I was a solo traveler and I had a great experience, all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Veg meals in the afternoon was outstanding....just loved it! Overall an excellent choice to stay. I will definitely come back here next time.

- Viswanath (10/5): Great place to stay when visiting Gurvayoor Temple - Just steps away from Gurvayoor temple which was the purpose of our trip. Staff were very friendly. Considering it is a hotel catering to temple tourists, they could consider starting breakfast service by 6am or 6.30 am. People coming back from the temple after early morning darshan can then directly go for breakfast instead of waiting till 7.30 am.

- Usha (4/5): Location is the only plus, otherwise its a dirty place to stay - Location. Very close to the Krishna Temple The room was very dirty. It was actually big enough and well appointed but they haven't been doing a good job of cleaning and maintaining the rooms. The bed headboards were greasy and not wiped in between guests. The bathroom was not clean. The shower head has fungus. There was no shower curtain. The towels didn't smell fresh or look clean. They have installed good grohe fixutures, but they haven't cleaned and maintained them well. All in all, the rooms and hallway, sofas etc need a good deep cleaning. They don't match the hotel's score ort price point at all.

- nipun tt (3/5): - Location is good, Its very much walkable to the templae We reached the hotel as per the check-in time, 3:00 pm, even though the previous day's guest had not checked out and the room was not available for us, and we had to wait till 4:30 pm in the reception. We informed the hotel that we are travelling from Bangalore and coming to the hotel directly. We informed our arrival time in all the means through the booking app, email to the manager, and a direct phone call at least 5 hours before our arrival. Very bad behaviour from the reception lady, she is thinking that we are requesting a free stay at a motel, even though I booked the most expensive room in this facility. After waiting for so long, we finally got the room with average cleaning of the bed sheets. The bathroom was not wet, and toiletries were not replaced; we saw used soap and shampoo.

- Shankar B (5/5): Fair place to stay near the temple but better get your own sheets and towels - The location was quite good as it was very convenient and close to the temple. Ample under ground parking spaces were available and the food at the restaurant also was great. The staff at the reception could be more customer friendly. Everyone had an attitude and that is kind of a let down. Though it seems that the hotel is new built or renovated, the towels in the bathroom were filthy with dirt on it and did not seemed to be washed. So were the bed linens. Toilets were very slippery after a shower or bath.

- Prasad (9/5): Very good stay - Location, Cleanliness, Breakfast - Overall impressed A little more detailed check on the fitting and fixture for breakage etc will help. Food [not breakfast] quality can be improved while quantity is impressive. 3 PM check in needs to relooked and made early
