposes. They were very professional, and it was evident that they took pride in offering an excellent place to stay. They even looked after our luggage for the 3-4 hours between check out and the time when our taxi came to deliver us to the airport. I would highly recommend this apartment!! Everything was excellent!
• Aleksandar (10/5): Staying here again - Everything. Location - 3 min from the Old town, and 5 to 10 from the main bus station. Owners are really wonderful, very helpful, responsive, polite and made my stay like at home. The apartment is actually big, even though it does not seem like that, very charming, more than well equiped. Towels, toilettries, pillows, basic kitchen stuff, coffee, tea, you have it. Two people can fit comfortably, three or four, would make it crowded, but they could fit for shorter stay. There are two supermarkets and DM in proximity, in case you need anything. It is also not far from the beach, maybe 15-20min on foot, and even though that is already hilly side of Split, it is not too steep route. I am definitely staying here again. Nothing to complain about, just a note - there is no washing machine, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay longer.

The apartment is amazing, great location, fab size, decorated beautifully, equipment good and even with complimentary Nespresso pods. Couldn’t recommend it more and we will be coming back and staying here when in Split again.

• Jelena (6/5): Great location,good for an overnight stay, don't recommend if you want to spend a lot of time inside - We got a key code for the door in messages so it was very easy to get in. The location is great - very close to the city centre. The bed is comfy and the kitchen quite spacious. It was ok for an overnight stay but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to stay and enjoy the apartment.. The windows are pointing to a wall that is very close by which means that the whole apartment is very dark and it is hard to get any air in through the windows. The arficial lighting was really bright and harsh (the one in the living room/kitchen was even blinking), so it was not pleasant to have the lights on. Our bathroom also smelled a bit, but that could be old sewage in the old town.

Location is excellent to Oldtown and all the restaurants and shops etc. Supermarket just around the corner. Dea was available prior to trip to answer any questions. A lovely person to deal with. Keycodes to enter building and apartments, so felt very safe. Highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to book again. No outside space.
• Niamh (10/5): Lovely spot, would recommend. - Amazing location (walking distance from beaches/bars/restaurants), easy/ safe access to the building and apartment, excellent communication with host Dea (who even told us when my friend left her portable charger which was found by the cleaners- he made sure he got it back to us). Very minor- a little dark during the day but as we were out and about at day time this wasn’t an issue.

Kitchen was well designed (maybe the exhaust above the stove needs to be fixed). Location was perfect - supermarket tommy round the corner, golden gate is like 5 mins leisure walk. The host gave clear instructions on how to check-in.
